I am a long-time resident of the Estates of Johns Creek and I like it over here. It is a safe and quiet community with good amenities, nice management as well as maintenance personnel and friendly neighbors. The leasing office staff are all very amicable and always ready to help. In particular, I would like to commend Reggie for consistently going above and beyond to support the residents. Whether it's promptly addressing maintenance requests, or taking care of any other issues or simply being available to listen to concerns, Reggie handles everything with a positive and proactive attitude. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping residents are truly commendable. I recently relocated from Bay area CA to Johns creek and I am very happy I got townhome in Estates at Johns Creek. First of all Very friendly staffs, they really helped me to make my trasnsition from CA to Georgia. Spacious apartment, well maintained community, kid friendly environment, good parking space and very great location. My younger kid 3 years old enjoys the play area and also walking around the pond. Elder son likes the basketball court very close to my townhome. Overall very positive experience!

Please beware of this place. We stayed in this community for few months and moved out. It was really bad experience. They charge you for power, water and extra fee for the common area, and mandatory internet fee every month (even if you do use it, they still charge you). This cost us at least $300 per month extra and they are not included in your rent. They will not explain about this when you sign your application. So please know that you will be paying about $300 on top of your rent. Also, you cannot park your vehicle near the apartment unless you pay extra. So if you plan on moving in, make sure keep an umbrella in your car in case of raining. You have long way to walk to your unit. Water quality is really bad. We did not realized until we move in and found brownish water stain on the bathtub. We had to install brita to every faucet. I do not think they clean air duct ever. The air condition inside the unit is really bad. I'm not sure if it is mold or dust, but our family started sneezing coughing few days after we moved in. But the symptom got better after we run air cleaner unit every room. It was total nightmare staying there, and I really wish no one experiences what we have gone through.

In addition to rent, any extra fees are listed clearly in our lease agreement. We realize parking can sometimes be difficult, which is why we have decided to no longer extend Reserved Parking to incoming residents. We have agreed to honor Reserved Parking for any resident who had opted into this additional cost each month at the time we took over The Estates at Johns Creek, with the intention to remove that reserved parking space upon move-out. Naturally, this will take us a little while to cycle throughout the community. It is our purpose to create an environment that allows all of our residents to be proud of their home. I will not recommend anyone to live in this community. The access gate at the main entrance was out of order for more than a month. They could not repair it. Shamelessely though evey tenant was charged with $ 25 (every month) for the access. Any reasonable management would first of all repair the main entrance with in reasonable time, if not at least do not charge the tenants. Its a shame

I have been living here for 12 years now but it has changed dramatically and not in a good way. Maintenance is simply non existent. It took 3 months to fix my garage and now have put in a request for my broken down closet to be fixed a month ago and I'm still waiting. The only person who seems to care is the residential manager who tries his best but it takes many emails and patience. Meanwhile, I've been living with clothes in my guest bathroom, guest bedroom and dining room. I love like a hoarder!

The staff is super nice but the leasing process is the worst Ive ever experienced. I still have to go to the office to follow up on issues or to get information I should have been given upfront. The appliances are old which is too bad especially since the rent is so high.

I've lived here for 12 years and obviously it's because there's a lot of pluses until this new management. I am so unhappy that I'm looking elsewhere.
Do not stay at the Estates at Johns Creek they look good on the outside but the whole set up is not good on the inside from the office workers down to the action interior water and sewer issues. Beware of false advertisement. On a positive note the apartments are big and spacious and the school district here is very nice.
I love the place it's well cleaned and secure special if you have children,good environment positive energy everything it's well organized landscape is one of the best.
The Estates at Johns Creek has all the attributes anyone could possibly desire as their home!

