Property Ratings at The Callaway
New management is terrible. I believe towing visitors cars in the middle of the day when there is ample parking available is unacceptable
Property Manager at The Callaway, Responded To This Review
We have marked designated visitor parking and I am sorry you were not aware of where those were located.
I have lived at The Calloway for several years now and they have been updated, renovated inside and outside, painted and look so much better. Natasha, our property mgr is the BEST. This place could not run without her. She is always helpful and always there when you need her whether is a question, problem or concern she will always help you.

Thank you for your 4-star rating and for sharing your positive experience at The Callaway. We're happy to hear that the updates and renovations have enhanced your living experience. It's wonderful to know that our management has been helpful and responsive to your needs. Your kind words are greatly appreciated.
I have lived here for over 22 years and they have now newly renovated the apartments. They are very nice now. Our property mgr Natasha has always helped me out many times and is wonderful as well as our maintenance man Jose who is always on the ball and so nice. They are the best part of this place and Natasha actually cares about us and how the property look. You won't be disappointed.
Just recently moved in here and it has been a great experience. Leasing was easy, apartment is nice, office staff has been great. I dont have bugs in my apartment. The grounds are nice. Cant wait to use the pool next year.

Thank you for choosing us as your new home! It is heartening to know that you are enjoying our friendly team and well-kept community. If we can ever be of assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Great place to live if you love having roaches, being lied to constantly about updates allegedly happening to the property, hearing gunshots in the complex and/or having cops flood the complex every other night, and last but not least if you love paying above average prices for an apartment that should be priced in the sub-500 range. You’re better off staying at a crack motel in town.
We stayed here for 2 years and saw that they didn’t want to fix anything in our apartment. Loose outlets, holes in our ceiling, no locks on any windows, absolutely unacceptable for the jacked up price. We have gone through 10 landlords in 2 years, no repairs, they won’t answer the telephone, and when we show up at the office asking for repairs, they claim they have lost our “list of issues.” We have given them 3 copies in the last 3 months. It is NOT worth the money and it is a HUGE waste of time. They never give a notice for office closures, water shut off, or pest control. They are more concerned with moving tenants in. Our stuff is still broken after 2 years, but when the renters next to is moved out, they were in NEXT DAY. Trees are growing into the power lines, trash everywhere, and no help from “new management.” Don’t do it.

Hi, Sabrina. Though we're sorry to hear that your experience with our community has not been as positive as we would hope, we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. The upkeep of our homes is important to us and we encourage you to reach out to us here in the office and ask to speak with our Community Manager about your outstanding requests. They will be happy to look into them for you and offer as much assistance as possible in addressing them promptly and thoroughly. Thank you.
Please do not move to these apartments. The management is non existent. They do not fix anything in your apartment. 6 months with black mold in the bathroom and they came in and spray painted over it. That is one of the MANY problems I've had while living here. This is a terrible place to live, please don't waste a year of your time and money moving here.
Constantly shutting off the water whenever they want without giving you notice! Never answer the phone at the office or return calls, pool keeps getting closed by the health department. Can't keep any landlords they all quit or get fired. They also promise to fix things and then never do, or say they have more important things to do. Save yourself the hassle and don't move here, it's awful.
New Management is making positive changes to the community and upgrading units. They have added a community grill area near the pool as well I moved in nearly two months ago and I LOVE it. Would recommend this community anyone.
I have lived here for 10 months, have had nothing but issues. Maintenance is ridiculous. Have been fighting bugs the entire time. The pool may have been open a whole week before closed. Old busted appliances stay sitting outside. Apartments with busted windows and sliding glass door sit vacant, Lighting throughout the complex at night is uneven and has dark and dangerous places . Have lost all water pressure more than probably a dozen times. And was just advised they're wanting to up my rent $110 a month. And that's not even getting any remodeling done to my old apartment . Just because you change the name doesn't make it better and make it worth more $. Any good business person knows it's cheaper to keep a good client then it is to obtain a new one. And having the property manager leave the good reviews all over the place is pitiful
This is a really great place to live. It is right on the bus line, and really close to the mall, great restaurants. It is a quiet complex and well maintained. It has a nice pool and helpful staff.
