The Bennington district, one of Vancouver's most eastern neighborhoods, exudes the shiny newness of a young neighborhood. Clean modern residences, groups of townhouses and gated communities with lush green lawns and landscaped properties make up the residential areas. Two major shopping centers service the neighborhood and foster self-sufficiency.
The satellite campus of Clark College in the Columbia Tech Center makes Bennington an education destination. The college draws students for degree completion, continuing education and cooking programs, and it drives the housing and retail development around it.
Located near the city's eastern limits, Bennington sits 12 miles to the southeast of downtown Vancouver. This suburban neighborhood is only 15 minutes away from the city's urban center.

Property Ratings at The Club at the Park
My vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. The managers could care less and told me the camera facing the front lot was not working. They also told me that another vehicle was stolen a week prior to mine. They did not inform the residents about the thefts. I moved out as it will be cheaper to live elsewhere with better security. Many other options in the area.
Property Manager at The Club at the Park, Responded To This Review
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the theft of your vehicle. Our team is committed to addressing these issues and are working diligently to enhance the security, communication, and overall experience for our residents. We do have cameras working and a security patrol officer onsite patrolling the area to increase the safety for our residents here at The Club at the Park.
Unsure why the other reviews are so bad. *Knock on wood* I have never had these issues that were mentioned. I moved here August 2020 and I’m about to move into a 1 bedroom when my lease is up Aug 2022. I have only had the best experiences. Any issues I have had, have been taken care of immediately! All the previous management’s since I’ve lived here have always been great. Our newest manager is incredible as well! Our maintenance are amazing as well! As someone who was married for 10 years, in my early 30’s, never lived alone then moved in on their own I have always felt safe here. Yes all apartments have cons and you can hear the neighbors. But isn’t that with most places unless you live in a house? Also, what makes sense to me is to keep your doors locked? Then no one is going to try and get in. One time in my few years of living here I had a neighbor accidentally try and use her key to come in. BUT she had not realized she was on the wrong floor since all the floors look identical… she apologized so many times and quickly left of embarrassment… honestly I think this place is worth checking out.

Bad place to live, dirty, noisy, bad service , the manager and the people who work in the office cannot do their job properly
Oof. Where do I began? I've lived here a year now. The day I moved in we lost amenities we pay for due to the pandemic. Understandable. But what we also lost was respect for the horrible excuse for management and the office staff. I was lied to about there being sound proofing between floors, was lied to about noise from neighbors, was told this was a "quiet community". It's far from that. In my past year here I have heard parties loud at night, that the office never responded to other than a general email, when I told them exactly where the noise was coming from. We have had packages stolen from the mail room. We have had people partying in the hallways and barging into apartments mistaken to be their friends. We have had our community room destroyed by teens partying. We have had people break into our pool area and poop in the pool. We have had rats in the pool. We have had drunk / high homeless people rolling around in the grass near the 1st floor patios. We have had a sex trafficking ring get busted here. We have had violent altercations against residents by non residents We have had homeless criminals creeping in the stairwells Bicycles stolen Cars vandalized and burglarized The list goes on and on. This property is advertised as "Luxury Living" and let me just tell you. It's a nice building, but the finish outs are cheaply done and there are gaps between the counter tops and the wall for bugs to nests in, drawers break way too easily for no apparent reason, and worst of all NO follow through with the countless false promises from the office to do better. Save yourself. I still have another year left because I thought I'd give another year a shot because I loved the few good neighbors that exist in this building. We have all talked about moving somewhere else together. Somewhere that's a luxury property because IDM doesn't have experience, nor the staff to properly run one.
Just don’t. Drugs, prostitution, vandalism, breaking and entering, noise/thin walls. I’ve lived in a ton of apartments in my life and this is the worst. (It’s even worse than my college apartment and that was pretty bad.) Management is so poor that several residents have contacted them to no avail. Save your money and headaches. Just don’t do it.
High ceiling where ever you look. State of the art fitness equipment and the staff is just marvelous. You can sense how much thought went into each room they made for the residents to enjoy. The community room has a special espresso machine that makes a variety of flavors, along with a full stacked kitchen to enjoy. Next to the theater television, you have a modern sofa to unwind.
