Property Ratings at THE CLUB AT MILLENIA
This complex has been consistently disappointing and looks nothing like these pictures. When we first moved in January, the dryer vent was not attached, maintenance had ripped the floor and it was never fixed. The fire alarm goes off anytime the oven or air fryer opens. We discovered mold in the apartment which they simply bleached and left. Upon renewal, they asked us to go up $400/month for which we were not getting any new amenities and things we were promised were still yet to come. For example, this is a "gated community" but none of the gates work. The main gate stays open 24/7 and the back gate has not been operational since I moved in. There are major trash issues with people not putting things in the compactor or compacting it. We pay for pest management, yet there are bugs and large pests everywhere, including raccoons and possum. There are internet outages often. While they recently repainted the buildings and redid some parking spaces, it does not completely make up for the fact that this complex is overpriced beyond belief. When I explained all of these things and asked them to not go up on my rent, they explained that it is a "supply and demand" thing. Well, the apartment a couple doors down from me has sat vacant since January, so I really don't know where the demand is that warrants a $400/month price increase. The leasing office is not readily available as they say they are. Their hours posted do not include the hour in the middle of the day that they are closed, so don't need them during their lunch or you will be shooed away. All in all, the decisions made by this complex, whether corporate or local, have been completely asinine. This complex is not at all worth the price at the time of this review. And if you do happen to lease here, make sure when you go to notify them about ending the lease that you make the time to go in person to not renew the lease as you MUST sign a form for them in person. They will not email it to you or let you know that you have to go in person, but if you don't, they will charge you.

I got a quote for 7 months, paid the application fee, then received a details page of money down for a 7 months lease. Someone changed the lease to 12 months. Make them print everything!! Better yet find some where else!

even tho the property looks nice but the apartment is infested with cockroaches and they are in different sizes. no matter how many times we clean and sanitize the place, there's always some roaches crawling around. the exterminator doesn't do great job.

Dear Resident we're sorry to read about your recent experience and would love to discuss this further. Please be sure to stop by the leasing office to talk to management. We look forward to hearing from you. The Club at Millenia Team
We've been here for exactly a week and we're beginning to love it. The amenities are nice, the plans they have for improving the community are promising, and everyone we've met who works here is highly professional and mostly friendly. We had a rough start when we moved in (being accused of having an unregistered pet in the apartment because we hadn't paid the pet fee -due to having a documented and approved service dog that was registered with them- was a fun conversation), and the apartment we were put in isn't quite as l u x u r i o u s as we'd hoped for (didn't get to tour it until it was too late to get a different one), but it's very well laid out, surprisingly quiet, the neighbors are nice, the property is pretty nice (efforts are obviously being made to raise the property value all around), and the maintenance team is amazing and FAST! We chose this community because of the management company, and they have absolutely affirmed our decision to do so, even with the bumpy start.

Thank you for the feedback! Misunderstandings happen, I'm glad all was resolved and we hope you keep enjoying the community for years to come!
The community is not the best with car theft, broken gate over a year, one working pool, and broken mailbox (so you can only get mail when they are there). However maintenance although backed up are very friendly. I want to thank Eric and Junior for coming out and fixing my stove.
Property Manager at THE CLUB AT MILLENIA, Responded To This Review
Dear resident, Have you walked the property recently? All 3 pools are open for enjoyment! October will be a great month for our community! The affected mail station has arrived and is already installed, please swing by and take a look; we are working on some last required steps with the post office and we will then start handing out keys to new mailboxes. Gates are also fixed, we will be making appointments by building to hand out access keys before gates are closed mid-October. We also have more maintenance staff and most requests are being addressed next day of being submitted. We look forward to having you update your review to a full 5-star very soon! I will let our techs know they are doing a great job, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion :)
I had a concern with my apartment, spoke to the resident relations specialist, and she did magic. Maintenance was quickly called and problem solved. The apartments are great. Keep up the good work!

