About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.
Mooresville is also home to the world headquarters of Lowes Companies, one of the biggest employers in the region. Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Lake Norman sits just to the west of town, providing a popular destination for swimming, boating, and fishing.

Property Ratings at The Clusters
We just love the Clusters! The homes are very spacious and have many great features such as attached garages, lots of storage, patios, and screened in porches, and spacious kitchens, and all access directly from ground level with parking right at the home. There is a really nice common amenity area with a walk path where you can walk your dog and kids can play. Debbie with the property management company is just great! She is considerate and caring and very responsive. One time when the air conditioning went out and parts had to be ordered, she brought down window AC units which kept the apartment cool. Debbie is always looking out for the safety and well-being of residents. While we have never encountered any situation of serious concern, she will quickly address any situation such as an misbehaved pets or reckless behavior, and she is right on top of it. The maintenance team is great, often responding same day and on weekends in most cases. Highly recommend the Clusters for your new home in Mooresville.
Great rental place. Whenever we had a question or issue (although rare), they were always so quick to respond and kind. Highly recommend for any single person(s) or family looking for a short or long term rental!

Thank you for your kind words. We try our best to get back to our tenants as soon as possible and answer any questions and take care of any problems that may arise.
We rented a place from them for almost 2 years. They never came in time to fix broken things in the rental. Would come into your place uninvited and unannounced. After our lease ended it took them forever to let you know the final cost attaching fees that were classified as normal wear and tear. Damages that were informed to them before we moved in were attached to us. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here at all.

We are so sorry that your stay in our community was not a pleasant experience. We hope that our tenants will contact us if they have any problems and that we are able to correct those problems quickly. However, there are times when we may need to prioritize our service calls and it may take an extra day or so to get to everyone's request. Also, we may have to order parts to fix some problems but try our best to get those as quickly as we can.
My family loves living in the Clusters! Our neighbors are great, the schools are great, and the location is great. The management company is friendly and the service staff is also very friendly. We like that there is a ton of storage in the home! We also like that we have our own driveway with garage and a side yard area for the kids to play.

Great location, close to schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping and interstates. Spacious living areas, cathedral ceilings, large bedrooms and plenty of storage, outdoor patio large enough for patio furniture and a BBQ. Rental staff is great, handles all maintenance issues promptly, always very helpful.

Not a safe place for kids , no playground ,no pool , no clubhouse , no yard for kids to play in , poorly lit at night , all visitor parking always filled with tenents cars , loud music played on weekends late at night , tements rarely follow the comminity rules for pets , noise , parking , child control , speeding cars etc...

We are sorry that you did not think that our communities were suitable for you and your family, We try our best to put more emphasis on the homes and the extra storage, driveways etc, instead of having a pool/clubhouse. We do have the common area which has a walking trail where kids can ride bikes and play. This is also an area where our tenants can walk their pets and we do provide pet stations with bags. We also have someone to clean this area on a regular basis.
