I received my keys to my apartment on 9/11/20. I didn’t actually get to see my unit until the day I received my keys. Before moving anything in, I saw roaches, the tubs were resurfaced but the tape was still everywhere, no tub stoppers(either bathroom), the ventilation fans don’t work in either bathroom, ceiling fan in the living room cannot be shut off slowed down or anything, ice machine broken, light fixtures not placed back in the right areas, old cracked toilet seat, uneven bathroom floors. I reported this on my move in sheet and didn’t hear anything. I placed a work order for the same thing several times and two weeks later (9/22) i received a new toilet seat, tub stoppers, light fixtures placed, ice machine hooked up, and pest control came out once. Ice machine still broken, so I’d the ceiling fan, flooring is lifting, and I’m STILL SEEING ROACHES. I have made multiple requests and all I hear is pest control on Thursday. I stopped in the leasing office to have maintenance stop by my apartment and speak with me because I’ve found the nest for the roaches. I haven’t heard from maintenance. I have an 18month that likes to roll around on the floor and crawl -imagine how unsafe this is with pesticides and poison being sprayed on the floor. AND my car was towed 3:24 this morning because my permit was not displayed. It should be in writing that states failure to display your parking permit will lead to your vehicle being towed at your expense. I’ve never signed anything acknowledging it. They take your vehicle information to register your car. If you are not even going to check registration what is the reason that you would take our vehicle information? You registered my car but it still gets towed. It is not written in my lease or the paper that I received in my move in folder that all permits must be displayed for parking. Neither is it posted on the signs in the parking lot the permits must be displayed. My car has been registered and permitted but the sticker wasn’t in the front window. In short this complex is roach infested and they don’t plan on killing the source, just seems simpler to eradicate the source. It will take a couple of weeks or more to make your apartment move in ready - even though it was supposed to be ready upon move in. I did not sign a lease to include roaches in my apartment, half done make ready’s, and my vehicle being towed. They should have released my vehicle at their expense for a wrongful tow.

I have lived here for almost a year and I cannot wait until my lease is up. There is a huge roach problem throughout the complex. My apartment has always been clean, we bleach frequently, wipe off everything. We have even began drying up the wet spots and cleaning with Apple cider vinegar as a suggestion from pest control. Still nothing. I wish I could post the pictures of all the roaches(dead and alive) that we found behind our washer and refrigerator. I believe there is an active roach nest in the back of my refrigerator. I reported....but I had to wait until the following Monday for Maintanence to come look. Just leave this place to the roaches and find somewhere else to live.

It’s not as nice as they want you to believe!! There’s a huge bug problem they’re everywhere and even after pest control service and diy pest control the bugs are still there!! Also the price is way more than they’re worth! Stuff is falling off the walls and ceilings that shouldn’t. The complex is small and it looks nice but it is actually really sketchy, just recently there was a break in which has happened a lot in the 6mo we’ve been here as well as drug dealing going on in broad daylight. So if you’re not looking for any of that please please find somewhere else! We are currently leaving here as fast as we can

This property went under a management and name change around November of 2018, since then the crime rate has extremely escalated; as in police being called weekly. Previous maintenance men were AMAZING, however they no longer work at this community and since then the grounds have looked awful. Office manager is unfriendly and often has an attitude and all through my time at this complex roaches were terrible. The only positive thing this complex has going for it are roomy and updated floor plans, however this cons far outweigh this.

I've been here for almost a year and until then I've never had an issue with this place. Parking gate is almost always broken which is redundant since there's not even enough parking in the first place. They say to park on the busy street at your own risk which doesn't make me exactly feel safe. Most people park on the firelane/curb as their only other option but beware of your car get towed. Management does nothing to help in the matter except shrug their shoulders and leave their hands tied. Wish staff would show a little more concern for their paying customers...

The apartments are fine to live in, however the problem arises when you encounter bugs and roaches.. Everywhere! Not only that, you would find slugs as well coming up your doorway. The community is serene though. Not too much noise and smiling faces. Its secure and safe but filthy, so choose between the few!
