I lived there with my wife for a little over a year and have nothing negative to say. It’s quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom apartments that are well kept. Maintenance is very quick and management is extremely helpful always. Great location too! Loved being right off 360. We left because of job relocation but would’ve been there a lot longer if not.

Clairborne Apartments is the best apartment complex that I have lived at. The leasing staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The maintenance staff is very quick in resolving any issues and the grounds are very well kept. We have 2 dogs and there are plenty of dog stations around the complex when we are out for a stroll and they never run of out of bags! (my old place was always out of bags). We just signed our second lease and we are definitely staying for years to come! Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well kept apartment complex.

I usually overlook the issue or situation, but this I could not let go on and I usually do not write reviews but I believe if someone wants to truth, here it is. I would not recommend this particular apartment complex to anyone, they don't even deserve a rating of one. This has been the most uncomfortable, dissatisfying place I've ever resided in and has pushed me to not look at any more apartments, but to own a house. This stay has literally been awful since the second week I moved in until the time of moving out. You are to provide customer service whether they know it or not and I believe to keep customers, employees must perform exceptional customer service to retain customers and I was not giving that customer service and actually look forward to staying within the complex for at least five years and my view was distorted from the second week I moved in.
Family oriented environment. Pet friendly. Gated community. Grounds well maintained. Friendly and courteous staff. Spacious 1 to 3 bed room apartment homes, walk in closets, new appliances, W/D hook-up, carpeting and wood floors, patio. Pool, game room, business and fitness center. Within minutes from local retailers, restaurants, attractions, recreation, neighborhood parks and schools. A definite place you can call HOME.
Its has been 3 years since we are living in this aparment community. Firstly, their rent rates are best. All the amenitites are amazing. Secondly, Staff is courteous. Only issue are service/maintenance staff. It takes at least couple of days to your turn then they try to fix it with some cheap method not for lasting results.
This apartment complex is safe and consistently clean. The office staff as well as the maintenance men are very friendly. Any problems or complaints that I have had have been immediately handled. The swimming pool area is monitored daily to ensure that only the residents are utilizing it. I have recommended this complex to my friends and church congregation!
Well maintained complex, quiet for the most part. To be guaranteed a spot to park somewhere you will have to pay monthly for an assigned covered parking space or a garage. There were a few issues when I first moved in and which promptly were addressed AFTER I let the office and management staff know that while I'm paying rent here what may seem to not be that big of a deal to them it IS for me so address it with the same urgency. For example, there was an issue with the a/c not working well and I reported it with the office and they indicated b/c it was the weekend they would have maintenance address it the morning of the upcoming business day. That time came and mid-morning when no one had came to address the a/c and it was about 80 degrees in my apt I called to let them know what I would and would not tolerate as a new resident and they promptly sent maintenance over. I might add the maintenance gentlemen are impeccable, when they come to address an issue, they are clean, courteous, efficient, and respectful. Have never disappointed! There is only ONE entrance gate accessible from the service road and multiple exit gates. The complex has only ONE pool in the very front.
I have lived here at the Clairborne for nearly a year, and I would have to say that I have enjoyed staying here. The property is very well kept, including the pool area, the inside of the apartment units are pretty nice, and the neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves. I have never had any major issues with my apartment unit, but any little fixes that I have needed, usually get taken care of by maintenance no later than the next day, and the ladies in the front office always give you a follow up call to ensure that your work order was completed properly. There are 2 things that I CANNOT deal with...ghetto apartments and roaches!!! And thank goodness, this apartment complex is/has NEITHER! Call me stuck up if you want Lol, but those are very important things to me especially when raising a family. We did encounter a few ants when we 1st moved here, but thankfully pest control is on the premises every Thursday to handle whatever pest issues you may have. He came and sprayed our apartment twice, and we haven't had any further issues since then. Of course you have the occasional outside bug that finds its way into your home, but it's pretty typical when you live on the 1st floor where most of the bugs are crawling on the ground outside. The only other thing that I can think of that is a little annoying is the parking. There are way more covered parking spots than uncovered. I'm not paying $30 a month for a covered parking spot, but it would be nice if they had more uncovered parking for those of us that don't want to pay extra. But overall I love living here. If you want a safe, quiet and pretty place to live, then the Clairborne is a great choice.
