The Bryce is a decent community to live in. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. There are free yoga and mimosas on Thursdays and free boot camp workouts. I like when the staff has bingo nights, karaoke nights and the other parties in the office.

I’ve not had a good experience with living here. I feel like you all put lipstick on a pig. Nothing is what it should be. These apartments are in desperate need of updating. Example: no lights in bedrooms, no ceiling fans in bedrooms, half my electrical outlets don’t work, my bathroom fan was so loud so I put in work order for replacement and what I got was another used fan that works quietly but then gets very loud, the gun shots I hear are every night, my safety feels in jeopardy, never can get any management to call you, you get attitude from office staff, the price that is charged is way too much for what we get, communication is awful here. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move out!

Trying to contact the front desk has been a huge concern of ours. It is very difficult to get in touch, where we usually have to leave multiple emails, voicemails and call multiple times to get one reply back. The property is very beautiful and we are so happy to be living here, but the communication is very poor
nice community, apartments are a good size and remodeled.
The Bryce is an amazing community. I'm so glad that we ignored the older reviews and moved here. The residents, the office staff, the community, the amenities, our actual apartment, the location, just everything is amazing.
Friendly staff. Apartment updated and extremely spacious. Quiet and clean community.

So far, I have enjoyed this place! The move-in process was overall pretty good. The front office staff is 10/10. I went to my first community event " Bubbles and Bouquets" and it was a cute event and meet some of my community members. I feel safe here and I am excited to be living in this community.

The management at this apartment complex are very rude and struggle with helping residents that live here. I moved in back when this apartment complex was Brookside but every since new management took over, they have become lazy and unwilling to do anything that they are suppose to.

I really believe that our office staff is wonderful and pleasant to work with. Definitely the best I've ever had no matter which apts I've lived in. Starting with office manager on down.
The Bryce provides a welcoming community with amazing management. The amenities are great and the people are even better.
The Bryce is a beautiful residential sojourn. The landscaping, trail, pool, and gym will definitely suit your requirements. The apartment size and layout are awesomely exceptional. But, Don’t take my word for it. Come see it for yourself!
This place feels like home. It is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I’m truly pleased with my decision.
Maintenance does a great job addressing any issues. I had an unfortunate start with this community but I can say communication to correct certain issues have been consistent. I can tell they are trying. Once the issues are corrected I feel this will be a comfortable apartment/community to live in.
Living at the Bryce apartments is just awesome. The staff management team are great indeed. The country style life excludes the noisey traffic and stressful days work. The Bryce is my sanctuary.
I love the location and the amenities in the apartment It’s a little pricey but overall mostly worth it With some general upkeep and few minor renovations this place would be amazing
I am very disappointed in the application process. I just graduated from college and building my credit. I was denied because I didn’t have enough credit. Plus I have a hard hit on my credit from this management company pulling it. I’ve lived in several apartments and this by far the first time I was denied because of credit. Management company should do better.
The Bryce is a very nice community to live in North Charlotte with welcoming and supportive staff to great amenities to utilize...love my place, from the size to the layout and features...just right for me!

I’ve lived here going on 4yrs, and I have no complaints. The staff has always made me feel like top priority if a problem arises. The maintenance team was always on point with taking care of my needs. The office team always welcoming, and knowledgeable about any concerns that I’ve ever had. I love it here. They value there tenants, if you ask me. They make it feel like a family affair. They hold all kinds of fun activities for the whole family. They keep the complex clean and tidy. I love how the apartments are specious and not small and very well maintained. It’s a great place to call home. It’s a great atmosphere. I also love how it’s well lit at night to take walks through. Even the animals have a play area. I love it

Apartment is falling apart at the seems. Washing machine smells, cracks from the doors to the ceiling, appliances are horrible and incredibly outdated.

I have been living at the The Bryce for only little but I do love my apartment and the area of the complex I am in. The one thing that stood out to me after moving in is how fast the maintenance staff responds to request. the staff are very friendly people. The complex has a lot of great amenities. The apartment is beautiful, you can really make it feel like home.

The floor plans are spacious, office staff is very nice, and the community is rather quiet. Id say get rid of the broken down cars, add valet trash & do away with the gate access would be my only suggestions.

