I love the community get togethers they have, the staff is amazing. If there’s an issue there on it. There’s a store on site and I love all the amenities
I’ve lived in a lot of apartments throughout the United States and this has by far been the best place I’ve lived. I initially signed up with Zack who was nothing but helpful and very thorough. And now working with Mark (also very helpful and thorough) upgrading our apartment to something bigger and more suited for our current lifestyle. Both have been great to work with! I love living here and I especially love all the amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I previously moved to the cannery in 2022. But I needed to downsize from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. I absolutely love the staff and the amenities. The staff treat like a person and not just some tenant they have to deal with. Zach, Mark, Laquita, and Chris are the best of the best. The maintenance crew are friendly as well and very attentive to detail. I’ve never have had to wait over 12 hours for small maintenance requests. I even once had my thermostat stop working in the middle of the night and it got fixed almost immediately. Super dog friendly, easy parking. Electric is super cheap with all of the energy efficient appliances. Basically unlike other luxury apartments in the area that wow you with the front office, and community areas. The cannery stays luxurious.

The Cannery staff made the holidays very joyous...... a beautiful decorated tree was put up in the lobby with very pretty garlands hanging from the beams....there was a cookie decorating event organized by Zack which was very enjoyable for all age groups......Zack has gone above and beyond organizing events to bring the entire Cannery resident experience to be quite memorable with a little taste of "home".....I am looking forward to 2025 and what new experiences at The Cannery will happen.

Initially we loved this place, and decided to switch to a 2/2 instead of 1/1. We were promised an apartment that then got sold when we were told it was held. We got cornered into getting a unit that is insanely noisy, for an upcharge. I've only lived in one place as loud as this and it was below college boys that had parties every weekend. Our only compensation has been "lunch". We probably would have stayed here for a while if we hadn't had such a bad experience.
This apartment is very nice and comfy! Everything is very calm around here and i feel at peace. I definitely like living here and would recommend living here.

Overall, the apartment is great! The noise level is a bit loud for me but other than that I’ve had nothing but a great experience! The staff here at the Cannery is so kind and attentive to any ask. They genuinely care how we are doing and how we are liking living here. One of my favorite features is the little market and the gym downstairs. I also really enjoy looking at who the next let of the month will be!

It’s been an okay experience. Kinda wish I didn’t have to keep hounding the staff to get things done. Not thrilled that I had to reinform the leasing office that I have renters insurance even after providing them proof, still kept charging me renters insurance fee. Was never informed about a waiver until I mentioned it. Very little initiative to help tenants

The cannery has so many things to offer not only in the apartment but as a community! There are so many things about the cannery that are extremely convenient like the Publix, foxtail and hot worx all next door!

Great place to live! The pool and gym are great and the monthly activities are so fun. One of my favorite activities are the food trucks that come by every month.

Apartments are great but you only get one key. So don’t lose it. Also you only get one parking pass. Even if you pay for multiple cars. So you are required to switch it between cars.

We love the pool!!! Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming too! The apartment itself is nice, and the amenities make it even better. The location is great because it’s walkable to Publix, the YMCA, and the food hall.

I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time.....I have been living at The Cannery since June of 2022 and have loved every minute of it.......the staff is wonderful, maintenance issues are handled quickly and the property is always immaculate......my favorite service is having the garbage picked up from outside your apartment every night without fail......there are all age groups here making it quite the experience especially at monthly resident events which are wonderful......everyone should live at The Cannery.

We meed to make people follow the rules management lets them do what they want. For example letting families bring 15 to 20 people to the pool we pay to much to live there and we can not enjoy anything

The worst experience of moving in. The application process was great moving in was terrible. My upstairs neighbor stomps jumps very loudly and I have trouble sleeping at night. Regardless, if the office contact them they continue to disturb my peace and comfortably of living here, and it’s not been a few days of moving in.
