HIDDEN FEES
lived here for about 7 months and would not recommend to anyone. The kids and the parents of the kids in the community have no respect for others yelling at the top of their lungs at the pool area at night (9pm) The Management team is absolutely terrible and will change the lease on you without notifying you because it's a completely different one from the one you sign and try to spam you out of more money but adding fees upon fees. Our lease was 8 months long and goes to month to month after that. It stated that it was supposed to end in and notifying them 50 days before move out was not aload because of a 60days notice of vacate needed. Even though it was at the end of our lease. On top of the new month we have to pay we also got an increase in our price of rent! Because Colorado implemented thatlate fee law, the centre was charging $50 after 3 days late then $10 each day after. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY LIFE not to mention our water came out brown from the faucet?! Like whattt

Don't Live Here
We only moved here because we needed a roof over our heads. We lived here 4 years and numerous times we had mouse problems that the exterminator did not take care of. The exterminator is included in the additional charges every month. We also ended having roaches that the exterminator did nothing about. Complained to the management and they did nothing. Doorframes are cracked so bad a 4 years old coils kick the door open. They use the cheapest blinds that fall off all the time, then threaten to charge you to replace them.

Worst Apartment Complex EVER!!
Should give them a zero. I lived here one year and it was miserable. They charge you for everything and they don't tell you about the fees until you get billed. You pay for Vallet Trash which is mandatory which sucks. When I moved out they charged me a second bill for water which was already billed in my last bill but they took it our of my deposit. Nobody picks up their dogs poop. Worse place I ever lived!!!

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX
Dont move here!!!!! This use to be a family oriented community filled with laughter but now with new management its just a DUMP! You pay too much for a 1 bedroom, laundry room is so dirty and neighbors smoke weed in their apartment. The dog park looks like a dirty bathroom and I wouldnt recommend my kid to play on the grass since people never pick up their dogs poop. Maintenance is the only best thing about here.

Worst complex I have ever lived in.
After charging 280 dollars more a month than what was listed, this complex waited 3 months after I moved out to finally process how much I owe them. But instead of trying to contact me even once they sent it right to collections. Worst apartment complex in the springs. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Garbage dumpsters are always overflowing. The pool is closed every other weekend. Nobody picks up after their dogs. Sirens are a regular occurrence, there's a biker bar close so bikes all day every day.

This place is terrible.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars. My roommates and I lived there for a year and the management here was horrendous. We moved out in the end of May and three months later we still have not received our deposit back. The leasing office is never helpful. They make you pay a monthly fee for the valet trash WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. They do not listen to anything tenants have to say. The customer service is awful. PLEASE don't live here. There are way better places. They don't let you see the apartment till you move in and they do that because the apartments look nothing like what they show you they will look like. This place is awful and I urge everyone to please not live here. If you do you will waste your deposit and your time because living here was a huge mistake. UPDATE: We tried so hard to get them to cooperate with us to get our deposit check. It is September and we moved out in MAY and we still haven't gotten our deposit. They would dodge our phone calls and never be in the office during their set operating times. And finally this is what happened with our deposit return check: -They said they would send it to us for 2 months. -We call again and again and show up multiple times at their office. -They had sent it to a wrong address -They then say they will send to the RIGHT address -We wait 1 MORE MONTH to receive this check and we don't. -Then they say it's ready to pick it up. And they say that they have left us multiple messages (They hadn't) -We go to pick it up. -They say they don't have it. -Then they email us again saying it's ready to pick up. Their correspondence is awful. It's not worth it, there are other places to live in this area, and this one should be avoided.

No response from managenent
I called this pace a bunch of times as well and left messages, and didn't get a single redponse back. I had the money ready to move in, great credit...But ended up going somewhere else because I never even once talked to a single person all of the times I called. Very poor management, and I don't even live there.

Awful Service
I called at least 15 times and left a message over the span of 24 hours to try to talk to them about an available apartment. Not once did anyone answer, not even to tell me they had already sold the place. I live in Denver, I cant drive up every single day to talk to management, especially if the apartment is just going to be gone when I get there. I have absolutely no idea how good the place is if I could live there, but if this is how they treat potential residents, it doesn't look good. Griffis Blessings other rental properties were not much better about answering the phone.

New Upgrades
This is a great place to live if you are looking for a decent amount of space and a good standard of living on a budget. Compared to other apartments in Colorado Springs this is by far one of if not the best one in its price range. Newly upgraded appliances, and appearances both in and outside of the apartment help bring new life into the area. Close to Garden of the Gods and easy access to Manitou Springs leading to Pikes Peak makes this a great place to live if you enjoy the outdoors and want to be a short drive from several outdoors attractions. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, in the time I have lived there I have not had any problems with people being unruly.
