Property Ratings at The Casey
Move in and lease signing was a breeze. My apartment is quiet and comfortable. Gals up front were way nice and quiet overall the experience has been great. Price point is higher than I would like but you are going to get that everywhere in Colorado so I don’t see it as a big issue. Overall, recommend to anyone looking for an easy move in experience with nice staff.

Thank you for making a home with us! We are pleased to know that your application and moving process went smoothly and that you are settling into your new apartment home. Regarding pricing, we believe that if you were to research similar communities in the area, you would find us comparable for what we have to offer. Your recommendation to others means a great deal to us, and we are glad you are here!
I am excited by the value of the modern structure, decor, and amenities, the security, location accessibility, and low pricing compared to other apartments across Colorado. Kaylee is a highlight in my life because of how much empathy and support she gives throughout the leasing andoving processes. I highly recommend this property to anyone on a budget who likes the location and wants a sense of peace. The hallways are so calm, you would think that you owned the entire building.
Renting an apartment without first looking at it is daunting but the team at The Casey was very helpful an accommodating to my needs. The location is great, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here.
The staff at The Casey is always very professional and personable! When needed, maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and without issue. Shout-out to Kayla in the leasing office! She is always great to work with when we need anything, and takes full ownership of any issues until they're resolved. Thanks Kayla!
I’ll be moving into They Casey today. The apartment was pristine & cleaned thoroughly. Moving in was a seamless process with the help of both Kayla & Jamie. Extremely responsive & we’re able to accommodate specials requests easily. With the exceptional service I’ve seen so far, I have no doubt I’ll love living here. Thank you The Casey team.
This place is average. The studio side has walls and floors made of paper so working from home or trying to sleep ever) are up to the people above you whether they wish to stop stomping or playing music. Noise complaints are not enforced so don’t bother trying to call those in at 3am or any time for that matter. Quite hours are not 8-8 as I was quoted but rather do not exist. Don’t worry though, they have a system for you to pay to get your packages stored, which doesn’t work most of the time and also loses your packages in transition (Also a paid service). The front desk woman is really unapproachable and mean, and I can count on two hands how many times I wanted to go speak to her or ask questions and I voted against it as I didn’t want to have to get in a yelling match.
Great place to live with a short walk to Coors Field. A lot of friendly people that live their with an amazing gym.
The team is so professional, sweet, and has beyond amazing energy. Kayla especially has amazing customer service and she sells The Casey beautifully!
I’ve noticed since I moved in two years ago that the amenities and cleanliness of the property have gone downhill. The hallways smell more frequent and the carpets are cleaned less frequently. The dog park is in awful shape and I’ve seen giant cockroaches in the back of the building most summer nights. However, the maintenance team is fantastic. Unfortunately they keep leaving for nicer properties which may be contributing to the decline of the building.
Each time I have an issues and submit a maintenance request, the problem is resolved within a day. Steven, Aaron and Daniel are great - they are extremely responsive and go above and beyond.
I toured this morning with Kayla. She was extremely personable and informative! She was able to answer all my questions and really made Casey feel like a great place to live!
The staff at Casey's is excellent and on top of any issues that may arise. Daniel is top notch at solving any issues and is prompt.
I have lived her for multiple years. The service/maintenance team is outstanding. I placed a request for my bathroom light and electrical outlets to be looked at, and within less than 24 hours, it was all fixed! Also, the front office has gone above and beyond to help me as I’ve recovered from surgery and couldn’t carry boxes. Overall, the team here is outstanding!
Very pleased with the maintenance. Super easy to put in the work order and it was completed in a timely manner. No complaints.
Overall, the place is in a great location and has high end appliances and what not. However, if you don’t live on the 6th floor, don’t waste your money. You will hear every step and noise from above you. Even noise cancelling headphones don’t work. When asking the office for what to do they never offer up solutions. Do not recommend
Property Manager at The Casey, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for submitting your review. To gather more details on your noise complaint can you please reach out to the office at 303.297.1816? We would be happy to address any noise issues that you have. The Casey Management Team
Really have enjoyed the location, amenities and community but we had a lot of problems with ancillary items (parking and storage) when we moved in.
Pros: Clean lobby, Guest/Delivery codes, gym, pool, maintenance Cons: Very loud, delivery code access doesn't always work, guest parking, multiple lost packages, dog park, on and off homeless people living around the corner, no internal secure lock for front door & lack of front office organization. I lived here for almost 10 months. I can't sleep at night due to multiple factors. The train is so loud it wakes you up 2-3 times a night 3-5 times a week. I have to sleep with noise canceling head phones. The front door doesn't have a secondary lock on the inside, only the keypad access. This doesn't feel safe/secure, especially since front door will jiggle if someone else slams their door. The Dog park is tiny and has dog poop everywhere (spoke with multiple residents). Guest parking is a mess. I have tried to pay for guest parking multiple times for it to tell me there are no spaces available and there will only be 2 spaces occupied. I've gone back hours later to check and there will still be so many open spaces and online it says the parking passes are at capacity. Also you need to use the fob to access the guest parking in the garage, which means you have to go down stairs outside and click them in with your fob to access the indoor guest parking. My lease was supposed to end mid Aug., but since I didn't receive the renewal paper, I didn't know I had to give 60 day notice. I only live in Denver half the year. I am a resident at another Windsor Property who better manages their property. I got several emails from the other property about renewal & prices. They gave me multiple reminders to renew/ cancel and what the month to month would be if I didn't give notice. The Casey did not and when I let them know I didn't get any emails they assured me they sent them. Once they checked their system they realized they never sent them. The office spoke with management and told me that the paper copy on the door is the only thing they are required to do and it's in the contract. I travel a lot for work so I am not sure what happened to the copy they say they left on my door. Who knows if they did? They said they sent the emails and didn't. I am stuck paying rent to complete my 60 days for notice. I leave Aug. 16th for 2 months and I have to pay rent until Sept. 8th. The only thing they could offer was keeping me at my current rate instead of the month to month increase. I feel like I am being punished for the lack of organization in the office.
