Norcross is a small suburban community located about 30 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta. There's always people outside being loud, they only painted one building which is in the front of the neighborhood. the concrete in-front of of the unit are filthy they need to be power washed, over all the they dont keep up with the maintenance and making the community clean.ive lived here for a couple year btw

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, (infested) every second police arresting someone either for breaking and entering or some other crime, the staff have no interest in helping you with anything, be sure to see your apartment price raised every year or every 2 year, no parking space on weekends, I can go on on and on. This have to be the worst apartment complex in Gwinnett County.
Don't rush, roaches everywhere. Only one exit and entry which makes it very bad just to drive out. Lights not working randomly, backflow in bath. Big roach infestation. Wifi lines getting cut frequently. Do your research before even thinking about moving in.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. They don't even deserve this one star. I applied for an apartment here. Everything was smooth sailing until the property manager called me and said the apartment is no longer available and informed me that I could not get a refund. How can you tell me the apartment is available, then charge me all of these admin, application, and deposit fees, and then call me 2 days later and say the apartment is no longer available and you will not be refunded?? Very unprofessional. I even tried calling corporate and the property manager obviously spoke to them before I got the chance to because they refuse to answer my calls. I've left 3 voicemails and never get a call back regarding my refund. Craziest experience I've ever had with an apartment AND their corporate office. If you want to give your money away, then definitely apply here!! If not, please go elsewhere!
