The amenities are nice but they get abused by people who do not live in the community. Constant loud pavilion gatherings and smoke parties occur several times a week until early morning hours. Many people do not pick up after their dog even though there are multiple pet trash areas. No community officer. Police on site at least once a week due to noise or trespassers. Lots of immobile cars which take up much needed parking spaces. The apartments themselves are very well insulated and you cannot hear your neighbors unless they’re blasting music or really loud. The apartments feel like little homes and they’re comfortable. You can see many people have lived here for years. Most neighbors are considerate and respectful.

This is a great place to live at. I live TF going on 14 years living here. The grounds are kept good. The people in the office are great. Phyllis is a very good manager and resolves all the problems here any problems on the property she takes care of it right away and the assistant manager and the staff people are very good in there so let’s give them a big hello and congratulations to this Complex

Very quiet community. Common areas are clean. At the leasing office they are very friendly and professional. Villas are spacious. Equipment needs to be upgraded (stove and refrigerator are very old).

I can honestly say that I feel at home here at The Canopy Apartments. The leasing process was clear and quick, any questions were answered and the move in was seamless. It’s so quiet and clean that I’ve had my first good sleep in almost a year! I’m really happy with my choice to move here. It’s almost like it’s own little world.

Nunca entenderé porque esta es la única comunidad que no puede tener un control de las personas que utilizan la piscina los fines de semana. Estamos cansados de que se llene cada fin de semana por gente que no vive en nuestra comunidad, siempre dicen que están trabajando en ello, llevo 4 años aquí y nunca lo han solucionado. Una verdadera pena, deberían haber hecho mejoras en los accesos al condominio y piscinas, antes del proyecto de manipular los sistemas energéticos desde la aplicación!! ????? Razón por La que mucha gente se va este año.

I really dont know what happened here. Years ago it was so good but it started going down hill unfortunately. Its a good place and cute litte villa feels like home but the staffing and amenities are not good. Prices keep going up but nothing is changing service wise.

Nice quiet neighborhood has 2 pools dog park pavilion area with hammocks and grills and tv with fire pit neighbors are nice and respectful plenty of close parking

Living here at canopy has been a Blessing. The staff is great. Everything in canopy is always clean. Maintenance receive work orders and come rite away. Trash is picked up. Canopy is safe to live.

I think this community is super responsive to requests however the pool is randomly closed with no way of seeing why and it was pretty much closed all summer which is a bummer.

Great community! Quiet! Office is kind and the maintenance is very quick! Both pools are always very clean, and the gym is a decent size as well!

Love that they are pet friendly, complex is clean, the neighbors are nice and the welcome tram are professional and experienced. I would recommend The Canopy complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and quiet area.

Office Staff is great! Maintenance responds to my issues very quickly. The neighborhood is not loud or crazy. I love that we have 2 pools! Whenever people ask me for recommendations I always send them here!

My experience has been great so far. Maintenance came really quickly to fix some things and the staff at the office are really nice. The apartment is great so far.

I would love to give five stars to this community, but they just has been some ups and downs since I moved in here back in 2017. For the time that I lived here, I have always struggled with Parking. Rent is a little bit high in my opinion for what we are offered. Outdoor amenities are not well taken care of because they are open to the public. And I feel like that is not fair to the people that live here. I do like the layout of the townhomes and the community lawn is well taken care of.

Living here in Canopy has been really good. Everyone in the office is helpful including maintenance. Garbage is picked up on time and everything is always clean outside including the gym and pools.

Love the area and amenities wish some were a bit updated but still very good. Love having a dog park for my kiddo to run around off leash. The staff is also very friendly

Al principio fue bastante desagradable porque ocurrieron muchos eventos en la casa como que se rompio un tubo en en el baño del máster room, se inundo la habitacion y parte del primer piso, después se hizo un corto, estalló la caja de los tacos de la luz , toco cambiar los cables porque estaban deteriorados, pelados sin mantenimiento, por eso estuvimos sin luz un día y una noche. Luego , tuvimos que poner request todos los días durante un mes pprq el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, venían, arreglaban y al otro día igual. Hasta que después de 6 meses de múltiples eventos logramos tener calma. Solo no falta solucionar el tema del ruido del piso del nivel de arriba, suenan mucho las tablas cuando caminan arriba y no dejan descansar a los que dormimos abajo. Las casas son viejas y necesitan mantenimiento . En cuanto a zonas comunes y al condominio en general ha sido una buena experiencia, es muy limpio, es bonito, tranquilo,

Love it here peaceful and quiet for the most part , Maintinance is very responsive honestly a it’s big step up from our last apartment community .
