The Carlyle at Bartram Park

This is my first apartment and let me just say, Everything here is so beautiful and amazing Friendly service Amazing apartment complex friendly neighborhood good area, and last but not least the FOOOOD TRUCKSSSS!!!!!

We love the location and how close ot is to everything, the amenities, everyone has been so friendly. I’m excited about my new neighborhood!

Best community . Managers are the best they respond at any time . Trash being picked up in front door no mosquito’s and clean. Po open you can swim in at any time

Living her has been good. I like my apartment and am happy with the accessibility to shopping. Unfortunately I feel as if the upkeep and maintenance of both the buildings and landscaping has gone downhill, along with the gates which have not worked for quite some time.

2 years and it’s been wonderful living here. Wish we can use the clubhouse but otherwise it’s a great place to live. My neighbors are wonderful also. Thank you staffs for making it a safe and clean space to live.

Love the neighborhood and front of office staff, my only complaint would come be matenience of the individual units and buildings. They are timely however sometimes sloppy with repairs.

Excellent services all the time, very helpful people, love this place, the whole community is great, they have all the appliances new and it’s makes it comfortable

Living at Carlyle Apartments has been an amazing experience. From the start, the leasing team made the move-in process easy and welcoming, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt at home. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas, beautiful landscaping, and plenty of parking. The pool is a standout feature—always clean and perfect for relaxing. The fitness center, though compact, has everything I need for a quick workout. Inside the apartment, the modern layout and updated appliances create a comfortable living space. I especially appreciate the natural light and spacious design. Noise is never an issue; the community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to unwind after a busy day. Being close to shopping, dining, and major roads adds to the convenience of living here. Overall, Carlyle offers a perfect balance of comfort, amenities, and location. I highly recommend it to anyone.

It’s been pretty pretty pretty good. It’s close to a bunch of stuff… like restaurants and retail establishments. Nice area. Not a homeless person in sight. Two thumbs up.

I like the apartment location. The cleanliness of the premises can be improved. The staff are friendly and great to work with . Upgrades to the clubhouse are nice. I would recommend the clubhouse to be available after hours for resident enjoyment.

So far this place has been great! No issues. Great staff, maintenance crew, trash service, and pricing. Love the area and the people around it as well. Will stay as long as I can!

It would be better if the company took action regarding smokers in its "non-smoking" community. We have consistently complained, yet nothing seems to be done. We chose this community because of the non-smoking policy, as I have asthma. If this issue continues without resolution, I will be forced to break my lease, as another tenant is repeatedly violating the no-smoking policy, which breaches my right to peaceful enjoyment.

Been here since 2017 and it’s been a really nice place to live overall. I would recommend the Carlyle at Bartram Park to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

beautiful and safe complex, very timely maintenance staff and no bugs!! it’s always a joy coming home, only downside is the gate to enter the community doesn’t actually work.. bummer but if that’s my only drawback, i’m happy!!

some of the apartments are slightly dated, but i have loved living at carlyle. the staff is pretty communicative since new management and service requests are answered in a timely manner.

Carlyle Bartram Park has been an awesome apartment complex. Offers great amenities- pool, gym, park, & dog park. Very quiet, neighbors are friendly. Highly Recommended.

Maintenance and complex has gone downhill over this last year with disrespectful people & kids living here now and management does nothing about it Lights along walkway are pretty non-existent for safety at night Gates never work which is another safety issue Supposed to be non-smoking complex and again people don’t follow that rule and again management does nothing to enforce it.

I like this apartment complex; it's nice, clean, and the rent is reasonable. The only issue is that the walls and floors are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors screaming and stomping around all the time. I really like the layout of my apartment, and the appliances are nice. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool area is really nice. But the noise level is a real problem.

I am a new resident at The Carlyle and must say, so far everything has been wonderful! It has been an absolute shock to me living in the first floor. How quiet everything is… this is a major plus as I know sometimes in apartments you can hear every single sound taking place on the floor above you! A pleasantly shocking surprise I must say :)

Pros: Clean environment, Plenty of parking, Quiet neighbors, Helpful staff. Cons: Traffic coming from 95, Gate always open, Getting maintenance can be hassle.

it’s been nice, we’ve only been here a month give or take a couple weeks, so far the washing machine has completely stopped working, and when we moved in we found a weird mold like substance on our bedroom windows but other than that the neighborhood has been really nice and quiet

I absolutely love it here. All the staff are kind and professional. It's quiet and the location is perfect for me. Grounds are kept and clean.

