Dog run on premises. 6 minute drive to Montello MBTA commuter rail station and 8 minute drive to Holbrook/Randolph MBTA train station, for convenient access to Boston. Close to Rockland, Whitman, Avon, and Brockton. Stop & Shop is four minutes away and a Wal-Mart Supercenter is six minutes, along with other Mass Merchant shopping including Costco, Ikea and Home Depot right down the road. Near Route 24 and Route 3 with access to I-93 and Route 128. No last month's rent if credit score is over 720! (min credit score of 650). Income must be at least 3x the rent (Co-signers OK)