Hello! Thanks for the kind words! We are happy to read that our team has been able to provide exceptional service for you. We hope to continue exceeding your expectations with 5 star service. See you soon!
It is revolting to live in this condominium. In 4 years, the administration was changed more than 4 times and communication with residents got worse after the implementation of an online system. Ports not working for more than 2 and a half years. The pool in front of my apartment has been closed for over 3 years and at the moment they are all undergoing permanent renovation, where no one can give a final opinion. Security today is only one that makes the night round. Unit maintenance is always a struggle, they are unable to solve problems without having to come into friction with the residents. We pay for the service and we don't have it. Garbage collection service, 4 years ago it was daily and we paid 10 dollars a month, today we pay 25 dollars and pass twice a week. Taking into account the "supposed expenses" of administration, I don't understand how they can't increase the number of professionals and solve internal problems. I do not recommend the house due to the bad administration we have.
It is not good it is old the a / c does not work the walls in bad condition with mold full of cockroaches the kitchen is old also the washing machines are not working they are infected with cockroaches and to complete the maintenance service it does not work either I made a claim 2 ago years and they still have not come to solve it ... I would not recommend this place to anyone to live .. If you have children they live limited by cockroaches they do not attend to your requirements and to complete the rents they are super expensive in my opinion it is not in line do not live there

When you enter the unit, it is very beautiful, it makes you want to live there, but when you are inside it is a disaster. first they deliver the apt in poor condition, second there is an infestation of cockroaches, third the maintenance and management are bad ?? the truth is, I do not recommend it to anyone very bad experience
I would rate less stars if possible. Over six months and still have not got my initial application fee returned. Management is disorganized and impossible to get answers from. If living here or being homeless were the only options available I would choose to live in a van down by the river.
Disgusting place with constant bugs no matter how much you clean and completely unresponsive staff and maintenance. Just not worth it at all even if it was half the price. They also get people to leave fake reviews. Don’t be tricked into living in this truly horrific place
I want to recognize the excellent work of this apartment complex and the attention of its workers in the Office, especially in Mirta, was a pleasure to live there.
THE ENTIRE PLACE IS FULL OF ROACHES AND NO ONE CARES. I HAVE PUT SO MANY ORDERS IN AND NO ONE HELPS. DONT LET THEM FULL YOU, THE MANAGER WILL RESPONSE PLEASE CONTACT OFFICE TO DISCUSS BECAUSE THATS HER JOB BUT WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP THE PROBLEM.

This apartment complex has nothing but roaches and they do nothing about it. I have put more then 40 service request for pest control and the problem gets worst & worst. I have pictures to prove.

I would recommend everyone to read this review before they decide to do so, the demos they show you looks nothing like the actual unit. I was calling in January nearly 20 times with questions about the initial rental with nobody responding as it was always on voicemail. Avoid Lissette, she just gives broad answers “yes, yes,” but doesn’t get anything done in the end. When I arrived to inspect the first unit, it had so many issues that it wasn’t even fit for occupancy. • The hot and cold water pipes were not finished with two open outlets showing up • Foundation cracks located at four different areas of the bedroom and on ceiling • Closet door was chewed out by some type of animal in the back. • Water damage in the bathroom of wall • Water damage and chewed out bathroom door • Wall near tub in bathroom was broken and not acceptable • Chewed out floor frame in the bathroom Lissette from the apartment told me that they had a second unit, but I would have to pay $200 dollars extra for the same layout of the unit. She said their apartment values just change daily, which I have never heard about. She was trying to upsell me to another apartment floorplan unit, instead of looking for another unit. After haggling with her, I decided to look for another layout and a comparable room which cost an additional 80 dollars for rent. The second unit she showed me wasn’t any better • The cabinet wood support was not installed properly leading to damaging of the shelf. Hence it was not usable. • The bathroom doors were splitting apart vertically from half the entire door. • Floor frames were not installed properly and still missing. • There was damage in the sink cabinet corners due to water damage • Electrical outlet plate was cracked leading to an electrical hazard • Previous construction still showed signs of shoddy work. The third unit they were supposed to get ready on a Friday before I was to move in on Saturday, but they were still not ready yet. I no longer had the confidence about this apartment complex with both units not acceptable for occupancy. I decided to cut my losses and didn’t want to be in this complex anymore given the bad advertisement they set. The apartment manager refused to grant a refund of the application fee for poor units. Forget about applying for an apartment, they will upsell you on the rent and try to fool you with units hoping that you’re an idiot and you’ll take it.
So in the beginning everything seemed great. But once you get past the gates into the complex, you start seeing how little upkeep they do. Once inside you have cheap vinyl floors, poor appliances (my fridge lining was infested with bugs that they never addressed) and all around my building there was trash here and there. Nothing about it was Luxury. The front and side gates for cars to get in was broken when I arrived but they said it would be fixed, but it never was fixed. I work from home half the time and when my AC went out it took them over 3 weeks to get it fixed in the middle of summer. It was so hot that in my room at night, even with 2 fans going, I would be laying down or sitting in a chair sweating. They said they'd reimburse me for 2 weeks, but never did. Once there was a huge pile of trash bags sitting on the curb for 3 days! I have pictures of it still. There was also a constant beep every 10 seconds from some alarm on the outside of the building that went off for 4 months! They never took care of it, or if they did it always came back. So opening a window you'd hear it and it could drive you insane. The worst came from a flea infestation... And I've never dealt with this before, but it was absolutely insane. It took them 3 weeks to send someone out who bug bombed it once and never came back. I read all about how to deal with it and bought 6 bug bombs of my own, and was vacuuming twice a day but it never fully worked and they'd be back full force. I couldn't put my feet on the carpet without getting 4-5 of them to jump on my foot or leg. If I walked from my bedroom to the front door I'd have to brush off 10-12 of them outside before I'd get in my vehicle. This was the most stressful nightmare of the whole ordeal. So I wrote to them that I would be leaving because of all the issues above and they still have the audacity to try and charge me 2700$ for it. WARNING: If you see a 5 star review for this place, it is one of their staff, or family / friends who don't actually live here. There is no way anyone enjoys living here. I had some great neighbors, and they all said the same thing, "It was a mistake ever coming here."

