I absolutely love my new place staff is kind and maintenance works quickly I have a pond view which is beautiful to look at and sets us a peace thank you!

This is a quiet complex with a dog park and various dog poop bag stations throughout. It makes cleanup easier and makes both me and my dog feel at home here!

Cortland Canal Winchester is a very nice family friendly place to live.

The staff that answers the requests are very kind and good people. However, the management of the property in the office leaves much to be desired. I have had nothing but problems since I came here. I’m extremely disappointed. I doubt that anyone at corporate really cares what a tenant that pays their rent on time, cleans regularly, and follows the rules has to say. As long as they get paid, they will continue to do the minimum action you deem necessary and demand I do more than I should.

Come here if you want to walk a mile in the snow to empty the trash while being charged $25 a month extra . Come here if you like crickets that buzz in the ventilation at night. Come here if you enjoy increases in market rent every year. Come here if you like your car broken into and scratched. They will definitely take good care of you here

I don't feel as safe here as I use to. Cars have been broken into. I hope homes aren't next. Garbage collection on the weekend is non-existent resulting in a mess on Sunday and Monday morning. Received e-mails for pet waste pickup (which I do) but then there are no bags at pet waste receptacles. Pool area garbage piles up in garbage receptacles as well. The pool area is very nice, except for the garbage problem and non-residents using it. Weight room and workout area is very nice but it needs to be cleaned more often.

I have lived at the Cortland Canal Winchester three different times over the years and have found it to be a welcoming and friendly environment with great staff to help with any needs the resident may have. They are very open and always find ways to engage the community no matter the issues that we encounter. It is also a very safe community for different type of family dynamics.

So far, I have loved my experience at Cortland. Its conveniently located to shopping and food needs. The community is quiet and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions.

It simply costs too much to live herebasic at bestplan to pay double in utilities. Best thing is the view and they allow dogs but theres rental fees for that too if youre honest.

The leasing staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and they treat you like you're not just a tenant, they actually care. The maintenance staff has always been amazing, I've never had to wait long at all for someone to come out and fix something. And there's a dog park!

Save yourself the frustration and live elsewhere!!

I love the country setting of Madison at the Lakes. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to shopping and highways. The homes are spacious and updated.

Staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and the apartments are spacious great community to live in

Trash is overrun and smells bad on too many occasions and there are too many black spiders in the unit. My unit in particular has leaky windows that have never been repaired and whenever it rains it gets in, ruining my furniture and area rugs.

I absolutely love my home & the community here at Madison. Its very quiet & peaceful yet still close to the city

Great, quiet and friendly neighborhood and office team. Regardless of any minor issues with certain aspects of my stay I have never had any horrible experiences and the team address all issues promptly. I enjoy calling these apartments home.

Madison at the lakes is a wonderful community. The apartments are great inside and the outside and amenities are just as wonderful. They allow pets which is a huge plus and it's great to see so many residents walking their dogs. It gives it a neighborhood feel when you see so many dogs and residents out and about. I highly recommend Madison on the lakes to anyone looking for a very up to date and we'll maintained apartment complex.

The management by their lack of concern regarding the performance of community managers in problem resolution. It is readily apparent that even district managers prefer to " sweep problems under the carpet," rather than address them.

Madison at the Lakes by Cortland has always been and continues to be a great place to live with or without a family. When compared to other properties, it stands out because of the amenities, the ambiance, the staff and the community in general which is in close proximity to a lot of shopping and highways around greater Columbus.

Have lived here for two and a half months, love it here, only thing i dont like is having to drive my trash to the compactor i know we pay for trash removal but i have to remove it too, hopefully a better way can be found to do the trash, big headache rash compactor door doesnt stay open , other than that it is a great community to live in offoce staff are great and maintenance staff are great too

Great place to live if single or to raise a family very friendly community and staff! very clean and upscale apartments and neighborhood! Staff member Jordan give us the best customer service I have ever had in dealing with apartments he went and still goes above and beyond for us he makes our experience with the apartment even greater! I Love living here and will recommend everyone who lives in apartments to move here!!! best apartment experience anyone can ask for!!!