Nice, calm and friendly community. Friendly staff and helpful neighbors. The amenities are top notch. I especially love the gym area. The community is home to a diverse group of individuals who are always respectful.

I don’t have much to share at this time. Things could be worse and things could be better. In general across industries - homes, banking, cell service, medical services - the customer service and general care and empathy has decreased.

Great place to live. Easy access to shopping and major highways. The maintenance crew is awesome and usually gets repairs done promptly. My only complaint would be that more needs to be done about residents cleaning up after their dogs.

I have lived here for going on three years. No matter where you rent (& own for this reason) you will have issues from time to time. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at CBP. *The office team makes the difference here! *Maintenance makes the difference! I've lived a few places in Bartram Park, CBP is by far the best experience!

Wonderful location, pretty quiet neighborhood with friendly occupants, a friendlier staff which are all very attentive, and plenty of parking space for friends and family alike. Only complaint would be that the buildings be cleaned/have preventive measures set in place in order to avoid any pest issues primarily during Florida summer season(s).

Matt was very helpful. Everything was smooth, effortless and quick. Its was the best move in experience I’ve had. I love the keyless entry and hardwood floors.

It was feel like home and the view was amazing. The maintenance was very fast. The clubhouse was incredibly beautiful. The neighborhood aas very friendly and enjoying here was the best.

Great place to live, staff is helpful and maintenance is quick to deal with issues. I only wish the apartment had a recycle option, or at least somewhere to put cardboard.

This is very beautiful community! Amazing service at the office and outstanding professionalism. I have loved it since I moved in almost a month ago. 100% recommend to other people looking for a nice reserved apartment complex.

It's a beautiful place. Very comfortable and pleasing. It has many beautiful plants. I like to walk my dog around the lake and all the different sidewalk paths. The leasing and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. It has great amenities. Highly recommended

There’s always something it’s time for something new and worth its price , this here just isn’t right……….. great while it last. Can’t wait for the lease to be up next year .

The grounds are clean for the most part, some pet owners do not clean up after their animals. The floors are paper thin so you constantly hear stomping and banging from the residents upstairs. It's a gated complex but 90% of the time the gates don't close and their is no fencing around the complex so the gates are pointless either way.

Many improvements since new management took over. Repairs done quickly. Megan in office is wonderful. Nice neighborhood, everyone’s nice. Big pool and park for kids

What sold me on applying for an apartment here was how awesome the staff was in the office. After moving in, they were even better! Megan is amazing. She's helpful, fast and efficient. The grounds are always really nice and clean. The security is awesome, and I really feel safe here! The apartment itself is really spacious and has a really nice layout. 10/10 recommend living here!

I am extremely happy with the maintenance crew here at Carlyle My air-conditioning wasn’t working and Jimmy came right over and Said there was a leak in the freon so he called The company immediately to have someone come out and in the meantime Jimmy brought me a window air-conditioner And a fan to use which was so appreciated as I am 83 years old. Someone from the crew would always answer any problem I have right away They are also very friendly to all the people all the time. Jimmy And Shown and all the rest In my opinion,are far above.

Staff is wonderful, maintenance staff always doing a great job no matter how big or small.

I'm not one to go out of my way to post a review, but I feel this review needs to be written to praise the staff at The Carlyle at Bartram who have made my life much more comfortable & less stressful in terms of renting. At Bartram, I feel like I'm paying for quality. My blinds are quality and will not need to be replaced anytime soon. The paint used for the anterior is quality & can be cleaned easily. My carpet looks to be new & you can tell it's quality carpeting making it easier for me to maintain clean with zero stains from daily usage. In short, my family & I have felt 100% comfortable & safe living at The Carlyle. Maintenance responds quickly & if they do not, it's not a big deal for me bc there are so many other positive factors that I appreciate so much about the Management at The Carlyle. I recommend this community for any transient waiting on a home to be built or someone new to the area due to employment. Again, I'm only praising this community bc of it's employees. I understand that in these times, you will not find quality employees that work as if they care. The value & ethics are just not there with so many other properties but I feel I got lucky with the current management. I really hope that Weller Mgt recognizes employees like the current property mgr, Dori, and the other girl who left on maternity leave who was always so helpful at the front desk. It's bc of employees like these who make a difference in a resident's quality of life. Very grateful, LL

I've been here for 5 1/2 years and really l love it! The apartments are really nice, the grounds are nice and well taken care of. The employees are great! The maintenance guys, John, Shaun and Juan are terrific! Really helpful and knowledgeable. They take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner and are always friendly! A great group of employees here at the Carlyle!