We have lived here for the last few years. We have enjoyed our time here! I appreciate Carmen for being a huge amount of help for the last few years. If you are planning on moving to this apartment complex, I highly recommend asking for Carmen. She has made our experience in this apartment feel like home! Whenever we had any issues, we spoke with Carmen and the management team. They made sure that they got our issues taken care of. We once had an issue about our AC not working. They immediately got someone to our apartment to get the issue solved. Kerri (management) has gone beyond for us to get an apartment the day we needed to move in. We moved from Washington state and we needed a home. She called me personally that day and told me she will find a way to get us an apartment. A few years later, we had to move due to changing careers. Thank you guys for all your help for the last few years!

Tienen 0.

I was living here for a period of 6 months, the worst experience of my life I spent 6 weeks with the damaged air conditioner they never brought me a portable air and they always said what the temperature would be about 80 degrees inside the apartment. Cockroaches in the whole apartment were never going to perform a fumigation service. It is horrible to live here so horrible that the last days I felt disgusted when arriving at the place, cockroaches are everywhere and never sent to fumigate however I always notified him.

MOLD! Ac DOESNT WORK! Cockroaches living in between walls.AWFUL!!! ................................ -The security gate never works(which you pay for) so cars are being broken into. -Mold in bathtub and toilet. They give you USED toilets with mold. -Ac in Florida is a necessity but it freezes solid and then leaks to carpet. Then carpet is wet and starts to Mold. -Cockroaches! Even when you clean daily, cockroaches appear all the time and even find a bunch of dead ones. -Washer machine is not working properly and we don’t have a microwave. They lie about fixing the problems.

It's a bunch of clever camera lens tricks. The pool is pretty small. some of the staff is great, but the place is always dirty. the gates have been broken since i moved in 4 months ago, roaches galore, the AC has been broke 4 days now with me calling each day to have them send someone out. no microwave in the units (not a huge deal but for the price and condition this place is in, we would be much better off anywhere else). also when I did the initial walk-through, the manager had me sign the "Walk-Through" sheet before i even did a walkthrough. i was signing so much i didnt notice it until i got home and asked for the walk through sheet, and saw is was the same as what i just signed. so that was my fault, but thats shady. bottom line, at best it could be a 2 star, but they keep letting me down.

My first year moving to Orlando I moved to The club at Millenia. I’ve only lived here for 8 months and I hate it. Don’t get me wrong I like the community but between the rental office unprofessionalism and the constant maintenance request is unbearable. In the past 8 months my apartment has had plumbing issues (garbage disposal, toilet and crack in tub), my air condition has leaked 2/3 times already, always finding dead bugs in the house and many more issues. If I put a request in, I have to call several time to follow up on whether or someone had came. The property manager is NEVER in the office and the staff doesn’t listen to you. When my lease is up, I will be moving. -Unhappy Tenant

I rented sight unseen as I was relocating from out of state. Staff walked me through the process step by step. Keri-Jo us awesome and very helpful. I was happy to see that it was a bi-lingual staff, that helped also. I love my place it's close to work. I love shopping and the Mall at Millenia is literally down the road....wow...The pools are beautiful. The entire staff speaks when they see you. I really feel at home here!!!
From the dat we moved in we have had problems with our apartment. The maintenence staff and management don't communicate with each other and that leads to a lot of things not getting fixed. We have had a roach problem, washer/dryer not working, leaks in the ceiling of both our bathrooms, kitchen cabinets falling apart, and the ac needs to be recharged every 2 weeks. When we speak with management they say they will handle it, yet the only time we can get maintenence to go to our apt is if we see them on the property and ask they look at something. And even then, they leave the job unfinished and no one knows what's going on. This place was titled as "not upgraded" it should be called "falling apart"

