Everyone in office was pleasant, made my experience really good. They was always available and helpful. Took time for any and all questions I had. Best place to live in Norcross, in Georgia. Building is very neat, clean like my apartment, it’s peaceful.

The Brunswick so far has been amazing. I moved from a highrise building in the middle of a busy area and I love how quiet it is here. I enjoy having a park essentially in my back yard and it makes me so happy seeing how much more my dog loves his walks. The staff is amazing. Derrick in the front office is the best. He helped with every step of the application process and answered every question I had. So far, I absolutely love the property, location, and community.

The Brunswick Community is an excellent choice for families, singles, and thriving adults and entrepreneurs. The amenities provide a seamless infrastructure of live, work, and play all at one location. Norcross City Hall and Lillian Webb Park are within a minutes walking distance. The freshly constructed Library is next door with a lovely visible from certain units green space. I haven't any safety concerns and the community is vibrant with a diversity of friendly and nice neighbors. Each unit is spacious and has high end appliances to make your home complete. Maintenance is one point. We had a trash issue and it has been rapidly and consistently solved, even to where the smell is actually fresh upon entering. This is important as each resident pays $12 per month for trash and it I should look and smell like it. Now it does.

The entire process since contacting the office and speaking with Kendall and other staff has been great and a smooth process. Thanks for all your help and patience. I love my apartment and the building amenities. The location is close to all the necessary amenities such as groceries and restaurants. Its only been 1 week and its living up to my expectations. Derek and Kendall are super friendly and helpful front office/leasing staff. They have been very responsive throughout the move in process, and to all of our subsequent questions/needs. As someone whos lived in numerous complexes, that always makes a difference. Weve also gotten a few community perks already, including free cocktails last weekend. My fiancé and I are happy so far!

The Brunswick is a newly developed property just steps from Historic Downtown Norcross. The staff and amenities are like icing on the cake - you cant say enough about them! Absolutely the best apartment community in the area! Oh and for all the Sunday apartments shoppers, theyre open too!!

The management team is very professional and attentive to the residents, and the apartment I am renting is really nice. The rent is definitely worth the aminities and the quality of life.
Several months ago i started looking for a new apartment to call home. The Brunswick was one of many places I toured, but one of the few I had a good feeling about. My visit was when the complex was still heavily under construction, but the one floor that had been completed was beautiful, and Derrick did his job well to paint the perfect picture of what is to come. Even though the apartment I was interested in wasn't completed yet, Derrick and his team assured me they will have my dream home ready for me at the date I planned to move in. I am happy to say they delivered as promised and well surpassed my expectations!! I have been living in The Brunswick for nearly half a month now, and I am fully satisfied and comfortable in calling this home. The complex is almost finished with its construction, and I can't wait to see what else The Brunswick has to offer its residents! My move to the Brunswick has been superb from the application process to the outstanding staff (Chris, Derek and Kendall) to my move in, I love the apartment and the community. I am so glad I selected the Brunswick!!!
The Brunswick staff have shown there dedication and determination to make their tenants happy to live in this complex. The location itself is wonderful, the apartment units are a dream (and brand new, un-lived in), it's a gated off street parking, and is pet friendly!! My main concern moving in was the rent, it may be higher for some budgets but I will 100% say that it is worth it! Please come tour The Brunswick, and I hope you can call this your new home!
Recently moved into my new apartment at The Brunswick site unseen and it is EXACTLY as pictured online, unlike a lot of properties in GA. Love the finishes and location. Leasing process is fast and secure... Very happy with the overall experience and grateful I found it early before my floor plan sold out! This property made me feel right back at home with all the space, and luxury of amenities!! The building itself is Gorgeous and the staff, namely Derrick who went above and beyond is out of this galaxy!!! I love the Units I saw, all of them made the decision beyond difficult because they all are spectacular. Treat yourself and your wallet to an affordable and luxurious, pampering in a great location near the Interstate highways with great dining close by. I can't say enough about my love affair with this place!!
