Madecen has always been amazing. I’ve been in this apartment for 6 years I think. As soon as she became aware that I was looking for more space, she was quick to let me know when an appointment that would better fit my needs opened up and has been extremely helpful during the whole process. This will be my first time moving completely on my own, which has been daunting needs to say the least. It’s amazing how much stuff I have accumulated and just a little over 700 ft.² in the span of six years . If not for her help, I doubt I would’ve ever moved out even though I know I will be much happier in a larger apartment :). My only complaint would be that the complex really needs another EV charger for the amount of electric cars that reside here. I have a short range, Tesla And it seems like almost everyone else has a long range that seems to take up the charting station for at least 24 hours

do not live here!!!!! maintenance requests take weeks to be resolved, the office staff is unresponsive and provided false promises, and you will have workers enter your apartment with no warning.
So far so good! Maintenance has been very fast and the workers are very friendly! Seems like a great community! Everyone is very pet friendly and active which is nice! I would recommend the Caymans to anyone looking to be close to downtown Dallas but not in all the traffic!
Maintenance was so quick to assess every single one of my concerns as I was moving in. I really appreciate their effort and diligence in that regard.
Everything has been great but our yard hasn’t had grass since we moved in. Having a yard was a big factor in choosing this apartment but unfortunately it’s mostly just been a fenced in dirt patch since we’ve been here.
This building and community has been nothing but great so far! I love the amenities and the pool is the best! Plenty of parking, timely maintenance, and quiet apartments.
I love how clean the property is. How nice everyone is. And I really love how quiet it is! My expectations have been exceeded! Even when putting in maintenance requests, they respond quickly.

My review would be 5 but maintenance has gone downhill. Gates always broken, requests aren't fulfilled. But I do like my apartment and garage parking.
It has been a bit of a rollercoaster since moving in. The apartment is great, Jasmine in the office is fantastic, but getting anything fixed is a nightmare. Every repair we have requested I have had to follow up multiple times before it actually gets completed. Was told airvents would be cleaned by the end of the week we moved in and wasn’t completed until 3.5 weeks later. Requested a kitchen sink repair took 2 weeks. Still waiting for a bathtub repair as well. Maintenance will enter your apartment with absolutely no warning and will not leave a note or anything letting you know what they even came in for. The office staff is attentive and receptive so I’m not sure where the breakdown in communication is but it is extremely frustrating.
Great experience so far. Office staff is amazing. Madcen and her team always there to help. Fifi goes extra mile always. Quality of apartment building is good. Need a bit more consideration by tenants to keep the place cleaner.

Not what I was expecting. It’s old and dirty and needs to be remodeled in my unit. When you walk thru the halls, it sounds like a heard of elephants are walking on the floor above you. The green areas need new grass, and floors need to be mopped and waxed clean.
This place is so nice and the location is great. The amenities are awesome ( fantastic pool and walking grounds ), nice shower bath tub and kitchen accessories. Plus it’s close to a fun part of Irving / Toyota Music Factory / park / lake / events. Maintenance is awesome and attentive and so is the staff, overall very good experience.

Pool stays dirty, hallways are always dirty, Alarm for entire building will go off for hours at 3am, packages stolen from hallway is normal, But just beware when you move, they will find any and everything to charge you for! You can be a great tenant fir years and they don't care, it's all about money, they charged me 60 bucks for a few spot of tape on floor smh! If your thinking about moving here DONT DO IT!! I bought a house and my mortgage is almost the same as my rent was!! Smh

The building is always kept clean and the hallways are well maintained.The management is quick to respond to any concerns raised. They amenities like Gyms and common halls are also well maintained and clean.They have also recently cleaned up the car garage which now looks better.
Great community. Management has been helpful through every step. Residents have all been friendly. The office and hangout areas are nice and useable.
The community is very clean, neighbors are friendly, the leasing staff is helpful, and when we had issues with maintenance, they expedited the process.
Recently moved in and everything has been great so far. Arpartment is spacious and the appliances are in great condition. Has a lovely courtyard with everything in reach.
Nice community to live in also it is a very safe community and parking is gated so vehicles are protected. Nearby there are lot good places to hang around.
There has been several crime/safety issues in the building lately. I have emailed the front office and management company several times hoping to discuss how safety measures will be increased with no response from either office. Very disappointing. Its become clear ownership doesn’t care about resident experience.

Comfortable here! Staff is great! We have lived here 3 years in a townhouse. Feels like a home. Maintenance request are answered promptly. There has been issues but they were handled promptly.
Very welcoming and friendly people around the complex and community. I’ve been living here now about 3 years and love it. I would definitely recommend.
My one complaint is how filthy the garage is. The black soot and garbage is disgusting. I love my home, but I hate tracking in the black on my shoes and even my dogs paws. I have lived in buildings with parking garages and never had a worse one.

The Caymen is the place to be if you’re looking for a place to stay with awesome amenities not to mention close to the Toyota music factory, and all the events they have the Cayman Las Colinas is the place to be

Overall decent apartment complex. Upstair neighbors are loud as hell, some property maintenance is needed and parking can be a hassle on the first floor. Other than that I love my unit.
I love it here! Such a great place and so fun :) The pool is clean, my patio has a beautiful view. My living area is spacious with marble-esque countertops and hardwood floors. Appliances are all stainless steel. Residents are polite and friendly. Great parking situation. Visitors have no trouble parking on top floor. Easily accessible trash / garbage chutes on every floor for self care. Maintenance team responds quickly and appropriately, even during random lock outs. I would highly recommend living here.

I would maybe bring this down to 4.5 stars ( but only because the garage doors seem to malfunction frequently). Otherwise, the staff is kind, friendly, and attentive. As soon as I put in a maintenance request, I receive a response. This will be my 5th yr. at Cayman and plan on staying, unless rent increases by a lot:).
Staff has been very helpful & friendly. Safe,secure living with gated car garage and entrances. Homes are built pretty sturdy, walls are not thin(you can't hear your neighbors)Neighbors mind their own and have been welcoming. Safe & beautiful neighborhood to take a stroll solo or with family
The staff did an excellent job getting us set up with the move into The Cayman. Even going as far as drawing on the complex map to help guide us with elevators and the best route to move things in. Overall very pleased with the complex, everyone seems friendly and the staff is on point.
I love this place, I was shocked bc I had a smooth stress free move in and staff is so nice with great communication. I’m looking forward to being here for a long while.
Great and easy move in, office staff is fantastic! Apartment was clean and ready for move in. Property is well maintained. Residents are friendly.
Overall the community is nice and quiet. The grounds are kept tidy and clean. The management/office team has been somewhat helpful - not overly impressed. But, the group has been good overall. I would recommend it.
I love living here at The Cayman Las Colinas! The staff and management is always polite and willing to help in any way. The community grounds are kept nice and neat, the pool area is beautiful, and the community events are always a blast!
The on site staff seem top notch. I've lived in apartments all over the US. It's hard to overstate how important it is to tennant quality of life that the people managing the property are quality. The building seems to be well taken care of. I try to guess the age before I talk to an agent. I thought this place was way newer than it is. The floor plans are not bad. They are well thought out.
