I love it here. I love and enjoy the peace and quiet. My experience with service request, I never had to wait over 1 day for a service to be completed. If I can change anything it will be the gym. I wish they had better and newer equipment maybe stairmaster, newer weighted equipment. Other than that no complaints.
It’s mostly quiet, nice view, and just overall nice community. Only thing is the pool area is full of trees and has a bit of an odd smell to it. The appliances like washer and dryer is a bit on the older side. I’ve had some random dead bugs pop up around my apartment but it may be the way it’s done to prevent pests. I prefer traps than just a chemical method so i don’t have to really see them. Besides all that overall my experience is chill.
We just moved out after living here for about two years. This place is pretty great overall! Super safe area, with lots surrounding it and a very good price for the area. Maintenance and leasing office are helpful and on top of anything you need. Megan was a huge help during our second year here and she assisted us with so many different inquiries we had in a timely and professional manner. Giving four stars instead of 5, because we had a few problems with our first lease and how the agent had prepared it/gone about it, but outside of that, we loved living here. If we moved back to the Jacksonville area, we'd probably move back here.

Just moved in a couple of days ago, but so glad I did. The apartment was immaculate, I love the grounds & wildlife. Even went to the food truck the 1st day I moved in. (Bang Bang shrimp was Delish). I feel I'm going to be very happy here.

I have had issues and made complaints with no response. There has been several issues that I have asked to be addressed but all of them have been ignored. Even when I went to the office to address issuse I was lied to and told it had been handled even know it had not.

It’s a very clean and quiet community! The leasing office is very nice and friendly and extremely helpful! The lake in the center is a perfect loop for a walk with my dog!

Living her has been good. I like my apartment and am happy with the accessibility to shopping. Unfortunately I feel as if the upkeep and maintenance of both the buildings and landscaping has gone downhill, along with the gates which have not worked for quite some time.

2 years and it’s been wonderful living here. Wish we can use the clubhouse but otherwise it’s a great place to live. My neighbors are wonderful also. Thank you staffs for making it a safe and clean space to live.

Love the neighborhood and front of office staff, my only complaint would come be matenience of the individual units and buildings. They are timely however sometimes sloppy with repairs.

Living at Carlyle Apartments has been an amazing experience. From the start, the leasing team made the move-in process easy and welcoming, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt at home. It would be better if the company took action regarding smokers in its "non-smoking" community. We have consistently complained, yet nothing seems to be done. We chose this community because of the non-smoking policy, as I have asthma. If this issue continues without resolution, I will be forced to break my lease, as another tenant is repeatedly violating the no-smoking policy, which breaches my right to peaceful enjoyment.

Maintenance and complex has gone downhill over this last year with disrespectful people & kids living here now and management does nothing about it Lights along walkway are pretty non-existent for safety at night Gates never work which is another safety issue Supposed to be non-smoking complex and again people don’t follow that rule and again management does nothing to enforce it.

I like this apartment complex; it's nice, clean, and the rent is reasonable. The only issue is that the walls and floors are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors screaming and stomping around all the time. I really like the layout of my apartment, and the appliances are nice. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool area is really nice. But the noise level is a real problem.

I am a new resident at The Carlyle and must say, so far everything has been wonderful! It has been an absolute shock to me living in the first floor. it’s been nice, we’ve only been here a month give or take a couple weeks, so far the washing machine has completely stopped working, and when we moved in we found a weird mold like substance on our bedroom windows but other than that the neighborhood has been really nice and quiet

Great place to live. Easy access to shopping and major highways. The maintenance crew is awesome and usually gets repairs done promptly. My only complaint would be that more needs to be done about residents cleaning up after their dogs.

I have lived here for going on three years. No matter where you rent (& own for this reason) you will have issues from time to time. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at CBP. *The office team makes the difference here! *Maintenance makes the difference! I've lived a few places in Bartram Park, CBP is by far the best experience!

Wonderful location, pretty quiet neighborhood with friendly occupants, a friendlier staff which are all very attentive, and plenty of parking space for friends and family alike. Only complaint would be that the buildings be cleaned/have preventive measures set in place in order to avoid any pest issues primarily during Florida summer season(s).

It was feel like home and the view was amazing. The maintenance was very fast. The clubhouse was incredibly beautiful. The neighborhood aas very friendly and enjoying here was the best.

It's a beautiful place. Very comfortable and pleasing. It has many beautiful plants. I like to walk my dog around the lake and all the different sidewalk paths. The leasing and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. It has great amenities. Highly recommended

The grounds are clean for the most part, some pet owners do not clean up after their animals. The floors are paper thin so you constantly hear stomping and banging from the residents upstairs. It's a gated complex but 90% of the time the gates don't close and their is no fencing around the complex so the gates are pointless either way.

What sold me on applying for an apartment here was how awesome the staff was in the office. After moving in, they were even better! Megan is amazing. She's helpful, fast and efficient. The grounds are always really nice and clean. The security is awesome, and I really feel safe here! The apartment itself is really spacious and has a really nice layout. 10/10 recommend living here!