Pretty on the outside, awful on the inside. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. On the surface, everything looks nice, but when you look closely, you will notice everything is cheaply done. I stayed the second year because the new management promised wonderful things. Everything is a lie: *Cars are frequently broken into *The pools were frequently closed, the "spa" wasn't usable the entire 2 years I lived there. *The "Tennis Courts" never had nets, even after the surface was finally repaired, unusable *Noisy neighbor was reported several times but didn't seem to change anything. *Vehicle gates were frequently broken for days to weeks at a time, leaving the apartment complex open Maintenance is the worst of anywhere I've lived: *When the upstairs apartment had a major leak, they simply painted over the water stains. *AC or water would go our without warning and the "emergency" maintenance line never got back to us. *It took weeks for an AC issue to be addressed (blowing hot air because the outside AC unit was turned off). *They took a month to fix the ONLY toilet in the apartment. *There were several bug infestations, resulting in our moving out 2 months early. We received the statement with how much money was to be returned from the deposit, but they still haven't paid up after almost a year, despite multiple contacts. Several of the "5" star ratings are either obviously fake or individuals that just moved in. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Don't waste your money.
When I first went to The Club at Millenia, I was very optimistic. After a few months of living there, I understood why the rent was so cheap. What bothers me the most, till this day is that my air conditioning is still not working. I have consistently submitted service request via online, call the office 5 times, been at the office myself 5 times and even requested the property manager's phone number to complain about the lack of attention for their tenants. I've heard bad apartment stories, but this one takes the cake. My Air Conditioning (A/C) has not been working for over a month. Till this day, not even the property manager has given me a phone call. The average temperature at my apartment is 85-87 degrees and in the mornings I would have to leave due to the insane heat. I would not recommend this place to anybody or even giving it the benefit of the doubt. The neighbors are noisy, the roof leaks from time to time, the maintenance is unhelpful. I HIGHLY recommend on searching somewhere else.
First off, Don't be fooled by the apartment they show you, they will show a sample apartment that is fixed up and clean. The apartment that you get is nothing like the one they show you. Before you sign the lease, you have a very short time to walk through the apartment to check everything. It's not until you signed and have a chance to do a thorough walk through that you find all the serious issues and by then you already signed. I gave them a list of problems with the apartment and they gave me the run around for a month and not all the issues was fixed. I gave up and just fixed the ones I could. Second, If you enjoy living on a pirate ship, this is the place for you. You will hear every creaking and cracking of the apartment. If your upstair neighbor is heavy footed, have little kids or pets, good luck, you will hear everything. Every morning, I can hear my upstair neighbor coughing his lungs out. Who needs an alarm clock. Third, certain units require you to have a parking decal because of limited parking. But the apartment does not enforce this. Cars with no plates are parking in the same spots months on end with nothing being done. They want to charge you $75 for the decal and tells you that it is required to park in front of your unit, but other cars park there with no decal and does not get towed. You end up having to park far away from your unit. Forth, the trash bins they provide you for trash services are useless. Racoons can easily open the bins even if they are locked and make a mess of everything. You then have to clean up the mess they left behind. Or you can be like other jerk neighbor and switch out their dirty bins with other people clean bin. keep an eye out on your clean bin or you end up cleaning other people's mess.
I'm Erin and I have lived here for a few years now. This complex is truly wonderful. Everything you would hope to find in an apartment complex can be found right here at The Club at Millenia. Stop by and check for yourself!
First and only placed I've lived since I moved from California, and I love it here. It's a nice area, no trouble, quiet, and welcoming. Especially love when the owners/workers do special events and have free food! YUMMY
The Club at Millennia is truly an amazing complex to live in. It's in a great area, close to everything in Orlando. The staff everywhere, especially the Leasing Manager, Ms. Kerri is amazing! The community itself and all its inhabitants are wonderful. There are hardly ever any problems, and even when there are, they are addressed and fixed immediately. Everyone who lives here is super friendly, and the pools, gym, and playgrounds are always nice and clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live, to check out here first!