The Bryce is my first apartment after college, and so far it seems just fine. Our unit is not one of the updated ones but it's still a great deal with only a couple things that needed/need maintenance.

When I first moved into the Bryce I was not happy with the apartment due to the fact I was told it was going to be wood flooring instead of carpet. However, I was able to overcome it as the kitchen was simply amazing! The whole apartment itself is very beautiful and upgraded to my liking. The property itself is clean and well maintained. The fact that there is a dog park is a major plus for me. The ladies in the office are super nice and very helpful. I am glad I made the decision to stay.

This place is a mess! On the first day of move in it was a coach roach on my floor in the middle of the kitchen. They didnt want to do anything about it at first and blamed it on the “location of the apartment building” until I threatened to leave then Amelia nicely assisted with getting a exterminator. Ive only lived here for 4 months and have had multiple bug issues ROACHES being the biggest. The kitchen appliances are old and raggedy my whole OVEN dissembled. The oven cuts on for 15 mins and cuts off and all the crappy maintenance did was come glue the pieces back together. Not even 24 hours after they “fixed” the oven it dissembled and I’m now waiting a month later with multiple maintenance request even so far as speaking with a representative in the the office. The office called me after 3 weeks of multiple calls and voicemails just to tell me they would get it handled and yet I have a oven that is still dissembled. They will make you pay for trash services just for the trash to be piled up so high that people are putting their garbage in the grass near the entrance for all guest and residence to see upon entry.I would RUN for the hills if I were you don’t even turn into this circus of a complex. I cannot wait until my lease is up. They only respond to good reviews that says a lot about them as a company and apartment complex.

Trash - there's ALWAYS garbage EVERYWHERE, and compactor never works. I've never seen it being picked up, & once I felt like doing something helpful & walked around the complex myself with gloves & trash bags and picked up tons of trash. Maintenance should be doing this semi regularly, in my opinion. Recycling - recycling was removed from the complex, which I am certain was a money saving ploy chalked up to "residents aren't using the recycling properly," as management stated. Amenities - even before COVID, amenities were almost always unavailable, or very inconsistently available, due to being broken or whatever other reasons. The safety gates were always malfunctioning, the car wash area was usually not available for use, many times the pool area was closed for extended periods of time, etc. The mailboxes were broken into twice, & the 1st time, were unavailable for nearly 2 months, so we all had to go to the post office to pick up our mail (which is difficult for me, as I work M-F during the hours the post office is open). I asked for updates multiple times on what was going on & if the mail area was going to be made more secure, & only received very vague responses that really didn't answer the question. Rent Rate - you will most likely be overcharged on rent. I actually found out soon before I ended my lease early that I was being charged a mere 5 DOLLARS less than a larger, updated apt. Both mine & the apt in comparison were terrace floor apts with a view of the golf course, but here are the differences: mine was a 1 bedroom/1 bath, less than 800 sq ft apt, NOT updated, no microwave. The other was a 2 bedroom/2 bath, updated, with newer appliances, lighting fixtures, a microwave, & almost 300 sq feet larger than mine. Roaches - you will pay a pest control fee every month, but it seems to be a waste of money. There were always cockroaches & other large bugs running around inside. Customer Service - very poor. Miscommunication or non communication very often, as well as most of the people in the office (excluding Amelia) being downright rude. Any time I entered in a work order, they were swiftly marked as "completed" in the system, despite no one even coming by to check on the issue. The ONE time someone did check on an order I entered was when I mentioned there was mold in the kitchen sink hose. Someone came by, looked at it & took photos, then later came back and said that because the mold was "between the layers", they would not be fixing it.
I have only lived in my apartment for 2 weeks and I can confirm that the team is there to make everything go smoothly. Karoll R. in the leasing office is the best person to work with and truly made my experience the best during my apartment search. She is the person who led me to choose to move here and not pick another apartment.

Complex is in a pretty good area but be aware maintenance is not the greatest.

I live here and have since before it was the bryce north, if maintenance then was needed it was done same day or next day. I have been waiting a WEEK for maintenance. RIDICULOUS. I understand its not an emergency but spend money on staff and not amenities that no one wants or uses.
The renovated apartments are a plus. Nice size master bedroom and bathroom. Updated appliances, countertops, and bathroom countertops and mirrors are great. Private patio/balcony is convenient. Freshly painted buildings, hand rails, and apt doors are more inviting.

