The Catania is well suited for seniors especially those of us without a car. A variety of commercial businesses are within walking distance, Metro bus and the train. Northline Shopping Center is easy access. I believe the maintenance is excellent also.

This is one of the worst property managers I have ever met. She doesnt communicate with the residents. I have never had one on one communication with her. She puts her front desk receptionist up to handle people in disrespectful and rude ways that become confrontational.

I think the price for the area is a reasonable amount of rent the only thing that I'm not pleased with his they are hookers walking up and down during the day and night it attracts the wrong people they're all saw a lot of panhandlers in that area and people that are living off the street I know that some of them are very addicted to something or are with out and depressed and then there are sounded do not want to work but that whole area on Airline and Crosstimbers needs to be cleaned up that needs to be a letter sent to the city or something I have already called them but I need I think more help. There's a serious serious security issue there with y'all probably know about it but this is New Management now so the doors they give us keys but the doors are broken and anyone can come in and out at will they need to also enforce things on the patio it makes it look very clutter and people are turned off when they see that in the balconies. It almost looks like it the property owners don't care about that coaches may be rather small to some people then how about the bigger larger picture. I think we have had good people in the management but the people higher up and corporate Nick the back of mop and obviously that needs to back them up and support them and also to put some money back into the complex on security issues.

It is essential that prompt response is taken, otherwise don?t rent on second or third floor if you have physical problems. When elevators are not working your status changes from an INDEPENDENT to a DEPENDENT senior. Something none of us want to be!

The management staff is horrible!
The management staff here is very unprofessional and lazy! If want to live somewhere nice- don't live here. These apartments are low class and not worth the rent being charged. It took their maintenance person 6 months to change HVAC filters for my elderly mother after multiple requests. Will definitely not be renewing at all even if the rent was FREE.

Primrose Casa Bella
This is a lovely well-keep apartment complex with lots of amenities everyone will love !There are meet and greet areas that makes it easy to socialize and get acquainted with your neighbors.The swimming pool is so beautiful and very inviting,lounging there is a breeze .It is an oasis we as residents enjoy all season,and the trips that we are pampered with are esquisite.I wouldn't take anything for my journeys and get aways!!!
