Above and beyond The maintenance team was very helpful, thorough, courteous and professional.
Horrible Apartment in need of repairs. Management sucks. Maintenance sucks. Rent raised twice in 6 months! Howling dog 24/7. Abandoned cars. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. No enforcement of said rules by staff. Excessive fees for services not needed. Constant breakdowns of laundry, and appliances. Being told to “fix it yourself “ It was a pathetic experience, way too much money for a broken down single apartment. I would not recommend th club house to my worst enemies.

Refrigerator Replaced my refrigerator. Fast and friendly and scheduled to do it while I was home so I could transfer my food on my own

Stress-free living Maintenance is great, management friendly, location perfect for me
I made an appointment to tour the property at 3pm. i showed up at 2:45. When I got to the office they had a sign on the window saying they wont be back until 3:30. As I was walking away a lady walked out of the office and I questioned her about my tour. She then told me they were all on lunch but she could talk to her boss. She went back inside and came out about two minutes later and told me we could continue the tour but she had nothing to show me or give to me. Why did you guys book me an appointment at 3pm if you guys were going to take a lunch break? Poor management. I really was looking forward to getting a place there but I’m already having an issue with management and I haven’t even filled an application.
The water is not included really . This place has changed a lot it heart breaking. They dont take half payments ..any more and you have to pay water gmtrash and suwer its hard .. things are sure diffrent . Shinea is cool but mow we cant barlwy talk to her any more .

These are the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in. Don’t bother making any complaints to management because they will ignore you. Apartments are extremely outdated. (No microwave, no dishwasher in mine) they are currently doing construction. So expect to be woken up early every single day by loud hammering, drilling, leaf blowing etc. my closet flooded because their water heater broke, I was not reimbursed any rent after not having hot water for 4 days and used a bunch of extra electricity to dry out the carpet (I couldnt sleep in my room for over a week). Since I have moved in, my washing machine stopped working and it took weeks for them to replace. If you call the office to complain about anything, expect to call numerous times because they will not listen. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices here. I’m counting down the days until I get to leave this place.

The office is very unprofessional and has zero customer service. The left us with a flooded bathroom and bad plumbing we've had 2 floods and no service or help from the office