Horrible place. Maintenance have no clue what they are doing. I called emergency maintenance 3 times for my air conditioner and no one came out. Paint that wasn’t dry got all over my belongings. Its roach infested and there is trash everywhere. See the place on the weekend before you make a decision.

Ive lived here since 01/2020 & I dont think I wouldve gotten everything I wanted in an apartment for the reasonable price I got with The Bryce anywhere else.

Due to building maintenance or covid , our grounds have not been kept up to par. the stair case is always dirty and filled with debris, Hopefully after the remodel this will change. The neighborhood isnt as safe since the gates remain open at all times. In August a friend spent the night at my place and woke up to the hub caps being missing from her car. Lastly, the the resources provided to the community such as the tow truck number doesnt work, the business and fitness center need to re-open as this is apart of the amenities that helped us decide to lease with this apartment in the first place.

We sincerely appreciate your positive review of The Bryce North Charlotte! Nothing brightens our day like positive feedback from a happy, satisfied resident. — Deborah Steading, Community Director
The common areas including breeze ways and staircases are poorly maintained and generally grimy. We had to buy a doorknob cover for our front door due to the degraded state of the existing door knob. We have also been contending with roach-looking “water bugs” the size of my thumb since we arrived. Apartment homes are poorly insulated for sound meaning you hear EVERYthing happening around your apartment; so pray you don’t have especially noisy neighbors, as this will only exacerbate the problem. Work orders are commonly marked as complete when no action has been taken and with no further communication with the residents. As much as I hate the moving process, I will not be resigning my lease.
I have lived here for 3 years and it has declined in the last year. After 3 shootings and constant car break ins I no longer feel safe here. If you are new to the area this is a high crime area so keep in mind if you have children schools are low functioning I can't wait to move out
I lived in Bexley Creekside for more than 2 years. It's the best community around this area. People at leasing office are really helpful. Especially Kristy was my go to person. Also they will be very prompt and quick in addressing the maintenance request. The pool area is so good also they have 24x7 access to leasing office for printing, scanning and Gym. Also this community have restricted access which makes us to feel safe inside the community. They have golf course, tennis courts and Shuttle court. Food lion, Harris teeter, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Hungry Howie's, Shell gas station are near by and North Lake Mall is 15 minutes away. Also you have an option to visit North Tryon and Huntersville Walmart from here. I strongly suggest this apartment. All the best

I have lived here for over a year now and have signed a new lease. The price is definitely not the cheapest you will find in the area but the value is the best I've found. Currently in a one bedroom. For the size of the apartment, the kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space. The amenities are by far the best I have seen at an apartment complex. My wife and I always joke of how this place is a utopia, friendly staff, friendly neighbors, and everything you need in one spot.

My husband and I have lived here for one year, just signed on for at least one more year. It's the only place that we have lived in Charlotte, but we love it - it truly feels like our home here. Price: The rent here is incredibly reasonable and you get much more square footage for the price than you would if you chose to live in a more "popular" neighborhood. The rent increase (which is to be expected each year) was low and incredibly reasonable. Location: It's very close to most major highways which means that you can get to anywhere in Charlotte in like 15-20 minutes. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, we're very close to the Boardwalk and to Northlake Mall. Staff: Have always been the nicest and most helpful. Early on they learned our names which makes us feel welcome every time we go to the office for whatever we needed. They also have after-hours community attendants to help with anything you might need outside of business hours. Maintenance: Our maintenance reports have always been responded to quickly and I feel comfortable knowing that our issues are being addressed appropriately. Amenities: We love the walking path in the community, we often walk laps and we always see other people and families playing and walking around. I use the gym fairly often and, while it's not state-of-the-art, it has everything I need and I can access is 24/7. There's also a great pool and a great car washing station with hoses and a vacuum. I also love the package locker that they recently installed, which allows residents to pick up their packages 24/7. I always had a hard time making it to the office during business hours! Safety: I don't think that you'll ever live anywhere that is 100% safe, but I feel comfortable here. Overall, I think that Weinstein is a great management company and Bexley Creekside is a great place to live.
