Cascades at Tinton Falls

The dog poop on and around the property has gotten out of hand. Its nice that pets are allowed, but it shouldn't be tolerated that people don't pick up after their pets

I think Cascades a Tinton Falls is a family oriented place I love the amenities it is centrally located to the parkway north and south and I always refer family and friends to check out leasing options

As an apartment complex, The Cascades, seems to provide the comfort & recreation we all look for, after a hard long day. Convenient to most highways, and centrally located to all shopping.

I would recommend because it is a nice place to live--it is just expensive.

Great, clean property. Staff is friendly and timely if there are ever any issues.

I would recommend if they move on the first floor to ask how many people are living upstairs from you. There are 5 people living upstairs from me that have made it very difficult for any peace in my apartment. I have complained numerous times and have had to call the police for disturbance of the peace.

Good community, feels safe generally. Lots of debris and discarded food around certain buildings makes me concerned about walking my dog around the premsis.

Would not recommend community to anyone with children over 5, nothing for older children

If it was my Building (5) I would VERY LIKELEY recommend. There have been some issues with noise, marijuana use, police responses and litter in other buildings that concern me.

While the apartments they offer are nice, the overall experience is completely different. Office staff is often unhelpful and extremely rude. Other tenants are also very disrespectful and unpleasant, making the environment uncomfortable to be in. Strongly suggest to keep searching if you’re thinking of renting here.

As new residents, we'd like to commend the staff at the complex for such a wonderful touring and subsequent move in experience. Courtney & Joanie are so helpful and friendly. As we contemplated similar communities, they pushed The Cascades over the line as our final choice.

I moved in a year ago and Bozutto took over about 6 months after moving in. They have made so many great improvements and really care about the tenants comments, concerns. All of the staff-including maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful. I loved my apartment/complex when I first moved in-but it is even better now!

I had a tour with Courtney the other day and she was so nice and professional!!!! The community is so beautiful. The apartment they had wasnt the right fit, but I really apppreciated her help!!! Hopefully, I can rent there in the future!

My boyfriend and I are current residents and needed to upgrade our apartment for a much larger space. Courtney was very informative with all the details we needed to complete our transfer. She made sure our process was smooth and quick, she even was able to have our apartment ready in TWO WEEKS! The entire staff is great and so friendly, this is a community where they value family!

The walk in closets are awesome ! Spacious lofty feel and the kitchen is beautiful !

They have big walk in closets and my room is very spacious. It has a loft, open floor plan which is great to entertain guests!

First off, I have been living here in Avalon for 5 years now and it has been wonderful. There really isn't more that you can ask for with access to 24 hour gym, clubhouse which has a pool table and comfy couches and kitchen so you can throw a party. Outdoor BBQ grills and a playground as well as a swimming pool. This place is also so conveniently located to garden state parkway, Jersey shore outlets, Wal-Mart and various other hot spots. Did I forget to mention how close it is located to the Jersey shore? It is kid friendly, animal friendly and whether you are single or have a family, this is the place to live. So, what are you waiting for?

They were not lying when they named this a luxury rental community. This truly is upscale living. I've only been here for three months and the treatment you get is amazing. The staff is great. They accommodate you from the time you take your first step into the leasing office. There are tons of floor plans to choose from and they constantly keep you updated with which floor plans are available. It only takes a few minutes to apply online and within an hour you'll know if you're approved. The community has great amenities as well. There's a heated pool, a playground for little ones, bbq area, 24 hour fitness center, and clubhouse that you can sit and relax in or book to host a private event. And let's not forget the maintanence team. They take their 24 hour guarantee seriously. Clogged toilet? No problem someone will be there to fix it right away. Washer flooding your apartment....yes washers, dryers, and all other major appliances are included!!!!!.....fixed before you even have time to worry about your carpet being damaged...btw that's new too. They even make the pets feel at home. There is a ton of space to take your dog for a walk. You can take a stroll around the lake or let your dog go crazy in the dog run. As for the apartments, there are nice open floor plans. The apartments are huge. The kitchens have tons of counter space and cabinets for storage and each bedroom comes with a walkin closet. You even have the option of getting a garage/storage unit for extra space. This truly is heaven on earth.
