Nothing gets fixed
My toilet has been broken for almost 3 months. I was told last time management looked at it to just turn the water off and on and it would work. I pay enough in rent that I should not have to go to McDonald's every time I have to use the restroom. What a joke. Need new management.

Year two & with New property Manager, things are even better, response time for repair are improve. Environment safer, I highly recommend Cedar at this time; overall culture has changed for the better....

beware
Apartments are known for bed bugs, takes forever to get maintenance to fix anything. we went without a air conditioner for almost 2 years, our bathroom drain was clogged for 3 months last summer, we had to call the code enforcement to finally get it fixed, any search engine will tell you bad things on this apartment. will charge fees that are not included in lease
