Property Ratings at The Carson at Peachtree Corners
I have been at The Carson of Peachtree corners for 1year and 6 months. The quality of the property has gone down. The previous management team was better at communicating and maintaining the units. For the last few months there has been a huge roach infestation in my apartment. I clean regularly and I’ve reached out about this with no follow up. I would not recommend living here until these changes are made.

Poor communication from new RADCO property management

We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our property management's communication. We understand how crucial effective communication is and we're working hard to improve on this front. Your feedback is essential, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
I've only lived here for a short time, but my apartment has been completely renovated and the management company is very good. Everyone at reception is attentive. I would really like them to replace my bathtub as it is old and has been repainted several times. But I understand how business works.

We're elated that you've had a positive experience at The Carson at Peachtree Corners! We also appreciate your understanding about the bathtub and will certainly consider your feedback as we work toward these improvements. Thanks for taking the time to share!
I lived here for a year, 2019 - 2020. The grounds are pretty well-maintained, the staff is nice enough, and the price is good for the area. The issue: the units themselves. The complex is old so frequent repairs are expected. However the repairs look cheap and amatuer. Instead of replacing water damaged doors, trim, etc, they leave it as is or paint over. The layers of paint are so thick you can spot damaged areas easily. Maintenance will fix the issue, but don't expect them to make anything as good as new. Some units are better than others, so I recommend seeing the exact unit you will lease before signing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I would love a chance to speak with you more directly about the concerns that you had. If you are able to I would appreciate it if you can email me at medlockmgr@apcompanies.com so that we can discuss these concerns and work to better ourselves. Thank you again for the feedback.
Lower than one star! The whole building is rotten. Paint is the only thing that holds it in place. Huge bugs and BAD attitude from the newest manager just makes it the worst place in the area. They will NEVER answer the phone and the manager's door is always closed for you. Every year, they just add another layer of paint so they can add more money to the rent! They do cheap fixes just to trick you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We appreciate your feedback. I am a little confused as you mention that my door is always closed, but the only time I ever close is my door is if I am on a conference call or if I am working on reports. If you need to speak with me and my door is closed you are always more than welcome to knock on the door. In addition you can always email me your concerns as well. I would love the chance to talk with you about your claims and see what can be done to assist you. Thank you again.
I have lived here since August of 2019. I hate this apartment! I have reported to the leasing office about the neighbors above me. I constantly hear her walking day and night. The floor squeezes everytime she walks. Sometimes it sound like a herd of cows running. I have informed them about the toilet water continuously running. The maintenance man told me it's the waterline and my husband need to clean it from time to time. My husband car was towed for a flat tire cost us each money we didn't have. I will not renew this lease. I want out of here. Please give me patient God!

Hello and Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us. We understand how from time to time, you may hear someone walking during the day. Unfortunately, that is apartment living and can be expected. We certainly ask everyone to be respectful of their neighbors at all times. If you are hearing a squeaking noise, please contact us as we can address that for you. We are very proud of our community and want you to be too. We have standards in which all automobiles must be maintained. We know things happen and when we see an auto in need to repair such as a flat tire, the car is tagged and time is given to make the necessary repair. If the repair is not made timely, we have no choice but to tow the vehicle. We're sure you understand and do not wish to live in a community where cars are in disrepair as it reflects poorly on your home. Thank you again, Isham
I have live in The Atlantic Community for four years; I have outstanding neighbors. The community is very quiet and family orient. The staff is always willing to give one hundred percent outstanding customer service. All service orders are always given the upmost attention within 24 to 48 hours. I am very thankful for having such a wonderful management team that willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The new manager is very professional and is making a difference in our community.

There have been many improvements over the 5 years I have lived here, and I am planning on staying. The current office staff and management are friendly and easy to work with.As apartments go this is relatively quiet and the residents are friendly.

I have been living here for for 3 years and have seen improvements over the time. The maitenance keeps the place looking nice. The neighbors are quiet. The leasing staff are super helpful compared to the beginning. And it's close to my favorite spots!

Hi Yolanda, Thank you for the positive feedback. We are glad you are enjoying your time here at Medlock Bridge. We will continue to strive to make a positive impact in the Medlock Bridge community.
This is the worst place to live , I literally had a problem at every turn. The rennovations are laughable. Between cracked tile in the bath tub , leaking wall , no heat in winter , no air in summer , no pool key fob over a year later , spiders , and rude office staff . I thank god my lease is ending soon
It use to be a descent place to live but not so much now. Office staff is constantly changing and maintenance staff is always under staffed. The office staff never answers the phone. It takes weeks to months for maintenance to respond. School kids come to the neighborhood to do drugs and leave the grounds a mess!

