Overall everyone is super nice!! The staff has been helpful and the residents are all fairly nice. Only thing is the walls are thin so noise carries form apartments along with loud stomping from your upstairs neighbors

I would say overall my experience living at the Bryn has been a positive one. I like how quickly maintenance comes to fix any issues i may have, i like how quiet the area is and how close it is to everything such as the grocery store, restaurants and other places. I only have 2 complaints. 1 being that there needs to be more buses as the V and the VE are so packed that you can smell the person next to you which is gross. and 2. someone in building 6 spilled food on the steps and spread pumpkin everywhere that its starting to smell and making hard to get to our apartments. I don't know who it was but its so gross.

Living at the Bryn is so fun and comfortable. Everything is in walking distance and the bus passes make it easy to get to get around. The gym is nice too.

So far, my experience has been pretty good. The gym is convenient, and I enjoy the social events management organizes, though I wish they would send out notifications a day in advance. I have just been too lazy to look for the calendar.

Pretty good. Slight issues with broken stuff regarding amenities I.e. broken gym equipment and broken package door. Also, small issues regarding fans not working. Overall pretty good place to live.

Fairly clean and comes with a free bus pass to all CATA buses. You can tell many expenses were spared in preparing the apartment, with the doors having gaps you can see through and paint was haphazardly coated on all the walls. Solid place to live if you can see past the little things.

Overall nice place. Convenient location and easy accessibility to public transportation. The pool was closed for over a month during the hottest month of summer, and they constantly send emails about unimportant things. The people that work in the office are very nice, which makes it harder to complain, and they rarely let you speak to a manager. Otherwise, most of the residents are nice and respectful of one another. The walls aren’t as thin as you’d expect in an apartment so you cannot hear the people above or below you often. When the pool is open, it is very nice.

Overall, this is a nice place to live. It is in a good location and there are a lot of stores within walking distance. In my apartment though we do have roaches. I t might be because we are on the ground floor but it is not acceptable.

I really like the common areas, especially the one with computers and unlimited printing access. Some gym equipment, restrooms, and the water dispenser require constant maintenance, but I hope these will be addressed soon. My advice for improvement would be to focus on maintenance to enhance the experience here. Overall, The Bryn is in a great location, with a bus stop just around the corner, which I find very convenient. Having stores nearby is also a great advantage.

Its honestly very good there are a lot of events and the staff (especially at the front desk) are very friendly and they always have your interest in mind or at the very least want to help you find a solution to an issue.

the apartments for the most part are nice but some thing are a bit dated or not in the best condition( one bathroom has ip to date water knob while the other has a very dated dial which gets stuck, paint splatter in a lot of places, door under the sink was hanging off from not being screwed in). amenities are great tho

The place was a little dirty when first moved in. they claimed we would have a chair for our living room and there was none. floors and carpet were really nice. the paint job was a little all over the place but besides that it was really nice

The apartment is spacious and designed with student needs in mind. Each bedroom is well-sized, providing enough room for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. My bedroom is comfortable and offers a good balance between privacy and functionality. The provided furniture is basic but sufficient for daily needs. The desk and chair are suitable for long study sessions, and there is enough storage space for clothes and personal items. One minor drawback is the lack of soundproofing, which sometimes makes it hard to concentrate when the neighbors are being noisy.

My time at the Bryn the past two years has been great! I have always felt safe and at home. Though management has changed over time, the staff has always been kind. The location and price range is nice. Several upgrades to improve the Bryn has happened during my time here and is appreciated. When issues have happened in my apartment or around the Bryn, maintenance seems to work quick and efficiently to solve the issue. One of my favorite things has been the activities put on by the Bryn, where it is food in the office, bingo, an egg hunt, or social media challenges. I have enjoyed my time at the Bryn and will miss it!

I liked my experience living at The Bryn! It could've been better as my bathroom was always flooding since my toilet overflowed (thank God for the maintenance people) but other than that, my room was great and I made great memories in the apartment with my roommate and my friends!

The apartment itself is decent but terrible communication from management and the price of rent knocks it down. Overall, the apartment complex is standard for college apartments, but a few sour experiences have led me to dislike living here.

Apartment is nice enough for what you’re paying. Appliances were all very noisy and could have been updated. We also had several issues with leakages and the bathrooms throughout the year. All were fixed. But repairs were usually a little sloppy. Free events and giveaways were nice but always during school hours when I was away. Damp smell to the first floor apartment all throughout the year. May have been a mold issue.

I really like the complex. The management is really friendly and socialize, but only if you go in-person to talk with them. Emailing can get you a snails speed response. They offer lots of events and things to do, but its not allows the best for meeting your neighbors. For the time I am here, it definitely meets all my needs.

It is a well sized and fully furnished apartment. The wifi is fast on most days, and the staff are great no complaints. The location might just be perfect.

A very good maintenance department who always arrived promptly whenever I had a problem. The gym and the computer lab were always open when needed and the staff have been helpful when dealing with any problems I had.

Apartment layout is not great, it feels like a dorm more than an off campus residency. I would recommend looking at the real units before signing a lease instead of just looking at the show room. Maybe ask a friend/classmate?

The Bryn is that apartment complex that you live in during college, make your memories in with your friends about how bad it is, and then when you’re 40 sitting around with your kids, you tell them stories about the awful place you lived during college. The Bryn’s apartments are spacious but cheaply constructed and entirely paper thin. Most of them are half renovated until they jacked up the rent on all of us, and forced renovations. The internet cuts out most days for hours, and maintenance has never been timely. Management hasn’t had their ducks in a row to the point where they email on a daily basis both apologizing and blaming us all for their mess-up. They threaten legal action if you complain a little too much. The location of the complex is nice though, close to groceries, restaurants, and highway, while far from campus and downtown. The Bryn is meant to be an affordable place to live, not the Bellagio.

I enjoy living at the Bryn. There are many amenities and events for residents to enjoy. It is also a reasonable price considering everything. The wifi has been in and out sometimes lately but that is not typically an issue.

The Bryn Apartment Complex is a satisfactory place to live. Sometimes we have issues, but with the use of the maintenance we are usually pretty okay no matter what.

The apartment community is always very quiet which allows for deep thinking and reflection of things. Most of all due to the quietness I don't not have to mute my microphone during a virtual class. I really love the quietness of the apartment community.
