Our 4 years at the Charleston have been an excellent experience, with office management, maintenance and neighbors.

So far amazing and I’m very impressed with this properties welcoming and supportive philosophy . We can move to many different locations. However, we do not always know what is in store for us. The minute I entered the Charleston, I did feel as if I was at home.

I’ve just moved into this community, and what can I say so far? Everyone working here is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. As I was moving in, they all congratulated me—it was such a nice surprise! I was delighted to find a welcome gift waiting in the home, which was an amazing touch. For now, I can say I absolutely love everything here. I have only good things to share about my experience so far.

I have been living in the Charleston Community for the past four years now, and appreciate the maintenance staff as well as the office staff. They all try to please me with my requests when needed.

The community is in a great location, its safe and spacious, but certain things like the amenities are very dated. The pool area needs an update. There is nowhere to go when it rains or if you don’t wanna sit in the sun, the umbrellas do not shade you enough or protect you from the rain. The clubhouse is not open on Sundays, which is a disadvantage for the residence.

I have been a resident at The Charleston for 4 years. The service has been very good, the grounds have been improved and the staff has been wonderful.

The office staff is always ready to comply with any maintenance issues I have had. The maintenance staff are excellent and always ready to be of service.

Great community and neighbors. I can't really ask for more. We've been here for a few months, and although there's always a little room to improve, for example, the cards to enter the gym, there aren't major issues. This is the best community we've lived in, and although expensive, I would rather pay more for quality (up to a certain point, of course lol!).

We love to living here! I hope that we can live in this community for a long time! My kids love the pool, me and my wife love the GYM! The employees are cordials and helpful!

There is no question that I love living here at the Charleston. I feel safe, the upkeep of the property is beautiful and all the people are wonderful that reside here.

Very organzied community and this makes living so much smoother. The front office personell are exceptional. Right smack in the middle of shopping is this peaceful, beautiful, hidden apartment community

Anytime I need help from the office, or if I need Charlie to fix something, everything is always perfect! They are super quick to help and nice at the same time. I absolutely love living here because it’s beautiful and I feel VERY safe.

We love this apartment. It has great location, the rooms are spacious and light. You feel like at home from first day. If you have kids, it’s the best place for you as well

The units are spacious, garage is included. Great location. The pool is outdated compared to other communities in the area. They could use cabanas type coverage to provide shading for those that don’t like the sun.

So far so good. We’re thrilled to be here. The apartment was spotless and everyone is very friendly. Can’t wait to explore the area and meet new friends.

This a wonderful community in so many ways. Neighbors are friendly, atmosphere is comfortable, apartments are especially nice, clean and bug free, and amenities are first rate. I am happy to be here. Can’t imagine a better community.

The office staff as well as the maintenance staff are very good. The grounds are kept well and the location of The Charleston is excellent.

Good area with only minor annoyances. Most people are reasonable, and it's nice not having more than 4 units in one building. It is dog friendly and most dog owners are responsible.

I’m enjoying the apartment very much! Everyone is also very nice and helpful around here. It’s safe, pretty and clean. I’m happy with my choice.

Even though we are leaving soon, we bought a house, this is by far the best rental community in Boca Raton. The grounds and the maintenance department are amazing. If I ever rent again, it will be here.

I love the place. I love meet my friends in front of my balcony, make barbecue while watching the lake view. Charlie is an excellent guy from maintenance team. Always he is friendly and respectful.

The Charleston overall is a nice place to live, safe and generally quiet. However, their price increases are not measuring up to the amenities that are offered at a lot of other places. They really need to update the pool area. They have nowhere for children to play and you really don’t have much access to the clubhouse after hours or on Sundays

Property is beautiful and staff was extremely helpful. Apartment is in excellent condition and love the easy online features for service requests.

This type of environment and units were exactly what I wanted. Friendly neighborhood, great facilities, great views, and peace and quiet. I love it here.

I've been living here for a year now and will be renewing my lease. This is an amazing neighborhood. Super clean and everyone is super friendly in the leasing office. I highly recommend you check it out.

They advertise these large soaking tubs, but hot water runs out before it fills up..so unless your a child you can’t really enjoy the luxury.

Super happy to live here now. The environment is beautifull and the staff is always there to make your life easier. I don't hesitate to recommand the Charleston.

I have lived at The Charleston for mnay years and consider it my home. Meeting and greeting residents if a highlight of my time here. During the years we have enjoyed activities and meet and greet get togethers at The Charleston with food and perhaps a Holiday Theme. Great fun and we all felt we are a great community of residents.

Great place to live with a family. Maintenance team is definitely above and beyond. Close to everything in Boca Raton. Its been 3 years we are living in here and we are extremely pleased.
