Property Ratings at The Cannery Loft Apartments
I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve lived here two separate times. The unique aesthetics, the location, and the kindest and most welcoming management team is what brought me back! Couldn’t recommend The Cannery more!
Great location downtown with notable amenities and large floor plans.
Amazing staff! As we were getting ready to move in the staff, specifically Krissy, was quick to answer any questions we had and fix any issues we had! Great place to live so far!
I have enjoyed my time at The Cannery. So far the people are nice and the staff on site are great. Depending on what you're looking for the community can be as outgoing or quiet as you want.
Really great place to live. Friendly community and wonderful staff. Always very helpful
The Cannery provides for affordable and modern, urban living close to anything you need in Dayton!
Wonderful staff, excellent location, super cool historical styling. Cant beat a full gym right down the elevator (were talking all the equipment any fitness enthusiast could want, right down to ropes and kettlebells).
This is hands down the best all around living environment experience I have had. From the ease of lease to the absolute professionalism displayed with clear expectations met and exceeded... I dont think I want to live anywhere else. And thats me saying that in Dayton, Ohio.
The Cannery has been (and probably will always be) one of the best locations to live in Dayton! From the look to the staff, everything is incredible and the apartments themselves are unlike any in the area. The community is also great and living here so far has been a great experience!
We've lived here for 9 years and love it! The community, staff, and location are second to none in the Dayton area. While we could absolutely afford a house, it wouldn't be as impressive a space as we currently have, why move?
I have lived in 15 rental communities and THIS IS THE BEST! Krissy, Crystal and their team are all top notch.
The Cannery Lofts is the Best place to reside in Downtown Dayton
The Cannery is in my opinion the best place to live downtown.
The Cannery Lofts is a wonderful place to live. My unit is really great. The staff is fantastic. I love living here and highly recommend it.
Great location, all ages live here. Love all the dogs.
The Cannery is a very unique, they offer so many amenities you didnt know you even needed! The management staff is timely, courteous, and friendly with every interaction.
The Cannery has provide one of the best living experiences I have ever had. The community is one of a kind with friendly residents and welcoming staff. I highly recommend The Cannery
Great city life. walk to the ballpark, dog park, Riverscape or local breweries.
Great location in downtown Dayton! I feel very safe and secure and everyone I have met in the complex has been super welcoming and genuine!
Everyone in the office is friendly and it seems( I am new to the community ) that most of the tenants are friendly and mind their business. Its a fun but calm area.
The cannery lofts has been my home for tree years now and I have no intention of leaving this beautiful home! The cannery management team and maintenance team have made this place my home sweet home with 24/7 maintenance service and loving smiles every time I walk into the building! The cannery lofts truly makes the difference in apartment living in all of Dayton! As soon as I moved in the warm hugs and the warm welcome made me realize they truly care for me and my safety! Always asking is everything ok? Any suggestions are welcome or concerns etc. I have had 0 problems at the cannery since I have lived here and have heard many residents state that this is the place to live and how close this community is! Once you become a part of the cannery community you become more than a person in an apartment building, you become part of a family.
I have been living at The Cannery for 3 years now and it has been my home ever since I walked in and was shown the apartment! I feel safe, happy and at home at the Canery. The management team always always goes the extra mile to help residents, wether a phone call, or parking being taken mistakenly, they are always there to solve and help!!! THE CANNERY is the DIAMOND of downtown and place to live in Dayton look no further this is home!! The cannery has given me a place to call my sanctuary and a place I feel safe not only in my apartment, but on property. The noise IS NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL, you have your occasional fire trucks but, honestly you can barely hear anything and we are a corner unit. Love this apartment place will not leave this place!!!?? 10/10
