The California Building at 1111 Tulane has been renovated from its formal office building to a mixed use building, with retail space on the first floor and 167 residential units on the upper floors. The ten story California Building offers studio, one and two bedroom luxury loft-style apartments – all complete with granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances and stackable washer and dryer. Garage parking is available within the building – offering the ultimate convenience for the daily commuter. The garage is fully enclosed and offers elevator access through the lobby area. Centrally located; walking distance to Tulane Hospital, VA Hospital, & University. Our front door is also just steps from the Loyola streetcar line, and a short walk to the world-famous French Quarter.
