I took a tour of the complex this morning before work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and they even let me fill out the application there. The apartments are very nice and the perfect fit for me and my pomeranian. They have a dog park which will come in handy. I also like that it is a gated community.

When I first came here the apartment was falling apart I had to do my own repairs. Trash valet comes ones a day the rest tough luck. People don’t pick up their trash cars get vandalized they tow cars even if you live here. Water is always shut off every two weeks and the laundry mat has roaches.
I moved in the Belterra Apartments a few months ago and so far so good! You have valet garbage pick up at your door, 2 pools and gated parking. It’s also affordable,I recommend!
The office staff here hands down on point when it comes to apartment living. Ive lived here almost three years now and staff in the office has always shown me so much love the are willing to help with timely issues you may have due to maintenance.love it

Staff is professional and apartments are nice. The hardwood floors look nicer and stay cleaner than other carpeted apartments that I toured. I also love the huge closets in my unit.

I've been looking for an apartment for around a month now and came across these apartments, and all I can say is they are amazing!!!! They look very clean and the appliances and interior of the apartments are very nice. Also the management is great, I talked to a couple of the residents there and they all gave good comments about the apartments and the management. Will be moving in soon!

I'm a first time renter and I had a look at an apartment. It was beautiful. 1 bedroom 1 bath nice hard wood floors and very clean carpet as well as new appliances! Also they gave me the look & lease special and waved my payment for the Admin fee! Seemed very quite. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Every few years management changes and then the service changes and they always blame problems on the last owner. Nothing really gets fixed. Roaches and wasps all around property and they won't follow the recommendations of the exterminator.
