The Charles at Bexley

I've lived here since 2017 and so many great amenities have been established since then. They rebuilt the clubhouse so the gym is modern with lifting weights, cardio, and some other machines. They also have security and 24/7 free laundry facilities which makes laundry day easy because I can workout while washing my clothes. The staff is also amazing. Tucker and Kristina truly care about the people that live here and are quick to jump on anything I bring to their attention. Dylan was my leasing agent and he still greets me like we're old friends when I stop in at the clubhouse for coffee. Kyle makes happy hours so much fun and personable! Coming from a small town to the big city, those kinds of things were/are really important to me. Over my time living here I've had all kinds of neighbors from young couples to college students and sweet old ladies. A great place to live for literally anyone looking for an affordable, nice place to call home in Columbus!

The first week of moving into my apartment it flooded TWICE. emergency maintenance acted like they didn’t care much or bothered to help me clean the mess up. there is also plenty of things that needed repair and never even bothered to do so. ALSO my entire kitchen sink fell in !!!!!!!!!!!!!! crazy right they told me it doesn’t look like an emergency issue. please don’t move here it’s horrible also loud neighbors and i have a newborn.

This place has so much to offer. They have a dog park, brand new fitness center, clubhouse with a starbucks machine, two pools, sports courts, free laundry, and its a gated community! I'll be living here for a long time.

The apartment is nice but we live one the first floor and I can hear my neighbors every step, I can hear them talking fighting, their dog walking around and even what their watching on tv. I’m telling you if you want to sleep good at night do not live on the first floor of these apartments. But if you live on the second floor beware your neighbors can hear everything you are doing and saying. Also the landscaping looks like it was done by a bunch of high schoolers that might be a little insulting to high schoolers they may actually do a better job.t’s not just one area the whole landscaping of the property is a literal wreck and for what we pay in rent it looks like a war is going on. Pipes everywhere coming out ground. Patchy grass, there’s dog poop everywhere. and every time I see the “workers” they’re just standing around or blowing a couple of leaves around. That’s where our rent money is going to, paying guys to just stand around. There’s supposed to be a club house being built but who know when that is going to be done.

I chose to live here over other complexes because of the dog park and courtyards for my pet. My moving process was easy and I'm thankful to the staff who welcomed my dog and I with open arms.

Love Love Love: - A true hidden gem. The management here is excellent. I have had nothing but great interactions with them. They know who I am when I stop by the office, it is more than just a "rent check" to them. Very thankful there's a great team here at The Charles. -The units are beautiful and make great use of space. The staff are simply amazing--competent, helpful, and family-friendly Back to the units - spacious brand new apartments with “top of the line" features throughout including gorgeous floors, granite counter top, stainless steel appliances. Love living here. Well worth the money spent!

My family and I were renters back in 1999 and I must say the upgrades they are making to The Charles at Bexley are very pleasing. I have a feeling that once all of the upgrades are made, the property will maintain capacity with a waitlist. Stop by and ask for Melissa.
