The Cardinal Apartments

I’ve only been in my place for a couple of weeks and love everything about it. The leasing agents are friendly and helpful and the response from the maintenance teams is above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my past.

So far I like living in the Cardinal but I haven’t really settled in yet and I’m still fixing a few things up. Everyone on the staff has been very responsive to my requests. Thanks.

The moving process into the Cardinal was very simple and easy. The staff are incredibly helpful and will answer any questions at any time. So far, it's been amazing and anything I could have imagined

The best experience! Everyone is so friendly my dog loves it! Staff is fast to respond to any issues and very understanding. We e had the best experience here out of all the places we’ve lived!

All of the staff at the front desk are extremely kind, helpful, and ready to make your experience here easy, pleasant, and comfortable. They are very communicative and ensure you are making use of all the benefits, amenities, and perks. The apartment itself is beautiful and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Very kind staff, wonderful facilities as well! The gym could use a bit more equipment and there is sometimes a bit of noise but never anything bad at all.

Everything has been great so far. The staff is super friendly and the whole property is very, very clean, which is important to me. I have nothing but great things to say!

Love it, it's quite and convenient to various stores. Love the pool area, convenient parking I love my 1bedroom just enough space that I need. Great Staff all of them are extremely helpful.

I love these apartments. The amenities are great and the surrounding retail is great. It is definitely the perfect place to live for families. I would also recommend it to someone who is interested in looking for their first apartment.

It’s going in my 3rd year as a resident here at the cardinal and it has been an extremely pleasant experience! The rental office staff is super friendly and responsive in addressing concerns! I love it here!

The staff are friendly as can be! The location of the apartments is perfect, the grocery store is just down the street and not to mention crumble cookie is just a 3 minute walk! The apartment is so quiet, only thing i hear everyday is my ice machine for my refrigerator. 10/10 recommend!

Nice and very convenient. Units have updated appliances that work well. The amenities stay fairly clean. I feel fairly safe, but the parking garage can be scary at night.

I think the staff means well but just can’t get some things together. Apartments are expensive without proper insulation. So noise, heating and air problems are a serious headache. No lighting in garage parking lot for over a month. Heating bill is through the roof as heat is not distributed throughout unit properly. Maintenance request filed again and again, with no resolution. Location is still one of the best but pack your patience in your moving box if you decide to move here.

Great place to live! Staff is wonderful and there are lots of amenities. Location is perfect, with lots to walk to from your apartment! Convenient to 77 and most of town!

It has been amazing so far! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Amazing Community! If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Cannot say enough good things, especially that everything is spotless!

Loved living here, I’m sad to be moving. I always appreciate that maintenance always came the day I submitted a ticket and the staff is always very nice!

I have stayed at the Cardinal for more than 2 years now and thoroughly enjoyed everything the place has to offer. Will plan to renew my lease and stay here longer.

Generally very happy with out apartment. Been here for 4 months now. Only one suggestion: wish the corridors were vacuumed once in a while. Otherwise services are good.

My time here has been pretty good so far. The people are nice and the community has been quiet. The staff has been prompt when reaching out with questions.

Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful, I feel so blessed to be a part of this beautiful community , my son is in absolute awe of being here, so convenient to restaurants and shopping is definitely a huge plus.

I am extremely impressed with the cardinal. Facilities are modern and always kept clean. The garage allows lots of parking space available on my floor.

Great apartment complex! The amenities are fantastic, the covered parking garage is very convenient. I love how easily you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, wine/beer venues, etc.

The location is perfect for accessing restaurants, shopping, and other businesses. The amenities at the Cardinal are very good. The staff are super friendly, nice and helpful.

The Cardinal Apartments are convenient to so many things ranging from restaurants and services to food store. Sam’s Club and Walmart are just up the street as well. The apartment complex is very nice with a super gym and pool complex. The folks who manage the apartments and maintenance are quick to act when you pass questions to them. We’ve been here a month and we are very pleased that we are here.

New to apartment living and we're so happy to have found Cardinal Apartments. Such a great place to live and convenient to everything! Very happy here!

Some struggles here and there, but still a solid property with so much in the area and they do respond to all requests and concerns quickly. Valet trash needs to go away as it takes away from the hallways and the smell is too much for an A-rated property. In all, the staff is great and I have been with the property for 3 years.

I've loved living at The Cardinal! The apartments are clean and the building is newly built. The units are spacious and get lots of natural light. Great location!!!

Just moved in. So far, so good. My apartment is lovely and just perfect for me. I particularly like the security system. It makes me feel safe.

Wonderful community location. Apartments are well furnished with great amenities. Minimal maintenance requests have been handled very professionally.

Beautiful gym. Love the pool view and the working elevators. The kitchen is just big enough for people to gather and cook together. Wish the postal service understood how to deliver to the location.

The Cardinal is fantastic. Jazmine helped make each stage of the process super straightforward, and upon arrival everything was better than we were hoping for!

Very nice apartments and super convenient location to three grocery stores, restaurants, dessert shops, and workout facilities within walking distance. Maintenance is very responsive. The only issue is the walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors and people outside easily.

Cardinal staff members are very attentive to the residents and their needs. I would recommend The Cardinal for anyone desiring to live in Columbia. It is close to stores and shops but more importantly a safe community. This is a great place to live and invite guests when possible.

Great area, very nice, many restaurants and grocery store near buy. Apartments are clean and quite. Gym is adequate. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

My time here continues to be great. I really enjoy the snacks and coffee at the front desk. Especially because I work from home it is nice to step away and have easy access to coffee!
