Property Ratings at The Circa
The virtual tour of our unit was a lie. Moved in with damages and a dirty unit. Had to deep the unit ourselves. The office managers refused to enter the unit after we asked them to come walkthrough with us. We found skeleton bones under the kitchen sink. Roaches live with you and they don’t spray your unit weekly even if you ask. If you move in with issues you will have to withhold your rent to get issues resolved.
