For so many reasons i love to call this place Home. The amenities are pristine, the grounds are well maintained and well managed, and the staff is beyond amazing. The team at Cantera is second to none, so caring, attentive, and professional. Thank you so much Coi, Sasha, Davita, and the incredible maintenance team!
Just move in recently and my experience so far is unbelievable, everything is new , from the appliances to doors , paint , and all the details they been taken care of . The team is amazing , the process was easy and smooth thanks to Rachel who took care of everything . I already put a small order in ,and in 10 min the maintenance team come and sort it out . They are amazing ,both of the maintenance guys . My friends come to visit and they all want to move in this community and believe me I am very picky with all the details . Thank you
This place is more like a dorm room that an apartment complex. There are always people up late in the pool throwing parties, drinking alcohol and consuming questionably legal substances. Many of the apartments there are being rented to a sports camp of some sort so a large segment of the tenants are young adult males. If this is what you are looking for, then the apartments and amenities are pleasant enough. If you are raising a family this is not the place for you. Your children will not be able to sleep. They do not negotiate about the lease contract when leaving. They will bill you for as much as possible even if you feel you cannot live there anymore due to a 10 man basket ball team living above you keeping you and your family awake all night. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
As a former resident of Cantera, I can tell you that this place is the most poorly managed and fraudulent apartment complex in Las Vegas. The fact that they are still operating after all of the people they have scammed is unfortunate. This place has been reported to the Better Business Bureau on several occasions. When we lived at this place they charged us over 1,000.00 in cleaning fees when we moved out - including - $50.00 for a dirty TILE. I scrubbed the place on my hands and knees until it was spotless. We were extremely responsible renters - this place regularly takes advantage of the people that rent to them. Save yourself the heartache - this place preys on nice people. Stay away. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.
I have lived here for 3 years and I love it because I'm in a building by myself. There are 5 garages on the first level, and 2 of them are mine. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with almost 1,200 square feet. It feels like a house, but it's my apartment, my home.
Cantera apartments is a beautiful property. It's in a very convenient location with just about everything and anything you need around it. It is on the higher end of the rent scale, but if you have roommates it can lower it considerably. The apartment layouts are great. They are very large. The kitchen and living areas are very spacious and bright. Tons of large windows bring in awesome natural light but can make it extremely hot in the summer months. I really liked the full mirrored closet sliding doors. Now here come the cons.... The cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom are very poor. We had so much trouble with the dryer. It had a mind of its own and every time we called maintenance to check it out they said it was fine but still gave us trouble. Basically it didn't dry our clothes. Another thing is the bugs! We had a terrible big problem and we called numerous times for someone to help. They did have a guy that came in and sprayed the place if you called a week in advance, but he always did a mediocre job and sprayed lazily so that didn't help. Last but not least we got robbed. Although in a very nice part of town they've apparently had a history of tenants being robbed and apartments being broken into so be careful! Management didn't really do anything to help to top it all off. So even though the place looked great there were lots of problems.
