New management. trash compactor always full, postal room broken, ridiculous charges. Overpriced and unhelpful. No sunlight in the apartments themselves and depressing. Everything goes through the mystery corporate system so no one is accountable. Do NOT do it
If I could give zero stars I would. Read the fine print on this places application. They like to use it to their advantage. They sure have no problem taking your money but don’t like giving it back. If you need to rent, I would suggest looking elsewhere. They are real good at adding extra charges on top of your rent. And if you think it’s nice to have a washer/dryer in your unit, it’s an extra $50 a month. They a good at finding extra things to charge you for. But even better at hiding it from you until the last minute. And when you want to back out, they tell you the money is forfeited.

They told me to go through with my application and put down my deposits but never mentioned my yearly income had to be a certain amount to be approved for the place yet my brother who makes the exact same as me got approved for the place, now i will be waiting about 45 days for a refund. Spoke to about 3 different Women and all were very rude and lacked explaining things to me.
From the beginning of the process I did not feel welcomed at all. Their was a bunch of attitude from each individual I spoke with including the assistant manager. I never felt so unwelcome into an apartment complex in my life. Long story short, they gave me a hard time. I had all the information they needed but I still did not wanna go forward anymore. Won’t be getting my money back. If you are applying low income you will be treated like dirt.
I can't stand when people go on rants but never give positive feedback when it's deserved. Well here's my positive review! I've been here two years and love the new staff. The girls in the office are super nice and very helpful. Rob, the new maintenance guy is very nice and accommodating and always polite. Place is kept very clean it's probably because I always see the new manager walking around with a clipboard taking her notes. They really care about this place!
I have been here over 3 years and i love my place. When I saw the new manager and her husband out shortly after Hurricane Matthew (still in the rain) picking up and moving small trees that fell and even pulling out branches from under my neighbors car, I just knew I had to write a review. The staff has always gone above and beyond for me. The apartments are always in tip top shape. I like the fact that we are tucked away from the main road and are minutes from everything in Pooler. I don't have a single complaint here. Thank you Carlyle Godley Staff for all you do for us. (And for taking in my dozens of Amazon packages! ) YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!
I love your app! We saw the apartment through the app made one visit and moved into the place within a month! Wonderful place awesome staff!
As a new resident to the city of Pooler, I definitely would describe my new apartment as one to die for! Everything that one could imagine is just around the corner. From shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, all down to gas stations are right at our backdoor. But, the thing that most draws me to Pooler, is the fact that I still have the small town feel, just in a larger city.
