Property Ratings at The Commodore
The Commidore really is not that bad. I have lived there about 3 months. I chose this place despite the neighborhood, because my family lives in downtown. I couldn’t afford the places they were living, but this place was good enough for the price. I have seen some bugs, but they spray for them. My neighbors seem nice enough. Most residents are middle aged and older and, of course poor. The building has a musty smell, except for the second floor, which has the laundry facilities. Residents are allowed to smoke in their apartment as long as they do not smoke in the common areas, which accounts for the musty smell. Honestly, I just got some good air fresheners and the smell went away. They are pet friendly, the property manager is nice, maintenance seems to keep busy. When I had a problem in my apartment, I told the office and maintenance followed up the same day and fixed it. I enjoy living there. I am giving it 5 stars because for it’s price bracket and location it is fairly inexpensive, especially with all utilities included.
NO WAY IS THE 5 star review real! BED BUGS, SHOOTINGS, GANG MEM, DRUGS, All my exp. living here! STAY AWAY!
