They just want money here and try to blame you for things they know and knew needed to be fixed and they always have new people in the office that don’t know what to do except stick to the script

I have lived here since September 2021 and my ac has not been working and now that it’s summer and it’s 106 here I’m texas all they say is we will order the part. Other buildings are the same I have talked to multiple neighbors! Even though they are cheaper than most can u live in apt that is 85 in your house ???
I paid the money for the application fee and never heard from them again. Crazy.
Gates broken,apartment leaks,no real cameras,lazy manager,violence. It is all to much do yourself a favor and never move here
They may look nice but it is so many problems that go on with these apartments. Gangs,murders,drugs,bugs,&police.
I’ve been living here 2 1/2 years problem free from any of the office staff is very thing perfect?! No but it’s not one thing I’ve asked of them that has not been done It’s usually always quiet May I add how much I loooove monya who has been here an doing a great while at it I miss the old manager but the new one is just as fine mannered as well as maya thank you guys for making my stay easy
The place was roach infested, extremely dangerous, gunshots every night, police spotlighting the apartment every single night. The laundry room was where the homeless slept and drug deals went down. Final straw was when I was almost attacked by residents until they saw my dog, I went to the office and reported the incident and was told that maybe I should just stay inside. We cleaned the place spotless, gave it back in much better condition than we received, the office personnel even stated as much. We were supposed to get 180 of our deposit back, everytime we went back, they agreed, said the check is in the mail..then they quit responding to our emails and blocked us from the portal. Do not move there!!
Moving into the place we could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly (opened food packets left on the top shelves of the kitchen & bathroom products left behind), which was kind of concerning during a pandemic. After a month or so of settling we have found that there is a problem with cockroaches as well. Paint job was incredibly messy as well, splatters of paint left on countertops & appliances.
STAY AWAY! They want money and don’t care about issues you have in your apartment. Cockroaches, poor management. Takes forever to get things fixed. Apartments aren’t anywhere near what they should be charging for rent. A rundown motel is better than here.

i really like Lorenzo he is so very nice when i go in to the office here at Somerset apartments he work his but off all the time he is a keeper. i do not like victoria she has bren very rude with me all the time if Lorenzo not in the office i will not talk to Victoria at alli well want for Lorenzo to get back in the office
I have been living in Bent Tree Apartments for 4 months now and have to say that overall they are below average. My apartment itself was clean when I moved in and staff was helpful, but past that it is downhill. On the surface the apartments look great, but looking closer you will see that the work quality is very low. A fresh coat of paint attempts to mask the sagging cabinets and other issues. The windows are extremely thin so if you live by the street prepare to hear every car or person that goes by. The community is gated but the people size gates are almost always open and the car gates only work half the time. The parking lot has plenty of trash and when the Texas heat really kicks in you get a nice aroma from the area. There is also nothing to do in the area within walking distance. I can not say I recommend this apartment or the area around it.
