I am a resident of Cascade Apartments in Anaheim, a supposed smoke-free complex. Unfortunately, my living experience is marred by a persistent (more than 6 months) issue of secondhand smoke from a neighboring unit. Despite reporting the matter to the complex office, my concerns have not been adequately addressed. This ongoing problem contradicts the promised smoke-free environment and impacts my living conditions. I hope this feedback prompts the management to take immediate action and uphold the advertised smoke-free policy for the well-being of all residents.

I am proud to call the Cascades home. The community is extremely well kept, maintenance is always swift to take care of any issues, and the apartment itself has a great layout and nice appliances. I love that I have my own 2 car garage and washer and dryer in unit. The community is extremely safe and the location is great for our lifestyle. The amenities are also better than a lot of comparable apartments: there are two pools, two jacuzzis, grills, a gym, a dog park, a playground, and a basketball court. All of these amenities exceed our expectations and make us proud to live here.

The surrounding views of the location of The Cascades is gorgeous as are the amenities such as the pool, gym, and BBQ area. The draw backs are the faulty, old and rusty appliances such as washer and dryer. The garages are great but guests will have a difficulty time finding parking due to residents leaving their spare cars in those spaces for weeks.

The cascades is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff is friendly & professional. The apartments are designed for living comfortably. They are quiet. I love the landscape. Our experience , we living for about 5 years. It's the best place, the area to enjoy.
Great overall team.
I've lived here for 3 years and the community has gone downhill. Constant break-ins to apartments, garages and cars. They are constantly sending out notices about locking up your property yet they do nothing about increasing security presence or repairing the gate that breaks down constantly. We have new management that doesn't care to deal with anything and emails go ignored. Rent here isn't cheap and to be ignored numerours times about serious issues such as noise complaints and crime happening, is unacceptable. Parking here is a nightmare. Don't expect to have guests because there won't be anywhere for them to park. There are limited guest spots and are usually taken by residents. The bbqs are usually broken, residents don't pick up after their dogs and everyone smokes. Don't move here. Keep looking.
The apartments are well kept up and areas are clean and dog friendly. The parking however is tandem parking which is a challenge, and there is never any place for visitors to park because there are only a few spots in the center which are frequently taken by residents. I typically meet friends and family somewhere because it is too hard to park.
The gated community feeling is nice. Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi, Bbq grills. Let not forget about Taco night. Maintenance Crew stays on top of anything you might need them for. Management is always friendly with everyone .

We’ve been living over two years and recently had to move due to renovations happening in most of the units. The office management went above and beyond to help us through the process of an early move. They found us a great unit initially but it ended up being too small for our family. Discouraged we kept looking during our looking we received a phone call from Yvonne in the front office excitedly explaining how she was able to get us the same unit we were in up upgraded of course. We thought while that’s great, we couldn’t afford the rent on the new remodeled unit. Yvonne and Erica the assistant manager were able to work with Christian the manger to give us the same rent as the first unit we were looking at. What a surprise, what great customer service. We are so happy they were able to do this for us and also help us with the costs of the deposit and move in days. What life savers especially around the holidays! Thanks again guys, you did a great job!!

It has been wonderful living here. This was the one place that got my attention when i was in a low point. Being here, away from the city, it feels so safe and peaceful here. Very peaceful. I love my view, hills around, fireplace and balcony. I love it here.

I'm moving out in 3 weeks because of the way things are handled here and for the high rent vs what you get for it. There are better options in the area.
Wonderful & quite very nice place that we now call home.
Depending where your apartment is, you may get a beautiful scenery or a view of a shrub near by. It is in a beautiful complex, near the 91, and close to many shops (Best Buy, Target, Costco, Ralphs, etc.). Added benefits, you pay for a community gym, bbq areas, kids play areas, pool/jacuzzi. The cons of this apartment complex: it's pricey, the laundry barely even washes one full load (it's half a load or less - so as you can imagine, our electric and gas bill skyrockets from the multiple usage), if you have neighbors above you and they have a kid - the walls are thin. In our case, we had a horrible experience with the child jumping/running/and thumping and asked them to minimize the noises during the midday and each time we ask them to politely stop, the thumping and jumping noise gets longer (we asked management couple times to ask them to stop but they said since it's not considered a noise complaint because it happens during the day time and not after hours). Also, the entrance door is near your neighbor's entrance doors, you can hear the ongoing traffic of your neighbors. We asked them to repaint the balcony floors because it was nasty and flecking off they didn't and when moving out charged us.
