Norcross is a small suburban community located about 30 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta. Three of the region’s major thoroughfares (Interstate 85, Buford Highway, and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard) connect Norcross to Atlanta proper, giving folks easy access to the larger city for work or leisure. The apartments have a good layout, however they need to be more demanding of quiet hours and cleanliness in shared spaces. Also need to have less reserved spots and better/more parking in general. Happy with my leasing agent Tanisha and Linda who have been friendly and helpful.

In order to park your car near your building you have to pay 50 dollars additional monthly. Tenants leave trash whenever where ever no one is held accountable for trashing the property. It’s dog poop all over the grass. The so called poorly made dog park is disgusting as well. I would prefer to stay on the street than this place. I can’t wait for my lease to be up

I have been staying here for months and I love it . It’s a quiet community and the management does a great job communicating with any updates and changes going on in the community . Maintenance is quick with requests as well, the do a good job keeping the grounds clean. Only downsides for me are the deliveries and the cracks . I guess since it’s a new build then deliveries are a little hectic and maintenance said the building is still settling so there are cracks in the walls. Also the interior doors still and do not close all the way because of the that. But overall 10/10 property and apartment .

The complex is quiet and well-maintained, with all utilities included, which is super convenient. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This apartment community was absolutely amazing. The leasing staff was very nice professional and attenative. They greeted me at the door when I arrive with a smile. The office had a pleasant smell to it to match the aesthetic of the office. The trip path was also absolutely amazing no trash the pool was clean and sparkly The wow fridge inside of the model when you opened it I literally went wow, The units were absolutely amazing and spacious great place to live

Tanisha was absolutely amazing and so warm and welcoming. She was extremely patient while showing me the apartments. The community is gorgeous and I honestly feel happy every time I come home because of how peaceful and pretty it is.

The apartment unit itself is just fine. There were a lot of scuff marks in the apartment like on the flooring and doors so it shows how they rushed in construction. This is supposed to be a gated apartment building but they still haven't closed the gates.