It's been awesome living in a place i can finally be proud of
So far I’m liking the Casey. Leasing agents are responsive and the facilities are really nice. Those sensitive to noise should get apartments on the west side of the building away from the highway. Very nice place.
Everything is great so far, staff is very helpful and friendly
I absolutely love living here. Everything is maintained very well and promptly. I could not be happier with the staff, especially the quality of repairs!
Overall it’s been great. The unit is spacious and all the fixtures and appliances work well. I also love the convenient location.
The management and the maintenance crew have been amazing since moving in. I really appreciate their willingness to help and they have always been very helpful. The main issue with The Casey is the building itself. The water heater and the ceiling have zero sound proofing so I can hear every time the water heater turns on every hour, and I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors make. The water heater also makes the closet smell of gas, which can't be a good thing to breathe in.
For the amount of rent you pay here you would think they would be top notch apartments. People are so inconsiderate and leave their dogs locked up every day and the dogs bark constantly. Don’t even bother opening your windows because you will just have to listen to the barking. If you don’t live on the top floor, good luck. There’s no soundproofing and you hear every step your neighbors make and your glasses cling together on shelves. Added bonus if you upstairs neighbor also has a dog that barks constantly and runs back and forth. The leasing office does nothing about it if you ask even though they boast their “quiet hours” from 8-8. Best advice, find a different place to live. There are a ton in the area that are cheaper than The Casey. You might have to deal with the same stuff but at least you’ll save some money.
Easy move in experience. The staff is available whenever you need them.
The casey was very well run for several years but things seem to have slipped significantly over the last year or so. The hot tub has been closed now for almost two months. Very disappointing.
Nice leasing staff. Attentive but not pushy. Great for the area and the price especially so close to downtown. Very happy with my decision to move into The Casey.
The apartments have no soundproofing between floors. Neighbors above us rattle our dishes just by walking around their apartment. The quality of tenants has significantly decreased over our time at the Casey, causing us to report noise complaints frequently, we see people without masks on in the building constantly, and some of the leasing agents are consistently rude for no reason. I do not believe the rental rates are fair as a result of this. We are looking forward to leaving our apartment at the Casey.
I have really enjoyed living here so far. The amenities and view of Coors Field, along with the size of my unit can't be beat.
I love what The Casey has to offer but the maintenance of the amenities is virtually non-existent. The place is nice but GROSS and FILTHY, this could easily be taken care of having maintenance clean more often.
The maintenance staff is always friendly when I see them, and anytime work needs to be done in our apartment, they are quick and efficient. Thank you!
I have loved living in the Casey - great location and nice apartments. The only concern I have is the dog park is absolutely awful, there are sometimes the trash bins dont get emptied and it is not taken care of at all. We used to have sprinklers go off on the dog park multiple times a day and that kept it cleaner. I wont even take my dog in there anymore its so gross.
The staff made move-in and all the surrounding procedures simple and went above and beyond to satisfy any of our requests. We're thrilled with our new apartment, communal facilities, and the location of the building, especially given the competitiveness of the pricing of the building. We're looking forward to spending the foreseeable future at the Casey!
The management team is absolutely excellent and the best in the city. I have felt valued as a resident and would highly recommend this property!
The Casey has been by the far one of the best places I have lived. The quality of everything in the apartment is phenomenal. I haven't had a chance to enjoy any of the amenities, because of Covid, but they sure do look nice.
The level of care and service provided by the staff is excellent and has made my time here wonderful!
Excellent property management that really lookout for their tenants.
I love living at The Casey. Excellent location and great building layout. Management is quick to respond to questions and very friendly! I really appreciate that they make the building truly feel like a community. Planning to stay here a long time!
The Casey is an amazing apartment complex! From the staff and amenities to the location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the appliances are modern, the floor plans are convenient and spacious, and you cant beat the location and price. I absolutely love living at the Casey, and there are reasons people stay for multiple years.
Great living at a great location.
From start to finish, have had nothing but an excellent experience with move-in. I moved here from DC sight unseen and the building far exceeded my expectations based on the images online and research I did prior to moving here.
It was a wonderful experience
In my third week of living here, I consider everything well maintained and clean. The staff is very welcoming.
So far so good.
The Staff is amazing, great location and my apartment is awesome!
I love living at the Casey! The management is excellent and so responsive! It is an ideal community. With gratitude, Christian
Although slightly pricey, you definitely get what you pay for. I took full advantage of the amenities & location. The staff is super helpful & neighbors are friendly. 10/10 would live here again!
The Casey is a well kept, beautiful building with great people at your service. I knew right away after stepping inside that this would be where I choose to live. I am very happy with my time here.
My husband and I have lived in many apartments over the last 15 years and The Casey fat outshines all others! The staff genuinely care about the residents and are quick to respond to concerns and maintenance requests. They work very hard to plan regular resident events that help create a sense of community. We have lived here for several years and absolutely love it.
The Casey staff, the apartment, the common areas, the value paid, and the services all are worth a 10 score.