The Estates at Johns Creek provides everything you could possibly want in apartment or town home living. The ideal location, attractive and well maintained community, and the many amenities are just a few of the pluses. The friendliness and highly professional attitude of everyone involved complete the picture!
The Estates at Johns Creek is a beautiful, warm and peaceful community. We do not have discord or crime. With regard to staff, I haven't had many interactions (this is a good thing) and pride myself on being a model tenant, but those I've had have been incredibly pleasant from Brittney to Patricia, Jared and others. Any issue I've ever had has been addressed timely and with a happy resolution.
The Estates at Johns Creek is an active family-oriented community. The landscaping is well kept up. Most of the tenants are amiable, helpful and work together in peace.
Estates at Johns Creek has been a joy since I first toured. The leasing agents were great and got me the best rate among many other communities in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area. The apartments were very impressive. The kitchen is beautiful and the apartment seems way bigger with the tall ceilings. We are happy to be here and exciting to use the pool and kids swim area when the weather gets warmer. This is a great place to raise young kids. Our 3 year old loves the playground.
I do not have much positive to say other then I like the size of my apartment and the bathroom is very nice and large.
Management and Leasing consultants do not prioritize customer service. When leasing with Estates at Johns Creek, you might have to call the leasing office numerous times in order to get things done!
The Estates at Johns Creek is an attractive and well maintained property in a great location! The staff are all highly professional and very personable. The Community spirit is alive and well, especially meaningful during this tumultuous year of 2020. Recent events have included food trucks chosen by the residents, a canned goods collection for community outreach, virtual bingo, and a planned breakfast on the go for those who commute. Covid restrictions have stopped the usual get-togethers that were held in the past. Its a fantastic place to call home!
I love my apartment home. I love the location and by and large the landscaping is very pretty. The maintenance staff are very good but the administration and Management of the complex leaves much to be desired. I believe GreyStar and their associates on site need to be totally replaced from top management all the way down to the front office associates. I give credit only to the assistant manager who seems to be caught between a rock and a hard place. I have lived here 8 months and yet to get site of the community manager/general manager. I believe he does not live on site and cannot believe that that is allowed. One cannot go to the office, dont get emails answered and never get a response to questions asked on the portal. The reservation system for amenities does not work properly and the amenities are closed far too early for a complex mostly made up of foreign professionals that need the amnenities after 6.00pm and most certainly on Sundays. I have paid for 8 months of pest control and already made three requests without anything being done about it. Not a pretty picture at all.
Community and amenities are good but handling service maintenance requests are poor.
The Estates at Johns Creek is the home far away from home any person would wish to live ion. Love the location, facilities and the management team.
Due to Covid-19 the application process wasnt ideal but I was patient with the limited staff. Its such a pleasant community Im very happy here. So far I have no complaints.
The Estates at Johns Creek is a wonderful place to call "home"! The location is perfect! The property is very attractive and always well maintained---everyone takes great pride in keeping it that way. The entire personnel are both highly professional and personable. Needless to say, I am very impressed and can't imagine living anywhere else!
The community and the layout of its townhouses fits my priority. Itsa five stars from that point. Amazing school district and very convenient neighborhood. Maintenance is a little slow but given the COVID situation it is OK.

The gate seem to ALWAYS be broken, they may as well take it down. For the price we pay for rent getting things taken care of needs to be handled quicker. There needs to be a discount on everyones rent due to the lack of being able to use the amenities. Since no one used the offices or clubhouse in general for a month and even after a month very minimal usage. This would provide the complex a savings, it would be justified the the residence see some discounts as well.

High security High end Residential Estate. Properly managed
We got an apartment which is not cleaned well, and the appliances are not working from day 1. When reached out the property management, was shocked that the assistant manager is very rude and hesitant to talk to residents and I had to wait until the community manager is freed up to talk to me. He assured he going to take care of it immediately but that didn't happen. I made a grave mistake by choosing these apartments. If any one considering this, please please do your due diligence before you sign the lease ( Oh yeah, signing lease was a night mare for me ..once you submit application the management will stop responding to you and they do things in their own sweet time and never cares for your situation). Really pathetic staff (their attitude towards residents is not good at all)
I enjoy living in my apartment - however I did not see it before I moved in. I was informed that I would be moving into a newly renovated apartment and it was still being remodelled. Everything was perfect except the shower which had not been touched. I find the maintenance staff extremely friendly and helpful but I can not say the same for the admin staff. I have found them tardy in my dealings with them. I do not want to get any particular person in trouble but I have had two months in a row since I moved in that my auto pay for my rental was not processed, I did not receive a full package with everything I needed in it. I had to ask where my post would be delivered to and was given a number and keys that did not match. It was a maintenance staff member that was helpful to me and resolved the problem for me. Generally I enjoy living at the Estates
Perfect place for dog owners-the "trail" needs to be part of your advertising!! My dogs love it here-
Nothing exceptional about living at the Estates at Johns Creek. Living experience very poor. The 1 bright spot is the maintenance team. Curtis and Erik are the best. Both are professional, thorough and very knowledgeable.
