We’ve loved living here. The spacious apartments are perfect. Staff and maintenance are amazing! Anytime anything is wrong, maintenance is on it. The staff has helped so much!

Súper atentos, amables, rápido en constatar los mantenimientos. Fue el mejor momento para mudarme. Siempre me hablaban de los Canopys pero nunca me imaginé que cumpliera todas mis expectativas.

It was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly nice and very professional. The community is so nice and big. Love it. It’s close by so many stores and restaurants which makes it easy to do everything you need to.

This is a great place to live here. My name is Al. I’ve been living here for going on 13 years. It is amazing. The upkeep of the complex is great. The people that live in the complex are great and it’s just a wonderful place to be here.

So disappointed with the service here. Years ago it was good to live here but not anymore .anything breaks down nothing is never a priority for them.

Excelente lugar para vivir muy tranquilo limpio, aquí si se puede llamar hogar, las villas son muy grandes. El servicio de la oficina muy bueno, el Sr Joel Excelente persona nos ayudo mucho a mi esposo y ami. Servicio de mantenimiento rápido. De verdad un buen lugar estamos muy felices de estar aquí.

Living here at canopy has been a Blessing. The staff is great. Everything in canopy is always clean. Maintenance receive work orders and come rite away. Trash is picked up. Canopy is safe to live.

Everyone has been so nice and funny. Even when there is problems it’s always handled with grace and kindness and understanding. Even if there was tension in the conversation by the time everything is said and done there’s always laughs and smiles in the end.

I think this community is super responsive to requests however the pool is randomly closed with no way of seeing why and it was pretty much closed all summer which is a bummer.

Great community! Quiet! Office is kind and the maintenance is very quick! Both pools are always very clean, and the gym is a decent size as well!

Lamentablemente no tengo una buena experiencia este año, ya que no estuve de acuerdo en el proyecto de spectrum que realizan el cual tiene que ser financiado por los residentes. No me parece correcto.

Love that they are pet friendly, complex is clean, the neighbors are nice and the welcome tram are professional and experienced. I would recommend The Canopy complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and quiet area.

Office Staff is great! Maintenance responds to my issues very quickly. The neighborhood is not loud or crazy. I love that we have 2 pools! Whenever people ask me for recommendations I always send them here!

2 years here and I’m very glad, never have problems and they are always for you if you need something with maintenance or other things, personal office are very friendly and professional

The neighborhood I quiet and clean ! I love the space my home offers , and the people around me ! Staff in our leasing office are very kind and friendly . Makes me feel right at home .

My experience has been great so far. Maintenance came really quickly to fix some things and the staff at the office are really nice. The apartment is great so far.

I would love to give five stars to this community, but they just has been some ups and downs since I moved in here back in 2017. For the time that I lived here, I have always struggled with Parking. Rent is a little bit high in my opinion for what we are offered. Outdoor amenities are not well taken care of because they are open to the public. And I feel like that is not fair to the people that live here. I do like the layout of the townhomes and the community lawn is well taken care of.

Living here in Canopy has been really good. Everyone in the office is helpful including maintenance. Garbage is picked up on time and everything is always clean outside including the gym and pools.

Love the area and amenities wish some were a bit updated but still very good. Love having a dog park for my kiddo to run around off leash. The staff is also very friendly

Al principio fue bastante desagradable porque ocurrieron muchos eventos en la casa como que se rompio un tubo en en el baño del máster room, se inundo la habitacion y parte del primer piso, después se hizo un corto, estalló la caja de los tacos de la luz , toco cambiar los cables porque estaban deteriorados, pelados sin mantenimiento, por eso estuvimos sin luz un día y una noche. Luego , tuvimos que poner request todos los días durante un mes pprq el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, venían, arreglaban y al otro día igual. Hasta que después de 6 meses de múltiples eventos logramos tener calma. Solo no falta solucionar el tema del ruido del piso del nivel de arriba, suenan mucho las tablas cuando caminan arriba y no dejan descansar a los que dormimos abajo. Las casas son viejas y necesitan mantenimiento . En cuanto a zonas comunes y al condominio en general ha sido una buena experiencia, es muy limpio, es bonito, tranquilo,

Muy satisfechos con el personal , son atentos al mantenimiento. Cuando se necesita resuelven a la medida que pueda. Los alrededores permanecen limpios. Los apartamentos son amplios

Living in The Canopy is lucky. Quiet place, and attentive. The community is well maintained and cared for. The apartments are well maintained and provide application service almost immediately. 10/10

Love it here peaceful and quiet for the most part , Maintinance is very responsive honestly a it’s big step up from our last apartment community .

It's a great complex, very quiet. The management is always available when needed. David is always pleasant and is always willing to help where needed.

La verdad me he sentido muy bien aquí, solo he tenido una mala experiencia y fue con el tema de el agua que supuestamente no tenía que pagar y resulta que si, y me parece un poco caro, además el Internet con Spectrum me parece demasiado caro pero en lo demás todo bien

So far so good. It’s a very peaceful community. Sometimes the neighbors invite their family over to the parking lot to wash their cars but other than that, I feel like I still live in a single family home.

Thus far it has been a good experience. Management can communicate back when a resident email better and in a timely fashion. But I love this community. Looking to move to an upgraded unit when my lease is up.

I use to live here 6 years ago and came back been here for 2 years and man it has changed a lot. Its not bad but it can be way better if they really wanted to.

Beautiful place to call home great staff Maintenace is good and on time when called. Very quiet I would recommend. Nice place to bring family members to enjoy outside fun and the pool is great for all those that reside in our apartment complex to enjoy while here as well.

The Canopy Villa Apartment Complex is a nice place to live. The new management and maintenance staff have improved the complex. Th grounds are well kept. It is a pet friendly community. The apartment size is very spacious.