At first I was not going to give this place a chance due to old reviews but I decided to see for myself & as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the Leasing Agent Monique & she was extremely helpful & energetic! I was looking to move in ASAP and she got me a fast approval & I love my new renovated home :)

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in your decision making process. We're happy to help in any way we can and hope to have you as a resident soon!
While I can appreciate their efforts at an attempt to remodel, some of the choices, and priorities are somewhat ridiculous, not to mention the poor communication with tenants. They posted notices at the mailboxes alerting of the dates, and expectations of tenants for the completion of the remodel. There was never an email, or formal notice. Then, when they fell behind the initially posted schedule, there was never an update. They then had the gall to threaten with a $150 fee for noncompliance with regard to parking, and moving of one's furniture to accommodate the construction team, even though they never adhered to the posted schedule. The units are already tiny as it is, and with very limited storage space. They very recently removed the wooden privacy panels from the patios, which prevents one from placing items on the patio deck. It also allows any passersby to see you, should you choose to lounge on your "private" deck. The hideous cobalt blue paint they are putting on the front doors, make the place look like a Fairfield Inn. Those of us who are not "new" tenants, were not offered any remodeling options. I actually have holes in my floor, beneath the carpeting. What's annoying is, given the units had new carpeting installed prior to each new possession, the maintenance staff, knew the holes were there when the carpet was laid. ...and the shower walls!!! You'd have to see it, to believe it.

