Someone always gets back to you. Everyone is so kind and helpful. It’s just beautiful here! I’ve been living here for over a year and plan to stay!

Great amenities. Close to downtown Roswell. beautiful swimming pool area. Friendly neighbors and great gym area. Nice clubhouse if you would like to rent to host private events.

The Catherine has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. It is clean, safe, upscale, and the staff is friendly. And the amenities are excellent! I’ve really enjoyed my time here and look forward to staying.

So far everyone has been very welcoming and accommodating. I cannot complain, and look forward to the remainder of the year to see what comes.

Love the area, neighborhood. Apartments walls and insulation aren’t great. You can hear your neighbors walking above you. Not enough parking at times, but love living here overall. Tony and Jennifer are awesome!

I relocated from California a year ago, and I’m grateful to have found this community. Morgan and Tony helped me secure my initial apartment, and Morgan has been especially helpful throughout my lease renewal process. Both have remained reliable resources whenever I have questions or concerns. I truly appreciate all you do to create value at The Catherine. Thank you!!

LOVE my apartment and the complex SO SO much! Only downside is the parking situation is a bit of a pain. There are “reserved” spots that cost extra. Between 6-8pm everything fills up (except the reserved spots) so if I come home after 8 I have to park super far away, which is a huge inconvenience, especially if it is raining or I have a lot of stuff to carry.

We love the Catherine and will continue to keep signing our lease here for the foreseeable future. The management is friends and location is ideal.

My experience so far has been amazing, everybody is super friendly and helpful. Moved in about two weeks ago, and I found the office staff and neighbors very helpful with my move. Great neighborhood, very clean and super quiet

This has been a great place to live. The amenities are nice and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds to requests pretty quickly.

The folks who work at the Catherine made my move and start in the complex easy and welcoming! It’s been a great experience so far and I’m hopeful it continues. I’m excited to be here!

Love the solitude and charm the community and building provide to us. It's a nice feeling to to come back to a place that feels like home after a hard day.

We really wanted to love this community, however there are much newer/nicer units within 2 miles of this property.“The Lights at Northwinds” as well as “The EDEN” Very poorly renovated. Rusty shelves, stained handles in kitchen and bathrooms. Stains on shower heads and shower rods from rushed paint job. Filth/Stains in shower. Worn-out Outdoor furniture. Shower and sinks not properly cleaned from previous tenant, therefore hair and other dirt was still trapped in shower and sink drain. Gap between window and screen filthy at move in. Bathroom cabinets have chipped doors and stains. Odor in hallways and units. Some units get no daylight whatsoever, so be sure to check out your unit during different times of the day. Trash left outside for days. Outdated, washer and dryer with peeling paint. Dumpster overflows on weekends. No towels in gym as advertised, no cups for coffee must bring your own at all times. Limited WiFi in common areas. This has been communicated with management!

The Catherine is a welcoming and very well kept complex. The grounds are well taken care of. The front office crew is welcoming, professional and caring.

Beautiful place! Lovely management and leasing staff. Still getting to know neighbors. The amenities are absolutely gorgeous. Cannot wait to get out to the pool.

The amenities are fantastic—whether it's the state-of-the-art fitness center or the relaxing pool area, everything is meticulously maintained. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly!

Overall a beautiful apartment! The people and staff are very friendly and whenever we had an issue, maintenance was on top of it! The only down side is there isn’t enough stairwells because residents are walking far distances to their cars.

The Catherine is a great place to live! The pool feels like you are at a resort. A perfect ending to any long day. The people who work here go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need! Highly recommend.

Love it at the Catherine! I’m so sad to leave to move to a new city. The pool and outdoor space has made the living experience incredible. I love my apartment and the space inside as well!

So far super clean people are nice and friendly, definetly a ton of people that live here and the corridors feel a little bland sometimes but alll and all very nice interiors

Great place to live! The apartments are nice with plenty of space and the amenities have been a great bonus! I love getting coffee in the mornings before work and sitting by the pool in the summer.

So far everything has been great and the staff has been attentive. The only issue is parking. That is the only real issue I’ve experienced this far.

Just moved in with my family and overall, the community is great. The apartment is renewed and has a good space, great amenities and great management staff!

Our experience at the Catherine has been nothing short of spectacular since we moved in back in July 2023. What really goes a long with is the fellow residents who acknowledge they have neighbors by not having barking dogs, playing loud music, etc. The Luxer delivery service has been very easy to work with and all the amenities are great. We really have not had the chance to connect with the staff which is mainly because there are no issues, which is a compliment in itself.

The noise from the neighbors above is unbearable. Loud banging, Doors and Cabinets slamming, loud stomping and relay races going on above us. This starts at 8am and lasts until midnight! We have reached out to management and hoping for a resolution asap!

I just recently moved from Florida, and am incredibly happy with my apartment selection! The location is great, the complex is beautiful, and the fun atmosphere and events that The Catherine provides is awesome!

Great people and wonderful apartments. The Catherine is clean and quiet and worth the price. Tony helped us find the best apartment for us, and we are glad we found the perfect place.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years. I enjoy the Catherine. The dog park is nice and there are a lot of other dogs in the complex. There is also a dog washing station.

Issues with fire alarms in building 3000 are a huge nuisance and the management staff does not seem to care beyond last minute notifications to residents. Noise transfer between units is awful. Not worth the rent rates.

Since moving in, in February, the Catherine has been nothing but great for us. We love our new place and the neighborhood! It is kept up, clean, and well managed!

This community is a nice quiet place. Great amenities. Pet friendly. Convenient to shopping, grocery, and hospital. Everything is kept clean.

I just moved in a month ago but I’m enjoying it. Nice area and nice apartment. Very clean and the grounds are well kept. Ok Office staff is very helpful.

Great experience so far! Haven’t had any issues with noise. Very quiet place to live with plenty of parking and allows you to easily grant guest access from your phone!

Loud neighbors upstairs. Management will do nothing about. Very dog friendly. Great park and places to walk around. Safe community. Maintenance is very responsive

Moving into The Catherine has been great. Maintenance is on time and makes sure everything is done. Great apartment to look to move into. Very clean and new.

The Catherine has beautiful interior apartments and chic patios, that are up to date and new. It’s very clean, quiet and in a great location.

This is a wonderful place to live! It's beautifully designed. There is lots of light. The community areas are beautiful. It is excellently managed. It is very clean. Maintenance is terrific and quick to respond. I feel safe and happy here.

Can never find parking near my unit. Also appliances are outdated. Overall it isnt terrible but I think you can get your money's worth somewhere else

Great community, convenient location, the office staff is AMAZING and maintenance is on top of everything! Emma, Morgan and Tony are always so helpful and maintenance is very responsive.

The staff here are client service oriented. The maintenance staff are also great. Not much noise. Although, sometimes my neighbors above me are a little heavy footed. Overall, my 4 months here have been wonderful. I love my apartment.

Noise can be an issue if you aren’t top floor but otherwise it is great! Clean, maintained well, and modern interiors. We love how spacious the kitchens are, and how receiving packages and mail is so secure.

Living at the Catherine is beyond exceptional. The buildings are all kept very clean and fresh and the staff is wonderful and attentive too.

I think the community lacks respect people constantly parking in my reserved parking space. Yesterday evening I came home someone set there trash out for pickup at my front door. There’s supposed to be a fine in place for those whom leave there trash can out after pick up building 3000 3rd floor is the worst

Wonderful place, community and apartments. Safe, classy, well kept community. Well situated between Roswell and Alpharetta with great access to major transportation.

Maintenance is on top of everything, premises are kept clean, I love it here! Leasing office people are super efficient and care. Thank you!
