Friendly community they accept dogs, which is great a lot of places don’t accept certain breeds, I love the gatherings whether it’s something random get together Sunday brunch or a holiday celebration.

Front desk is standoffish but they get the job done. They make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job when you ask for assistance with anything. Maintenance is excellent. Other tenants do not respect or take very good care of the amenities and cause evacuations very frequently (playing with fire extinguishers, smoking in the stairwell, etc.). I've had to evacuate my apartment between 12-4am over 10 time in the two years I've lived here. i only see this place getting worse as they lower rent. I'm leaving the minute my lease is up.

The Cameron is a well maintained and comfortable complex. Management is friendly and repairs are addressed quickly. Highly recommend this complex for comfortable living.

This place is absolutely amazing. I wanted to move here for about 6 months and walk by it every weekday about 3x (when I’m on my daily walks during my work breaks/lunch right next door) and dreamt what it would be like. It wasn’t at all what I expected. It was so much more. Paradise, if I may. The staff have been extremely courteous, friendly, funny, helpful, giving and real. I have only encountered a cheerful and willing-to-help group here. To say they’ve truly made me feel at home and ease is an understatement. My life has drastically improved. I love it here and my view of the mountains, Salt River and North Valley. VERY high ceilings with HUGE doors – so tall, I can’t reach the top. It even came with speakers to Bluetooth my music to. Shout out to Shirae Pryor who originally gave me a tour and months later remembered me without having to reintroduce myself. She is extremely professional, helpful & goes out of her way. What are you waiting for? Move here as soon as you can.

I am so thankful to the entire Cameron staff for their outstanding service. Primarily on this request it was Don and Ryan. They consistently do such a great job and you can see how hard they work! This community is over 5yrs old now so I understand that things will have more issues over time which makes their jobs more challenging. Don confirmed my request and asked for a convenient day to install my washer. While they were here I mentioned to Ryan about my refrigerator filter and he immediately returned to install it on the spot. They took care of all of my needs in the same day which I was incredibly grateful given my work schedule. Both Ryan and Don were professional and courteous and made me truly feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Please give them kudos for being a major asset to the Cameron team!

I love living here! The amenities and apartments are clean and stylish. It is a really great community to be a part of and very organized.

The Cameron, is conveniently located close to two major highways and the Tempe Marketplace. When this is coupled with the fact that management is very responsive to tenants' needs, this makes this apartment building an ideal place to call home.

I enjoy living here and just renewed my lease! The staff is very supportive and responsive in all matters and they have extra curricular activities all the time!

Our move-in experience was completely disappointing. The apartment was filthy, smelled like mildew and smoke, and clearly wasn't move-in ready despite the assistant manager claiming otherwise. There was mildew in the washer machine, that they ended up replacing and the refrigerator smelled like fish, so bad that they replaced that as well. It was inhabitable and we needed to stay in a hotel. After 2 weeks of telling us it was good to go, we hired a professional to come clean the black floors. While the property manager has since worked to improve things, and the maintenance team has been great, the stress and expense this situation has caused us were completely unacceptable.

Leasing office team has been the most helpful throughout my time and has made my move and transition very easy. I am really happy to be here

I greatly appreciate the consistent communication from the office regarding updates and the hours during which packages are available for pickup. Additionally, the maintenance staff is outstanding- prompt to respond and always extremely helpful.

quiet, easy to get in and out, close to shopping and friendly people. I get to walk next to the river every day and exercise in the training room if windy or raining. Great place to live

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Cameron Apartments! The management team has been fantastic—always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym, which has everything I need for a good workout. The location is super convenient, right next to The Tempe Marketplace, so I’m close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Cameron to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I just moved here, it’s a lovely community and quite. I heard it from my friend and it was really different a lot better from other communities i saw.

The Cameron is the place to be! The amenities are fantastic and there are events going on every month. Front desk and maintenance are extremely helpful and fast!

Everything is so nice, calm, friendly, and very welcoming . The apartment is perfect, enjoyable view, poolside, easy access to Tempe market place and the staff is tremendously helpful.

Move in went really smoothly and everyone has been so helpful and kind. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for maintenance to fix some things.

