The Clubhouse

I had a terrible experience with Clubhouse Apartments. Their communication is completely unprofessional and disorganized. They don’t give you what you’re entitled to, and they seem more interested in exploiting you than providing a good service. The place was dirty, and it’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness. On top of that, they forced unnecessary charges on me and took advantage of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Avoid it at all costs.

This place is terrible and unsafe. My car got broken into in the garage and my roommate got robbed at gun point in the parking garage.

The clubhouse is a great place to stay. Near campus and good security. Many different stores around the area. Inside is very clean and nice and everything is up to date.

Nothing good on this property. I have been 2 years, asking for new couch. Then Ac get broken every month. If you look the property, I really feel like I am living in a trash can, nobody cleans it. And attention from the staff are null, not all staff, they have a lot of good staff, but some of them don’t want to even stand up from their chair.

I actually liked the place and staying there was good experience except for the leasing staff who give out wrong information and make us pay huge fines

The apt is a 5-minute walking distance to the Belknap campus, University of Louisville. This is beneficial to students as it will save them time commuting to and from campus.

It’s cheap and affordable which comes with its disadvantages, which could be just my luck since I came in when management was changing.

It has been terrible. Our unit requires so many maintenance but they show no interest on repairing it instead cancels the request when submit one. Our smoke detector has been beeping for whole 4 months but they has not been repaired at all. The TV in the living room is just for show. The plug has been damaged the day we moved in but has not been repaired. I don't understand what kind of inspection they do. Can't forget being pumbler to repair my bathroom sink.

Serviceable, rent is affordable, but amenities are sporadically maintained, common halls are gross, and problems are rarely addressed. Josh in maintenance and Avery in the office are great.

Great! I love it here! Would recommend. Very convenient. Office staff was very helpful. Close to campus. Allows pets. I would definitely recommend.

A lot of maintenance issues, as in my ceiling mold & water damage, flooding, and other small inconveniences. Although, they try their best to stay on top of everything. Overall it’s a good environment and a great first apartment for me.

While I quite enjoy my time living here the rooms are small. And I do think paying for parking is an odd thing to have to do. The staff are really friendly and I think for the price it is a good place to stay for the time being to get on my feet. Cleanliness could use some work though

Maintenance is very bad. It’s been more than 4 months since we lodged a maintenance request for the microwave and still no solution. Imagine living without a microwave. This is terrible

Do not move here. Gun shots inside the building. Horrible management. Pool is closed most of the summer. Parking garage doors do not shut so your car isn’t safe even though you pay to park there.

Freindly, responsive management. Great location. Nice amenities. Excellent value. I highly recommend. Love the walking around here. Close to UofL.

I like the room and the roommates I have! It’s not too far from campus and it’s easy to meet new people and make friends. Also, there are many food places around so there’s always something to eat!

personally, i do enjoy living here. very close to campus and a decent walk from it as well. only thing is i had a lot of issues moving in with things broken not put together, and it took a while for things to get fixed. but the rooms are what you make of them!

They all okay they do not have enough service with amount of money we are paying They sometimes act like they dont want to work And maintenance serivces are REALLY bad

The apartment needs a lot of improvements. The customer service is bad and the representatives are rude and not helpful at all. The apartment corridors are very dirty and unhygienic.

I love everything about it right now except for the maintenance situation. I haven't had anything yet fixed since I moved in and I have sent several maintenance requests.

Haven’t had any issues with the community since I moved in. Maintenance can be slow, but it’s not a bad place to live. The staff does a poor job of answering the phone, but they help if you see them in person.

We’ll I’ve been here almost a year & I quite frankly love it I hear and see so many bad reviews but I don’t quite understand why? I’ve had a couple issues but they seem to be resolved super fast & my overall experience has been outstanding! I wish I would’ve found out about this place sooner.

The space was consistently spotless, and any maintenance issues were promptly addressed by the management team, reflecting their commitment to keeping the community in excellent condition. Security was a priority, and I felt safe knowing that there were surveillance cameras

Good so far but the maintenance is not on time anymore and it's poor help from the staff but everything else is ok so far and it's an ok place to reside at just a slow process of getting the help and resources you need

Management has been mostly civil. Amenities not in good condition. AC has been broken during a heat wave and help has been sent to the one maintenance person who can fix them. These practices are unsafe for myself and other tenants.

