Garage parking is available within the building – offering the ultimate convenience for the daily commuter. The garage is fully enclosed and offers elevator access through the lobby area. Centrally located; walking distance to Tulane Hospital, VA Hospital, & University. Our front door is also just steps from the Loyola streetcar line, and a short walk to the world-famous French Quarter.

Property Ratings at The California Building
We have lived in this residence for 3 over three years and with such mixed emotions moved to another city to be with family. This was by far the best condo/building we have ever lived in. The management, Brittany, Katie and Jessie are the best. The maintenance was wonderful. Always completed the day of request that is to Jessie. Brittany and Katie in the office are always so pleasant and go above and beyond to take care of any issue we had which was very few. Loved this place and will definitely miss it. If ever we move back to NOLA this is where we will live again.
