Jai is such a kind person and he helped me and my roommates so much. the apartments are so beautiful and so is the community.
We love our apartment. It’s spacious and the management team take very good care of us. My son looks forward to the warm greeting he gets from Ms. Z (Zuleyka), one of the leasing consultants, everyday when he returns from school. This is truly a place to call home.
Loved the chapman so much. Great location, Staff friendly and helpful. Prompt with any maintenance requests. Great for my non driving wife with many things nearby. I cant eait to comeback next time i live in virgina. I woukd recommend to anyone. - DP and NP
I know I am suppose to write a review about my current apartment but I am renting directly from the owner at this time. I just wanted to express my continuous satisfaction with this apartment location from the staff (caring, understanding and worked to ensure residence were taking care of) to the facility amenities and especially the location. Everything was well maintained and managed and very peaceful... Best location I've every lived ,since living alone out of college. No place to date has ever compared and this location has raised the bar for any future apartment I choose. It's tough out here for the new and old apartments because if you truly don't provide exceptional service for residence, I really do not require much to be happy, I am just not interested. Thank you CHAPMAN family for being my extended family.