The clubhouse is a nice first year experience! The place could be better kept and organized, but overall it's not terrible. When I moved in you could tell the place had not been taken care of and it was filthy. There's a big crack in my window that they haven't taken care of yet which is also a safety hazard.

Overall great staff team that respond to my requests & questions quickly and I know they’re trying their hardest even tho they’re short staffed

Clubhouse has been a good place to live near college. It has improved ever since I moved in 2 years ago. They have made many positive changes.

I like it so far no complaints , 10/10 definitely easy to get into , loving it . Pretty nice price for what you get , bathrooms pretty good size

so far my transition of moving has went smoothly and I'm satisfied with how kind and accommodating the staff has been. for what you pay though, you'd think the walls wouldn't be scuffed and the entire courtyard wouldn't smell like garbage.

I dare not to give them any stars. The apartment was not move in ready. Dog poop stain, cigarette smell, trash pill outside, fire hazed, and everything is dirty to the point of making the entire apartment be condemned. I prefer them to pay me to fix their mess as this is unacceptable. The filter hasn't been changed since God know how long. After the contract time is up, I am leaving. For those who have to stay here, I'm very sorry as your health is endanger. When I wipe the countertop, the entire wet wipe is extremely filthy. My recommendation for anyone going to live here is to see what you are exactly getting yourself into. If they say that they can't show you a free space, it means the place you are living in is a piece of junk. In addition, it a counteraction if they can't show you as that mean they don't have a place for you. If they had it a little bit messy, I understand; however, what excuses for them to have dog poop stain on the floor? There's simply isn't any I know of.

The staff has been so helpful and awesome with the move in process. I'm looking forward to being a resident here. Everything is amazing. Highly recommend living here.

I absolutely love being at the clubhouse louisville ky. The staff is amazing and really take pride on making sure us the residents are happy and get what we need keep up the awesome job.

Extremely disorganized management that communicates poorly, but the maintenance staff and student staff are REALLY hardworking and will work with you to solve issues.

Everybody is nice and friendly and it seems like a nice community. I’m excited to move in . The tour was nice. The houses are nice. The space is very spacious.

Used to be a big fan of living here but after not having air conditioning for months with nobody seeming to care or act like it falls on them to do anything, I have to rate them lower. The good thing about living here is the price and location, but if any issues arise the office typically does a poor job at dealing with them.

Great for Students, Living so close to UofL campus is so nice. always get my maintenance handled in a timely manner. And there is a tow company on the look out to make a lot of money. Rooms are good, kitchen and living room area are nice as well. Hope and pray that you have good roommates and neighbors. They can make or break your experience.

Its near by university and good for stop and go students ,Its good entertainment near college You have cardinal bus stop and metro station near by , you can go to LA by flight

Very nice. Apartment was clean and spacious, enjoyed my time. Trash was picked up on time. Maintenance was quick. People at the desk were very helpful.

it’s been a alright experience, can’t trust your car in the parking garage because it can be damaged or stolen. Pretty cheap rent . they making us relocate since they want to renovate.

It been great I love it here from the pool to the apartment it’s been a great experience the people are nice and friendly everything about this place is nice

Love it here! Rent isn’t pricey at all, front office is super kind and the property is pretty nice. Wifi is fast and always working, guest wifi is easy too! Pet friendly but not pet overrun!

The new management is definitely better but the hallways and stairs still need to be cleaned and maybe painted. I also like the new system for the daily trash pickup.

I love it, could be better. This is my 2nd month here and they still haven't changed my carpet. Other than that it's pretty nice and quiet here.

Overall good my experience been a blessing ain't the best but nice and comfortable enough bills are ok and easy to manage the amenities are fun thanks

I like the way they communicate and make everything seamless and very understandable. Also during the signing of the documents, it was not a difficult. Very smooth experience.

Current management pay attention for floor cleaning which should be appreciated. This is one of the best place to live, if you get good roommates.

Great place with a friendly environment. Close gated rooming make it a comfortable place to enjoy living. The process of signing a lease proved to be a bit complicated, but overall I am satisfied with the outcome.

Customer service and management are wonderful people and very helpful. Rooms are clean, maintained, and affordable in a great area. Highly recommended

Good place to live, been getting better as I have lived here. Very happy with my time here so far. Hope they keep doing events. Can't wait to tty the pool when it opens.
