Maintenance and Management don't do anything, but besides that, everything is fine. The facilities are generally okay, and the overall environment is pleasant. The community is friendly, and there are plenty of amenities available for use. However, it would be even better if Maintenance and Management were more proactive in addressing issues and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

My apartment was without hot water for three weeks it was only once we had reported them to the city that the issue was fixed and even the small things have not been fixed they inspected the unit and promised a new cushion weeks ago and never came back
Everything is good. Except some of the following factor- 1) a lot of extra money for the early move in. 2) a lot of time requires for the maintenance to finish.

It's decent. The maintenance can take a very long time (been a week without heat, took over two weeks to get a toilet fixed, etc.), but when the are in the apartment they're super friendly. The complex is a little far from campus, but busses are pretty frequent, so it's not too bad. Kind of annoying that there's no Amazon hub or anything which means you have to pick up any packages during the office's open hours, which most of the time doesn't fit my schedule at all. Overall not the most incredible place, but it certainly could be a whole lot worse

Friendly staff, only minor maintenance issues at move in. Some simple things overlooked due to understaffing around move-in time, but once hiring issues were solved, any problems have been promptly resolved.

Apartment was very dirty when we moved in. I had to clean for about five hours the day I moved in. The day of move in there was a lot of problems with keys, and the blinds are all broken.

Rooms are spacious. decently sized kitchen. The staff in the office are nice and friendly. Apartment did not seem entirely clean on move in day, but other than that everything has been great.

Efficient move in but upon move in there definitely was some easily visible damage, within the week we called twice and got some of it fixed.

I liked living at the club! It was a peaceful location, I never felt unsafe - it was a little loud during homecoming but that was it! Our neighbors were friendly and staff was helpful.

I have lived here for a few years, and management has GREATLY improved. The apartments are super nice. Office staff is amazing and super helpful. I feel so welcome every time I walk into the leasing office and it makes the environment so much better. The amenities are great and I love that the gym is open 24 hours. During most of my stay at Chandler, the maintenance services were awful. It was like prying teeth trying to get them to show up and look at anything, and even when they did, a good bit of the time they would just say nothing was wrong despite there being a clear issue. Also, I only had access to the pool area for a few months towards the end of my lease, which was an amenity promised to be accessible for the entirety of my lease.

Management in the leasing office tends to ignore issues for weeks on end. Also doesn’t clean units prior to move in. They all around do not care about anything going on.

Decent for the price, but had way too many inconvenient maintenance issues. When we did put in requests they were not completed until weeks after if not more. I still have incomplete maintenance requests from the time I moved in and I’m about to move out. We also had a lot of issues with bugs specifically wasps and ants and they did nothing about it and we had to take matters into our own hands.

the management is awful. Parking is great. amenities are wonderful, if, and when they work which is rarely. All gyms are missing huge chunks in sets of dumbbells, as well as machines are broken with no caution around them. Indoor pool and hot tub was closed for 10 months - that being the only amenity that convinced me to sign here makes living here not worth it in my opinion. especially with the way in which the office staff and management treat the residents as children.

I have not had the best experience with the clubs. For a college apartment, I feel as though they do not put residents first. They charge for every little inconvenience with no wiggle room, don’t fix things when they say they will, don’t hold up their end of the lease and ensured that they can not be penalized for it . 4/10 would not recommend

It was an amazing experience living here. I enjoyed staying at the Club. Everyone was very responsive. The apartment complex offers a convenient location with easy access to amenities and transportation. The units are spacious and well-maintained, and the community areas are nicely landscaped. However, there have been occasional maintenance issues, and the rent prices are a bit on the higher side compared to similar complexes in the area. So far my experience here at the club has been well. At the beginning I didn't like services of staff but with this new staff team. they are very nice and helpful. As far as amenities, I understand the pool was under maintenance but I didn't like how I haven't had the chance not enjoy it. Considering the fitness room, I did enjoy using the equipment but could also use a rental of certain machines. Nonetheless, my neighbors are all moderately quiet and have had a pleasant experience residing here.

Great ambience! Great reviews and seamless online lease execution. But taking whole month rent for just 7 days in Aug is bad. But rest everything is fine.

all is well overall. a few thing here and there could be better but overall it’s been nice. the one thing i was not a fan of was when we moved in our apartment was disgusting. it was so dirty and was not cleaned whatsoever before move it.

I haven’t had any majors problems. My biggest thing was the speediness of maintenance but they’ve become so fast it’s never a problem anymore lol. I feel like the premises are always clean, staff in the office is very nice. I’ve already renewed my lease for another year too!

It was a mess last year, multiple residents from different units were locked due to the malfunction of the key system. However, after a new manager came this year, the community's overall quality went up, such as fixing long-broken stuff in the gym.

Been okay. Staff changes impact the way you get treated a lot, and staff changes too frequently. So there are some good months and some bad months. All and all, just keep in mind the amount you are paying for rent and have expectations accordingly. Have to give it to them for the attempts at increasing security, not fruitful but still.

Maintenance is slow, our water pressure is messed up, only one/machine can use water at a time, if two or more people use it, water pressure is extremely low or non existent

The place is pretty nice but I’ve been living here for months and kinda upset the pool and hot tub still not opened and maintenance can be very delayed when you report problems

Super Affordable and there's so many amenities!! The management does their job and the other residents are respectful of the property. Would totally recommend if you don't mind having a roommate or two!

I have few complaints about living here. I’m able to pick up my packages the same day they arrive which is nice, free parking, and relatively close to campus.

Overall good experience here - there are some maintenance problems but the new leasing office team is responsive. The new team took over last fall and is much better than the old team.

If I could rank 0 I would, these are the worst apartments ever to live in especially as a full time college students. Horrible staff , corporate and city. Every single month living here I've had an issue. Mold , overall poor living conditions and maintenance. I've been over charged since day one. I could go on & on but honestly trust me when I say this is the worst place to live