I put in my notice to leave 6 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN!!! The repairs are unacceptable and you are told one thing & given another. If you move here, get everything in writing, do not have phone conversations or face to face conversations without recording every detail. I am moving out because there are maintenance problems not being fixed and building code violations. Any repair to issues will be a quick and easy fix that a 5 year old could do better. Maintenance just covers things up and then the office will tell you that you only have cosmetic issues. I have tried to reason with managment and come to a compromise to move out early without a fee, however they think that all problems have been resolved & say no. This has been the worst renting experience I've ever had, and I have been in apartments and a rental house. While the staff is polite in person, they cannot accomplish much because they do not have authority. If you are told promises, be sure to get it in writing with a completion date on it. Otherwise, you will never get things done.
This place use to be ok until they got rid of the old managers and decided to hire unprofessional agents. I have had mold twice have pics to prove. Water leakage from above three times. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from your neighbors and oh I can list more. I actually blame the district manager for not handling her/his people. This place could be so much better with the right team of people. In my building almost everyone has moved out and I'm next. It's a shame what this place has come to.
This place use to be a nice place to live, but since the management has changed I have seen this place go down, it is like living in the projects, to many people not enough parking spaces, maintenance is like the show Good Times the worst ever, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner, management sets in the office never see them walk the dirty, trashed grounds. Ground keeper (who), blows leaves with the blower in the air. New management, is not Jeanna Marie, at least she got things done, and set standards for her team. We need corporate to talk to the tenants. Someone is about to loose their investment as property value goes down. No one has cleaned the vents, changed the filters. The biggest cock roaches ever. No more meet and greet you neighbors events. I renewed my lease, big mistake. Workers are only going to be as strong as there leader. I wish I could give no stars.
Worst living experience I've ever had. There was a leak that was not fixed for over 6 months even after constant work orders. Mold in vents, bathroom, and closet that took multiple work orders to and visits to the office to have them even think about taking care of the mold. My place was broken into and the window was not fixed until 2 days after the incident. I had to call just to have maintenance board up the window, and when I called the person on the line said they didn't know there was that much damage done to the window, yet the maintenance manager witnessed the damage with me. Very poor service from the property managers, plural because there were 4 different managers in my 13 months there.
I wanted to give prospective future tenants what they may be in. I moved from Tennessee on February 5th, did a walk thru would not have thought to check the bathtub and the shower wall or the carpet because I was told they were being cleaned literally on my way to Atlanta which was my first sign of this community. The toilet had urine and feces stains on the bottom of the toilet lid, around the base of the toilet, and dried urine spots on top of the toilet seat. Shower was completely peeling with paint and tile, the soap dish so bad that large pieces were literally all peeling off as well as pieces falling off of the shower wall. Absolutely deplorable. There were multiple stains on my living room carpet and when I called regarding these deplorable conditions as a new tenant just moving in, the response was blase as if this was no big deal there was no apologies like wow I'm really really sorry let me take care of that. Nothing. When I spoke to the manager of course they'regoing to do the bathroom and give me a new toilet but the bathroom is taking three to redo all of the tile work and then to spray it I have to be out of the apartment for another 4 hours so we're talking a total of 7 hours when I have a dog that I can't be in the unit I don't know what I'm going to do for 7 hours. It's snowing here its cold I can't leave my car running for 7 hours. I don't know where to take my dog and I can't take a shower for 48 hours. The guy that came in to look at the bathroom was shocked. I asked him what would he do in this situation. He said that he wouldn't even move in. Regarding carpet the manager told me specifically we will not be replacing your carpet. You should have noticed this at move in. Of course my response was why would I think to check the carpet when I was told it was being cleaned on my way to Atlanta. I stressed again that a new tenant should expect to have new carpet or at the very least clean carpet. I literally was arguing back and forth on emails to state the point that I just want new carpet. Instead of continuing the petty unprofessional email chain I had no other choice but to go to corporate. If nothing else they need to know what type of community is being run under their name. I'm hoping to get a call. I've left a third message today. Check the unit if possible prior to your move in or demand pics.
This place is completely unacceptable, the amount of bugs is ridiculous, the apartment was not move in ready! Very dirty, no one answers the phones in the office, and takes FOREVER to get anything fixed!
I moved in for 2 months, and the apartment has so many troubles. 1. The facilities are old and not working. 80% of my windows cannot open, the one in bath room even doesn't glue well, you can feel the wind. 2. All the facilities & drawers are dirty, they didn't clean them before you come in. 3. There is no microwave inside. 4. So many bugs, cockroaches, flies, and larvina!!!!! 5. All the pumps are not working well. The one in bath room always leaking. Their repairmen are unprofessional. They come and don't know how to fix the window, the pump, the AC, and then left. 6. You don't have choices in internet company, only direct TV. I am a clean person, I never had any bug issue in all the apartments. But here is horrible!!!!! Do not live here!
I moved to Georgia two months ago. I came here before getting a job and an apartment because my cousin wanted me to come spend time with her. I trusted her and moved here before I found a job and she put me out so she can move in her boyfriend. Me and my son was so anxious for me to find a job and a place to live. Now I have two job offers at one time. I started to look for a beautiful apartment and I went on Apartments.com because I believe that I will be satisfied with my research. I found a place and I hope to move in sooner than later so my son can feel comfortable in his own place after sleeping on an air mattress. He is 4 years old and when we went to take a tour, he asked can you give us an apartment? My heart was so sad for him to understand what is going on with us right now. I have two degrees and looking for employment to make sure my son will stay comfortable. Once I move into The Atlantic Medlock Bridge, I will never have a reason to move out! I love what I see on the site. Can not wait to sign a lease and get our keys!!!
It is a great location but the apartments are out dated, it takes a while to get things fixed after multiple visits and some of the office staff are rude. The grounds aren't kept up very well, no grass in places and some trash. It does however stay quiet here and I can say I feel safe. Bugs arent an issue too often which is nice. Overall not bad for the price.
Nice updated apartments. Maintenance request done on time. Quiet community. Close to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommended.
The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. I do not have any issues here. Even though it is not gated I feel safe.
I chose this apartment complex because of it's location. The inside of the apartment is really nice and rent is fairly cheap. Water is not based on individual apartments. So there is one meter and then they subtract common areas and deduce your total based on your square footage. So if you live with one other person in a two bedroom.. Expect to pay the same amount as the four person family next door. Sound echos reallllllly loudly and people aren't afraid to have loud conversations in the middle of the night. They're also not afraid to move furniture around in the middle of the night. There is NO hot tub. There is a no smoking policy but every time I walk into my apartment it smells like an ashtray from our neighbors smoking inside theirs. I've complained about it and of course nothing happened. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. I think they do their best. Maintance fixed our leaky toilet, but still haven't fixed our ice maker after two tries. So it is okay. You get what you pay for.
Thanks for the worst apartment experience in my life! The bugs are everywhere, they gave me exactly what I DIDN'T want, there was double talking, did I say BUGS, they gave me standards they didn't meet themselves and I can't take it! As soon as I knew I could leave I put in my notice. Not to mention, "company policy" is that you can't see where you will be living until you get the keys. ... (after you sign the lease and pay the deposit) they have tricks up their sleeves. TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS FIRST! !!!!!
Moved in February. Walls are super thin and I can hear the neighbor walking upstairs. You can hear the dishwasher and the sink turn on. Maintenance is quick to fix problems but there are too many problems. Staff is not very friendly. Overall just not a nice place.
Appliances are nice, staff /some okay and some just mean. Neighbors are friendly. Must do a better job keeping buildings free of bugs.
