No management response

Agreeing with previous review. I have sent many messages and made phone calls to the property requesting a tour of the available studios and getting no response.

Impossible to reach

Non-existent service I don't see how anyone managed to actually reach them, let alone rent from them. They literally don't respond.

Excellent building

I really enjoy living here. Building is quiet. The lobby is beautiful and people are very friendly. Management and maintenance team are top notch. Everything needed within walking distance and only a few blocks from the lake and promontory point.

Great management!!!

I've been living here for almost 3 years now. That's actually the longest I have lived in one apartment building. Most places raise rent too much and I do not want to stick around. The yearly increase is minimal at best. As for the management team, they are all friendly and great and I love to stop by and talk to them from time to time. Any time I have needed anything they are very accommodating. This is an older building and the apartments are fitting but you cannot beat these prices in Hyde Park!! The building is very quiet and peaceful. As far as the neighborhood, there is a lot to do in the area within walking distance and there is very easy access to public transportation.
