I went to the Carlton and found it very spacious. Seemed very comfortable. The building seemed very quiet. Everyone in the front office was so nice. Especially Cindy. She was so pleasant and answered all of my questions.
Been here 3 yrs and love how consistently quiet it is out here, the staff is absolutely amazing and you will enjoy your beautiful apartment (so will your guest). Never had an incident, so being completely honest when I say, I love it here!
I love the peaceful and quiet environment The Carlton at Greenbrier provides for its resident. I had been nice living here.
I moved in on October 15th (8 month lease) and upon moving in, I found out that there had been a series of break ins in the building. My carpet also had stains, I asked them to clean it again, the stains did not come out so I had to deal with it. I began cleaning my apartment and there was dead roaches, hair, and old food stuck between the carpet and the baseboard. The gate rarely works and the "secure" doors are useless. The trash compactor is broken every other week, the maintenance men rarely empty the cans where dog poop is over flowing. Don't waste your money.
Pretty apartment with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. For a one bedroom I was pleasantly surprised at the dual sinks in the bathroom. There is also a full size washer and drier in the unit. And being located across the street from the mall helps alot too.
This is the perfect place to live. The shopping is awesome and convenient. The rent is perfect for this area, and lots of amenities compared to the other apartments in the area. I love the granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. I also love my huge tube and seated shower in my sons bathroom. Armandi Bailey, Chesapeake VA
