quiet, easy to get in and out, close to shopping and friendly people. I get to walk next to the river every day and exercise in the training room if windy or raining. Great place to live

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Cameron Apartments! The management team has been fantastic—always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym, which has everything I need for a good workout. The location is super convenient, right next to The Tempe Marketplace, so I’m close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Cameron to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I just moved here, it’s a lovely community and quite. I heard it from my friend and it was really different a lot better from other communities i saw.

The Cameron is the place to be! The amenities are fantastic and there are events going on every month. Front desk and maintenance are extremely helpful and fast!

Everything is so nice, calm, friendly, and very welcoming . The apartment is perfect, enjoyable view, poolside, easy access to Tempe market place and the staff is tremendously helpful.

Everything has been so perfect so far and the staff is amsing! the move in the process has also been smooth! We are loving the apartment so far

Move in went really smoothly and everyone has been so helpful and kind. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for maintenance to fix some things.

Overall it’s a calm environment whith residents who maintain that calmness and leads to a community of peace and harmony.

Rent is too high for what you get. Pool should have been built in an area that gets sun longer throughout the day. Spoiled college kids break/ loose amenities.

Leasing team was really responsive and the move in process was easy. Maintenance has been a little slow to respond but does a good job. Highly recommend!

Living at The Cameron has been excellent. It is a beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful staff. The maintenance team is exceptional with promptly getting to and resolving any issues that may pop up. Conveniently located you can access both main freeways easily and Tempe Marketplace has good restaurants shopping. Highly recommend making The Cameron your next home!

I love living here and the friendly atmosphere of the team. Whenever I go near the office to grab a package I’m always greeted with a smile and feel that they remember me & genuinely care about me!

Great experience, no complaints very professional staff. every time i have an issue it gets resolved as soon as possible. the cleaning staff assures everything is neat and clean. and the events are always fun.

Wow! Super impressed! I know they’ve been short handed and working so hard! The communication has been great! I received a call from Don to check on my maintenance request. Daryn has been super helpful as always asking how I’m doing and if I need anything. Merrilee has been assisting me with understanding my lease renewal. I am extremely happy with the staff, requests and communication. They also did a Pizza making event in the Makers Space that was super fun! I love this community!

Have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed every second of it! Rooms and amenities are awesome and there are always fun events with free food and drinks!

Thoroughly enjoy the surrounding community, very nice area in Tempe to live with its access to the Lake trail as well as the Tempe Marketplace and University offerings. Sound in apartment is a bit much, not too fond of the surrounding sounds from common areas and hallways, as well as neighbors that travels into my apartment at all hours. Cleanliness is partially a concern in elevators and carpeted areas, as well as communal coffee area, always is a mess. Nonetheless, this is not the staffs issue but a lack of respect from the residents. Maintenance staff is very kind and welcoming and always say hello!

I'm excited to start living at The Cameron! The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby landmarks, transportation options, and important places like grocery stores, parks, schools, etc. The community offers great amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly and helpful during the move-in process. I look forward to making this place my new home.

The Cameron is a well run community with an excellent leasing staff and maintenance department. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are very friendly at the front desk. The finishes are beautiful and the amenities are super nice!

Great maintenance staff but that is the only thing that is great. Management is not there to help you, they actually will work against you when possible. Sit on their phone watching videos all day while they "misplace" packages and you have to basically yell in their face to get them to look up and attend to you while you're standing right in front of them. Oh and don't forget snarky attitude nonstop. Don't live here.

I literally love not only the Cameron but this staff. Everybody is super responsive when it comes to maintenance or any issues that come up. They take go above and beyond with taking care of the tenants. Can’t express enough how this is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve been a part of. Thanks for all you guys do.

When I started looking for what I thought would be a temporary apartment to live in, three years later the Cameron is now called home. My main searching criteria was safety, cleanliness and response to maintenance needs - management and staff have not disappointed. When these positives are coupled with my very close access to both major highways, I have no regrets making this choice.

This has been my best apartment experience. It’s a great apartment in the perfect location.

Overall the Cameron has been a great place for me while I’ve been in a school these past 3 years! Staff has always been really cool and chill. Love feeling like I’m living in a hotel. Only downside is the stairwells and hallways are not ever cleaned or maintenanced

I have really enjoyed my two years as a resident at the Cameron. The staff are always attentive and friendly towards me and I've observed this behavior towards other residents as well.

I have been extremely impressed with the staff at Cameron. From the leasing team answering all my questions and going above and beyond before I moved in and was even a resident! Down to the maintenance team introducing themselves on upon my move in. Everything has been so smooth and easy! There are so many apartments that I had to chose from and I could not be happier with my decision. The positive energy from the staff and residents is felt as soon as you walk in the door. They even have a community page. It feels like a “home” vs an apartment rental. I’m super impressed!

The Cameron has probably the best maintenance team in all of Phoenix! They are always working and working hard to lookout for the community! I always see them around the property! 5 star service! Love their professionalism and quality of work! Thanks again guys!

My Cameron living experience has reinforced my believe that apartment living can be enjoyable. I have made the Cameron home for approximately three years. This is not only because the building is very well maintained but also the management staff continuously respond to residents' needs in a professional and friendly manner which makes for a warm environment.

Chance and Merrilee made the entire moving process SO easy from setting up a tour to move in day. I highly recommend - They are very personable and always there to help. Love the location and amenities of The Cameron and the apartments are beautiful!!

The Cameron has been the best decision I have made when it comes to apartment living, incredible staff all around, plenty of charging for fell EV users and the community and its residents are all so wonderful!! 10/10 recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone!

My roomate and I are from out of state and as soon as we moved in the staff here at the Cameron made us feel right at home. They are always ready to help and answer questions to the best of their ability, reccomend places to eat and see, you are always greeted with a smile, and may even stop and chat in passing. Everyone here has been so nice and the amenities are amazing. They take great care of you, your space, and the building here and we absolutely love it.

The expectations of what I pay per month are not being met in terms of upkeep. The halls and stairwells are dirty and smelly.

The Cameron has been so welcoming from the community manager, Alanna, to quite a few of my neighbors. It's so great getting to meet everyone and their dogs out in the courtyard!

This place has so much potential. The units are exquisite, the location divine...if only the leasing office was ever helpful. They will do whatever they can to NEVER take any responsibility for anything that happens. It's a joke.

The units are great. Dog owners are awful and the leasing office people are awful. If you just keep to yourself, you'll love it here

Good community, except if you own an electric vehicle, not EV friendly.
