The Charlie Perris team is incredibly friendly, the pool is nice and the gym has some great equipment. The apartments are something to boast about because those countertops catch my eye and the appliances are brand new with a couple of them being wifi compatible. Everything is so close by as well making anything from a shopping trip to eating out incredibly convenient. I'm proud to say that The Charlie Perris is my home.
