Campbell Park occupies a large area in the southeastern part of Anchorage. Forested land covers a significant portion of the Campbell Park neighborhood, making it a popular spot for hikers, bikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. If you want easy access to outdoor adventures while still being close to the city, apartments in Campbell Park are ideal.
Located approximately five miles outside of Downtown Anchorage, Campbell Park sits directly below the University Area, which houses Alaska Pacific University and the University of Alaska-Anchorage. This area is also home to two major medical centers: Providence Alaska Medical Center and Alaska Native Medical Center Hospital. The proximity to the universities and medical centers makes Campbell Park a convenient location for students, faculty, and staff, as well as healthcare workers and their families.

Property Ratings at The Club at Eagle Point
Moved in and dealing with the club eagle apartments has been hell. When we first moved in we had to do an inspection of the apartment with one of the office staff to which he rushed us through it and was breathing down our neck the entire time. After about a week and a half of living in the apartment we found black mold in our shower handle and what appears to be blood splatter on the closet door. The blood splatter appeared to painted over. The vents in the apartments do not go anywhere. There is no venting duct above the stove and all the bathroom fan does is spin the air but doesn't take it out of the bathroom. I constantly have to dust the apartment due to lack of ventilation. We have been unable to turn off our fans due to the apartment being overly hot (we've haven't even turned on the heating unit since our move in). They claim to clean the apartments while they are vacant yet when we moved in we had to deep clean the entire kitchen due to grease and dirt. And upon move in when I went to take a shower the tub had been painted and therefore when I took my shower the paint peeled off the tub. Also make sure you keep fabreeze on hand or some sort of freshening spray because the carpet and under the kitchen and bathroom sinks smell of mildew. IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT AVOID CLUB EAGLE POINTE APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS.

Maintenance left my door unlocked WITH the key in the door one morning. I didn’t get home from work until 4/5pm. I let management know and received a pitiful $25 gift card that I’ll never use with a pathetic apology which seemed more like an excuse. I asked Miranda what they would have done in the event something was stolen or my apartment was trashed due to the carelessness of maintenance and Miranda didn’t know what the policies said for that and that she wasn’t going to look into it any further since we already established nothing was taken from my apartment. Sounds lazy, right? When it happens again is when she said she’ll learn her work policies.

Major dump. Dog waste all over the complex, and trash laying constantly by the dumpsters. Apts are good for one person, very, very small. Is not worth the rent at all. No extra parking, people have to park outside of the complex. Laundry rooms are so filthy, I go to the Laundromat.

My lease is up in a couple weeks. Still havent found where I'm about to move but The Club apartments were an absolute great experience. My first apartment on my own, and they were incredibly helpful to me. I reccommend them to anyone that doesn't mind a small one bedroom.
I have just moved to Alaska from California about 2 months ago with my boyfriend . He found these apartments online & he knew it would be a perfect fit for us . We absolutely love it here. They have a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, & free wifi at the club house . I use all those things almost everyday. The wifi is super helpful as a college student who takes all my classes online . So far our experience is great here & we haven't had one complaint at all.
