Western Hills/ Ridglea is a populated area about 10 miles west of Downtown Fort Worth. I witnessed my neighbor for 14 consecutive days call the office and get no answer, patrol is completely useless, there are loud, annoying teenagers that hang around other residents stairs(I'm sure their parents don't want to hear all this, so they apparently allow the to disrupt others), the bathroom ceiling leaks evertime the ac runs( its been 2 months and it still hasn't been fixed), got locked out the apartment a few months ago of course the 24 hrs maintenance never called back, had to pick and change the lock ourselves, there was never a follow up. These people only want the rent money, they absolutely do not care about quality or safe living.
I applied for these apartments, I love how professional the staff is. I also love how friendly and helpful the staff is, one thing I really love is the larger one bedroom apartment. I also love the atmosphere of the apartments. one thing I really liked was how clean and neat the property was kept.

I have 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse it is very big room space all over the house the approval process is very fast the customer is excellent if they say they gon com and do som they word is they bond u don’t have to be worried honestly i dont Think any one would regret living out here very quiet & peaceful
I have been here almost 3 years and have upgraded each year... Dawn is my personal favorite but overall everyone is AMAZING even the maintenance men and ground keeper!
I like the apartment complex and am currently at the apartment now. Good pricing, appliances, and value for your dollar. The only issue I have is the horrendous internet. I have been dealing with this and attempting to communicate with the apartment complex since I first got here. The internet is unusable for 3mbps at $50 a month. I was informed in September from their front office that they were working with spectrum to get bulk internet within the next few months. Come June now 10 months after and they have informed us that they are going with a small scale internet company that I can not find a single positive review for on the internet. This issue is making me seriously look for other options when my lease comes to an end. I hate that this is the case because this is the only issue I have and hate to move just because of this. This is just something that I need to be able to do daily tasks.
Stay away from this place, since day one i had bad experiences about this place, I rented this place because of the reviews not knowing they coerce people with gift cards to give them good reviews. Am breaking my lease can't stay here anymore, noise neighbor upstairs the floors are old,they make squeaky noise when someone walks above you,you can even hear your upstairs neighbor snore,mine vacuums at 2am. Roaches and water bugs infected, ooh and i had fleas,they tried denying it, the parking lot is struggle for the fittest, you can't handle that they ask u to pay for reserve $25 a month, water is always $50 everymonth,like i just take a shower n wash dishes.
Everyone in that office is very nice and helpful. The only bad thing is the internet service "AT&T." We need Spectrum but they would have to request it for our apartments.

Well I have been here in Emerald Hills for about 2 years now and loving it!!! With any apartment comes with problem and drama but I can say since I have been here I haven’t had any problems with the landlords or Neighbors Thanks God!!! ???? The bedrooms are very spacious and I just love my Townhouse!!! The office ladies are amazing they will go overboard for anybody and try their best to help if they can!!! I went from a 1 bedroom to an 2 and 2 1/2 bedroom townhouse and loving it!!! You should come and give it a try!!! Trust me you would love it!!! Give Emerald Hills a try!!!! ???????????? My first place upon moving to Texas I absolutely enjoy my stay here . The staff Rocks anytime there’s a issue maintenance is out the same day to resolve it! I definitely recommend this place to stay . It’s nice quiet ,very affordable & plus they’re currently upgrading them all ! You won’t be disappointed Emerald Hills Rocks ??
I love being a resident of Emerald Hills.. I moved on 07/18,and the staff is SUPERB..!! From the maintenance team to the staff. My experience a place where I can really call home.. I recommend them to anyone looking for a nice,spacious home. My 3 bedroom reminds me of a house because of the space,the neighborhood is safe and close by the schools.
I was very welcome to an Apartment Complex today on 8/24/2018. The ladies were very very very pleasant. They go that xtra mile to do all..... they can to make sure you become one of their Tenants. Children break into vacant apartments and also try to break in when you are not home. They have an infestation problem. The apartment was decently cleaned when we moved in.
Make sure you get copies of everything you sign! Management is awesome. However not everybody in the office is as upfront as you would expect. I lost a lot of money because I didn’t have a copy of the paperwork and I trusted somebody’s word. I see from at least one other review that this was not the first time something like this happened. That’s a shame because Kim and Dawn have been there for many years and try to run a really good property, but not everybody is as honest or as helpful.
The communication here sucks the employees will tell you one thing and then act like they didn’t tell you just to cover they butts and then when you ask a question they become very snobby! I’m big on customer service and there’s not good!
I lived in a 2bed/2bath and the master bedroom was awesome as was the closet. Our dishwasher didn't work the whole time we lived there, and they came to fix it but it still didn't work. There was a gnat problem, and my roommates toilet wouldn't flush for a big portion of our lease. Make sure you write on your rent money orders, your apartment number because they came barging into our apartment with an eviction notice because my roommate never wrote it on hers and they couldn't put two and two together when we turned them in. Management is kinda wacky.
We have a huge pest problem and will not be renewing our lease. The staff are always very friendly. We haven't had any problems here but want to move to a different and nicer area