Overall it’s a calm environment whith residents who maintain that calmness and leads to a community of peace and harmony.

Rent is too high for what you get. Pool should have been built in an area that gets sun longer throughout the day. Spoiled college kids break/ loose amenities.

Leasing team was really responsive and the move in process was easy. Maintenance has been a little slow to respond but does a good job. Highly recommend!

Living at The Cameron has been excellent. It is a beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful staff. The maintenance team is exceptional with promptly getting to and resolving any issues that may pop up. Conveniently located you can access both main freeways easily and Tempe Marketplace has good restaurants shopping. Highly recommend making The Cameron your next home!

I love living here and the friendly atmosphere of the team. Whenever I go near the office to grab a package I’m always greeted with a smile and feel that they remember me & genuinely care about me!

Great experience, no complaints very professional staff. every time i have an issue it gets resolved as soon as possible. the cleaning staff assures everything is neat and clean. and the events are always fun.

Wow! Super impressed! I know they’ve been short handed and working so hard! The communication has been great! I received a call from Don to check on my maintenance request. Daryn has been super helpful as always asking how I’m doing and if I need anything. Merrilee has been assisting me with understanding my lease renewal. I am extremely happy with the staff, requests and communication. They also did a Pizza making event in the Makers Space that was super fun! I love this community!

Have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed every second of it! Rooms and amenities are awesome and there are always fun events with free food and drinks!

Thoroughly enjoy the surrounding community, very nice area in Tempe to live with its access to the Lake trail as well as the Tempe Marketplace and University offerings. Sound in apartment is a bit much, not too fond of the surrounding sounds from common areas and hallways, as well as neighbors that travels into my apartment at all hours. Cleanliness is partially a concern in elevators and carpeted areas, as well as communal coffee area, always is a mess. Nonetheless, this is not the staffs issue but a lack of respect from the residents. Maintenance staff is very kind and welcoming and always say hello!

I'm excited to start living at The Cameron! The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby landmarks, transportation options, and important places like grocery stores, parks, schools, etc. The community offers great amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly and helpful during the move-in process. I look forward to making this place my new home.

The Cameron is a well run community with an excellent leasing staff and maintenance department. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are very friendly at the front desk. The finishes are beautiful and the amenities are super nice!

Great maintenance staff but that is the only thing that is great. Management is not there to help you, they actually will work against you when possible. Sit on their phone watching videos all day while they "misplace" packages and you have to basically yell in their face to get them to look up and attend to you while you're standing right in front of them. Oh and don't forget snarky attitude nonstop. Don't live here.

I literally love not only the Cameron but this staff. Everybody is super responsive when it comes to maintenance or any issues that come up. They take go above and beyond with taking care of the tenants. Can’t express enough how this is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve been a part of. Thanks for all you guys do.

When I started looking for what I thought would be a temporary apartment to live in, three years later the Cameron is now called home. My main searching criteria was safety, cleanliness and response to maintenance needs - management and staff have not disappointed. When these positives are coupled with my very close access to both major highways, I have no regrets making this choice.

This has been my best apartment experience. It’s a great apartment in the perfect location.

Overall the Cameron has been a great place for me while I’ve been in a school these past 3 years! Staff has always been really cool and chill. Love feeling like I’m living in a hotel. Only downside is the stairwells and hallways are not ever cleaned or maintenanced

I have really enjoyed my two years as a resident at the Cameron. The staff are always attentive and friendly towards me and I've observed this behavior towards other residents as well.

I have been extremely impressed with the staff at Cameron. From the leasing team answering all my questions and going above and beyond before I moved in and was even a resident! Down to the maintenance team introducing themselves on upon my move in. Everything has been so smooth and easy! There are so many apartments that I had to chose from and I could not be happier with my decision. The positive energy from the staff and residents is felt as soon as you walk in the door. They even have a community page. It feels like a “home” vs an apartment rental. I’m super impressed!

The Cameron has probably the best maintenance team in all of Phoenix! They are always working and working hard to lookout for the community! I always see them around the property! 5 star service! Love their professionalism and quality of work! Thanks again guys!