Moved out a year ago. The apartment was fine. Nothing to brag about, but livable and definitely cheap compared to other local rents. The issue was Bridge Management and the Manager/Assistant Manager (Becky and Janie). Janie was never around (inlcuidng leaving and closing up 15-30 minutes before time most nights when it was just her). Becky, after we moved out, told us we were set and clear with nothing owed. Called two months later and verified this. Then six months later, without ever being notified, it pops on my credit report that she's thrown us to collections over money we owed at the end. Dori tried to be helpful but never really listened to my side. So, in short, if you're looking for cheap this is your place. Get EVERYTHING in writing from them and don't trust anything they say.

October 4, 2017: After two weeks, no issues have been satisfactorily resolved. I put every concern in writing one day after signing the lease and was told the issues would be resolved. I contacted the office via email and in person being told the issues would be resolved. When I went in to speak with the Apartment Manager, she was condescending and not at all interested in hearing my experience or how long it had been since the lease was signed stating we could only move forward now. She did tell me, several times, they only had two maintenance workers and were just unable to get to all the repairs. I am stuck now. DON'T sign a lease until you have personally inspected the apartment you will rent and the repairs are completed. Promises are given freely work is performed with long delays, I hope. The issues this complex has not considered worthy of any priority are A/C fan continuously running, front door lock has to be "jimmied" to lock/unlock, master sink drain will not open (can't be used), the master bath drain is stuck partially closed and drains slowly, some A/C vents are moldy, there is more but this is surely enough. I have been sent multiple surveys from the management company yet no work completed. I replied to one stating much of what's in this review without any action.

This is a nice little community. Unfortunately like many other apartment places you have residents that do not follow rules but over all great community

I have been living at Carlyle for almost 2 years now and I have to say that I am very happy here. Friendly and courteous staff, always there for any kind of input. Never had an issue here as far staff, management not residents. Thank you Carlyle staff for keeping up the standards and being a role model community. For me the reason I like this place is simple. It's close to work, in a safe an quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and are respectful and courteous which goes a long way for me. Rent is decent, but I feel I likely could save a bit more moving, but I really wouldn't want to go through the hassle. The staff are all friendly and pretty attentive overall that I've found. They keep the pool and leasing office in top shape always so it's welcoming to come inside and ask a question if need be. They have a focus on being environmentally friendly, just like when this place was The Circle and is smoke free and they are proponents of recycling too. As far as amenities go, it's good. A standard sized apartment complex pool that isn't heated and not too deep (5') but does the job if you want to take a swim. It's frequented by nice people and families with kids, but everyone tends to be very respectful and clean, so it's a nice experience. They have a trash pick-up service that I just love. There is a wooden box outside of every front door and you put your garbage bags in there and a service comes by Sunday-Thursday night to collect and dispose of them. The cost is paid with your rent and it is so convenient that I just can't imagine living without it at this point. The apartments are nicely appointed with good appliances that feel a step above construction grade and nice countertops that look modern and are easy to clean. My only drawback in the kitchen is the dishwasher could be better as there is only the bottom jet and dishes on the top rack can be less than perfect depending on how you arrange dishes on the bottom rack. Rooms are a nice size, and can easily accommodate either a king or queen mattress. Bedrooms are nicely sized and the bathtub combos are garden tubs so it's spacious and pretty easy to keep clean as well. As far as an interesting (read odd, at least to me) thing the closets are actually built off of the bathrooms and not the bedrooms. The closets are huge walk-in units that can accommodate a ton of clothing. Living areas are a good size with enough room for both a sofa and loveseat and a big screen TV with room to stretch out. As far as overall happiness I will say they are a solid 4-4.5 star place and I enjoy living there.
