Good location, accessible to shopping, and car maintenance as needed.
This is a safe, clean and excellent place to call HOME. My complaints can be fix easily with the help of your Management team. The female manager I met was very smart, intelligent and help me to gain online access in my rent payment.
I would not recommend. The complex does not keep up with the repairing of roof leaks. The appliances, flooring and etc. they should be looked at, they are old and wearing out. Nothing last forever. The breezeway hallway flooring is filthy.

Would recommend this community with the caution about maintenance response is extremely slow.
I was promised my rugs would be cleaned last February...still waiting.
I love how my apartment looks, I love how nice, clean and quiet it is over here. Most of all it is so beautiful around here.

There is not a handicap ramp in the parking lot where I park my car and I am on a walker. Manager said all the handicap ramp spaces were used up on the other parking lots and I would just have to walk to the nearest ramp.
Would recommend, but with warning that maintenance requests are usually slow to respond to and waiting is inconvenient to the resident.
I would recommend. I love the peace and quiet the outings games that the apartments provide

I love apartment and I very comfortable here I have some health issues but I can not complain about the residents. There are some that are not friendly and have no life for themselves and make others uncomfortable. This is an active senior citizen dwellings not a child care or nursing home
The clubhouse needs a more upbeat atmosphere.it feels too institutionslized.no fun and too much gossip.complaints outweigh enjoyment. Somebody is alwways to blame for petty things.NEED MORE POSITIVE VOLUNTEERS TO LEAD.
I like my neighbors, I am not able to take care of a house and property, my family lives nearby, so the benefits out-weigh the cost.

I would recommend this community in spite of the delay with requests for maintenance to be done in a timely and efficient manner and not accept excuses.
It?s debatable. Maintenance is always behind in their work orders. They can?t keep the workers.
Clean , meets my needs friendly atmosphere.near all my activities of involvement BUT do wish they would power wash the hallways , ours is a bit dirty and I like clean .There are animal marks ,squished bugs etc!
I am happy to live here.Environment clean,quiet. Residents nice,polite. Rooms specious,bright, full of sunlight.Amenities perfect.

The grounds are kept neat and clean and the apartments are nice. The only problem I would mention is the ants that are in all of the apartments. Everyone I have interacted with have a problem with ants.

There is a need for more interesting activities & a way of advertising them. I would like to see more appointed parking places & benches in areas where residents could visit in fair weather.

I would recommend this place because it is beautiful, clean and calm. The care of the workers is great and I can speak in Spanish and be understood.
I have recommended living here to several friends. One is currently living here, 2 are on the waiting list and 2 others are waiting for current apt leases to expire.
I enjoy living here but cannot recommend to others as there is such a long waiting list for both one and two bedrooms. I have a friend who needs a place now.
Called in to get information, lady answered and told me this community was for seniors only and hung up. Not professional at all...
9/4/15 This listing is incorrect! I called and was told they have a 3 year waiting list. Bad part was, the girl I talked to almost laughed at me. Not cool Missy.
