Property Ratings at The Cambria
People are allowed to drink and be a noise disturbance multiple nights a week and management will turn a blind eye. If you ever wanted a nightly party 15 feet from your bedroom window this is the place for you!
I move in end of May 2022. The moment I walked in the office the manager and assistant manager was very nice. The are the same anytime you walk in. Ms Tina & Ms. Debbie beautiful souls and spirits. Living there it is so quit. It’s is very Peaceful to me don’t plan on moving no time soon. Keep up the good work Lady’s. Mrs. Lamb
This gated community is great!, maintence personnel have uniform easy to ask for help when they are around. Swimming pool is cleaned every week. The land scape and touch ups are done weekly. Every time i have requested something to be replaced or looked at it wouldn't take more than a week to have resolved. Landlords were helpful during Covid, and had procedures that was enforced for our safety. Paid parking spots and plenty of visitor parking. Overall this is the place ill rather stay than anywhere else around the area!
I have lived here for a few years. My every need was attended to promptly. The neighbors are quite and courteous. The pool is always clean and sparkling. The gates and cameras work great. In fact, I had one issue with a visitor and management used the security cameras to sort it out!
I've been here 2 year never had a problem with anything. It’s very quiet and stays clean. Management has been kind and helpful. A highly recommended everyone to come here.
I’ve been living here for 3 years now and the management and maintenance staff are beyond nice, I highly recommend these apartments. They’re very convenient to nearby shopping, nice pool, quiet neighborhood and the maintenance staff is always fast and attentive!
These apartments are super nice, very big , clean inside and out !! Manager’s are always on top of their stuff when it comes to inspection to making sure property stays clean !! I will highly recommend them !!
If you are close with management it seems you can get away with many things. It’s mixed of disrespectful people and very nice people. The noice is quiet but few play load music after quiet hours.
Cambria's team are amazing, they are passionate, respectable, and friendly. They are the type of people that make sure their tenants are very comfortable. I appreciate Tina, Debbie and their Cambria crew for all what they do. It makes me feel good to call my place a home. Thank you all so much for all what y'all do.
I've been here 2 years. It's quiet and clean. Nicely priced units considering the current market for apartments. Management has been kind and helpful. Laundry room and pool area available which is convenient.
I've been living here few years best apartments I've lived at in Texas city. Nice and helpful staff. Nicely groomed grounds. Pool recently fancied up. I'd recommend this place for sure. Hopefully everyone living here will keep this place clean and quiet so we'll all continue to be happy here for a while.
Noise very quiet. Maintenance The maintenance staff are very efficient, quick and do a great job!!! Safety Complex is gated, very safe place to live. Been here for 3 years, very safe. Neighborhood Nice neighborhood, close to shopping, HEB, Kroger, Ross. Close to all schools. Grounds The grounds are very nice. always keep up, very clean, lots of trees and plants. Has swimming pool and play ground. Office Staff are great people, super nice and professional. I have lived in the Cambria Apartments for 3 years now. This is an excellent complex. The Staff are super nice, and courteous. The maintenance staff is quick and do a great job. The grounds are always keep up. Close to HEB, Kroger, easy access to Hwy 146. The neighbors are quite, a good place for families to live. Over all, this is a great place to live. Highly recommend living here. Best Apartments in Texas city!
I have lived in many apartments all over the Houston area, but I have not lived at a property, like the Cambria, where the complex is very quiet at night and you have great access to local stores, Kemah and Galveston and Interstate 45 for other shopping opportunities. You are greeted with professional and friendly staff, like Tina Solis as the new apartment manager and Debbie Gonzales who is the assistant manager/leasing agent. You will find that they are very receptive to the needs of the tenants and helpful in times of unforseen circumstances. The Maintenance Staff is also very professional when it comes to providing service to the apartment when requested. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for an apartment in this area.
I've lived here for a little under 2 years now and I have no complaints. This has to be the best apartments I've ever lived in hands down. I've moved around a lot and I'm new to the TC area so I was really nervous when shopping around for a decent place to live. TC doesn't have much to offer on the safe, clean and relevantly quiet apartment communities. I hit the jackpot when I found this place. Here's why... The Staff (Ms. Kat and Mrs. Debbie) - Super friendly, very honest and upfront about everything. They don't pretend to be perfect but they try and you can tell they take pride in their jobs as well as this community. Maintenance - Cool guys who always show up and take care of whatever it is I need. I think they've worked here awhile like a few years. They seem to know their way around this place inside and out. My neighbor who has lived here for 10 years says these 2 guys have been here as long as her. We have a new guy too and as far as I can tell, he seems to be cool too. I've never had to wait longer than 2 days to get my stuff fixed but usually, I put in a request for repair and gets taken care of that same day. This pleases me. Safety - There are cameras all over this place and they definitely do work! I know this because they were able to look at the cameras and tell me the exact moment a bag of trash fell off my car, oops.... There's a cop car here every day so I know we have a TC officer who lives here and I see a lot of my neighbors in those jailer uniforms, so I assume we have some people who work down at TDCJ. Price - Personally, I feel like you get what you pay for.... This place isn't the cheapest in TC so if that's what you are looking for, you may have to go over to one of those places with the windows busted out and covered in police cars and yellow tape. It's also not the most expensive either. checked out those wanna be "nicer" complexes before settling on this one and I'll tell you what, if you want to pay $800 for a shoe box size apt where they don't even care that you're car gets rummaged through by the kids in the area just to say you live somewhere "nice" be my guest, but that's not for me. The Cambria is what I would say mid-priced. Bottom line, if you want a place that safe, clean, quiet, decent priced with awesome staff, The Cambria is the place for you. Happy apartment hunting!
I've lived here for about a year now and this was my very fist apartment. I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience. Kathaleen and Debbie in the front office are very nice and make it a point to get to know all of the guests. Whenever you have a problem they are there to offer up a solution and maintenence requests are usually taken care of either that same or following day. More complicated issues will at least be completed within a week. They communicated very well with me during the application process and have continued to do so during my stay. The Cambria is pretty quiet as most of the neighbors mind their own business and chill in their units. During the summer you will hear chatter by the pool and kids playing but that is to be expected. It's not disturbing or obnoxious, just background noise. I feel very safe here. There are cameras everywhere. When I first moved in last summer there did seem to be a bug problem but they sent exterminators twice and I haven't seen anything since the new year started. I will definitely renew my lease for another year. The rent will go up but only by $10. Much better than some of the other horror stories I've heard.

I already thought I was paying tooooo much for these apartments, when it was time to renew my lease I was informed that the rent was going up, from the note on my door it was due to all of the "improvements" that have taken place? I wonder if those improvements were the free roaches? Because after a year I still have sand in front of my apartment instead of grass even though I was told when I moved in that landscaping was coming, the access gates still do not work again was told it was going to be fixed, and now even the "security" cameras do not work. I have not see 1 improvement in a year so I am not sure why the rise in the rent.

The leasing agents are very hospitable and management are always on site. Their incentives for renting are awesome, remolded beautifully for incoming residents, and they over extend business hours while dealing with prospects. I LOVE MY NEW HOME & EXTENDED FAMILY HERE AT THE CAMBRIA!!!
Could be a lot better. The tile floors are not appealing. The new renovations helped some but the kitchen areas still look homely. Definitely don't stay longer than a year. The neighbors are loud and smoke a lot as well. Rent wasn't too high at first, but with the renovations we are now paying a premium price for a sub par product. The price and locale are really the two major drawbacks of these apartments.