My name is Erin and this complex is truly great. This was my first apartment and I am still here 2 years later. The Club at Milennia has some great benefits, great neighbors, in a great location, and an awesome staff all around. I truly enjoy living here!
Ms. Kerri is the best leasing agent/manager we have ever had! She gets everything done on time and always checks to make sure we are satisfied. She is awesome!
I moved in May 2016 and all I can say is the maintenance guys are a disaster. I have been complaining about the washer since the very first week moved in. It makes such terrible noise it sounds like a train wreck. The first guy that went did absolutely nothing but to add a screw to the front lid , not the clip but a screw. Is August 2016 and the washer still broken. The AC works fine if you are planning to sleep in the livingroom. If you are like most people that sleeps in the bedroom get your self a big fan because the AC does not cool down the rest of the apartment. If you get to close the vents to get some cool air in the bedroom then get prepared to receive a huge electric bill. Thats the best you can do since maintenance wont do anything to fix the problem. The weather strip for the front door was as old as the buildings and after i requested the change it tool like a month to get it installed. Also the AC door makes so much vibration that I had to put a cardboard to minimize the vibration, again the maintenance guy fixed it with a screw, other than that no solutions. Today, I called early morning because the toilet is not flushing and is backing up. The answer "I dont know if I can send someone today, all the guys I have are attending other problems. That means you have to plan ahead your visits to the next BK, MCD or KFC so you can also take a dump there, because there are no people that can solve the problem. I cant wait for the lease to expire so I can leave this place and find a place where maintenance is a priority.
I started the application process for the apartments online because we were out of state. This process was started on May 24th 2016. I applied for the apartment and paid the Application fee and Admin fee. At the time of my application I was guaranteed my apartment for July 7th 2016. However after I applied and spoke to the leasing agent for the first time I didn't get the final APPROVED until May 31st 2016. The excuse that I received was because it was end of month. Finally on the 31st of May I was approved for a July 7th move in. The apartment that I had originally applied to was a level four upgrade. During the next couple of days following May 31st I was told that I was not able to receive the July 7th move in because the apartment needed to be upgraded. I was then told that I was going to receive a level 4 upgraded apartment on July 25th. I came to Orlando and finally met with my leasing agent in person. I received a tour of the property and saw the model apartment and I liked what I saw. On July 14th I received a call from my leasing agent stating that the level 4 upgraded apartment that I originally applied for was having plumbing issues and that I was not going to be able to receive that apartment. However she did tell me that she was able to offer me a bigger floor plan for the same price but that it was going to be a level 3 upgrade. She told me that I could stop by and take a look at the floor plan and see if I liked it. When I stopped by I was happy with the new floor plan and accepted the new apartment. July 25th I come for my move in and walked through the apartment before I signed my lease and honestly that apartment was not ready AT ALL. The following was wrong: I walked in the kitchen and the cabinets were very badly painted. I opened the cabinet under the sink and the smell was HORRIBLE and it seemed as if maintenance just placed a hard plastic on the bottom of that cabinet to cover something up. The closet door in the master room was damaged. To close the door I had to lift it off the floor and slide it. The bathroom was not completely painted and neither was the second room. At this point I decided that I was NOT going to move in. This was the WORST experience I have EVER been through. Dont get fooled by the model apartment that you are shown. Since all this I have tried contactinf regional, district, and property manager and have yet to receive a response.
The new management Gold Oller took over in November and they definitely taking care of how the property looks. Painting each building, trimming the trees etc. HOWEVER they have forgotten about the residence with reoccurring issues currently living in their apartments. I've had refrigerator and toilet issues for 5-6 months out of the 10 months that i lived here. the new management company has been here for 7-8 months. Those 2 issues are now fixed, but it took them months to fix. The new management company is much better than when the apartment was called Bonita Fountains. But in my opinion, this has been the worst apartment experience ever!!!!
We just moved in August 2015. We were skeptical because of all of the negative reviews online from prior years. as of 2015, new management has taken over and overhauled all facilities tenfold. Its a very nice place to live, great for families and young adults. Professional Management, effective maintenance, and on the ball security make this place a dream. Centrally Located in the heart of Orlando. Far away enough from bad neighborhoods and far away enough from the theme parks to be comfortable. Schools very close by. Close to major shopping centers and fine/casual dining. Bus routes are available to go just about anywhere right outside the complex. We recommend this community to anyone looking for a fresh start.

The apartments on the farther side of the complex need lots of work, I don't like that the rent depends on how good business goes for the complex, instead of it being a steady price. They also have a problem with pests. Leasing office could be run a bit better, more professionally than it is. Still a pretty beautiful area though..
