If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I regret making the decision to move into this community and I've only been here going onto 3 months. During my tour, I addressed my concern of prior pest problems and the leading agent, Trinity, said that the problem belonged to the last company that owned the property. The first time I seen a roach was at 3am in my bathtub, the morning after I contacted the director of the company... nothing was changed, I wanted to break my lease at that moment after only being at the apartment for a week. They wouldn't let me out of the lease since they didn't believe me. Recently, I seen a baby roach on my kitchen counter and I rushed to take a picture so they wouldn't try to pretend like that's not what I seen. Don't let this company lie to you, I am not counting down the days to the end of my lease. When I received my keys, I never ever did a walk through with the manger to keep documentation of the damage that was done to the apartment already. I BETTER RECIEVE MY ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK TOO. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not move here. I also addressed some issues I was having like a leaking faucet and my kitchen hood fan not working. They say it was fixed and I'm still having the same issues. If you're fine with dealing with a raggedy company then go ahead and move in. Just want to say good luck if you do!

Terrible place to live trash valet won’t come even if you pay for it the “renovations” aren’t how they seem the paint job is terrible and the wood of the cabinets is run down bad. Trash bins on the outside are always overfilled and office will never answer calls or complains especially about very loud neighbors. They are power washing today and now I have a water flood coming through my front door which seems it isn’t properly sealed and now my laundry room is flooded with water !
This place is a mess on the top of mess. Dirt everywhere, lazy people working for this company. Barely any service from maintenance people. IT’S BAD. I can’t wait to get out of there. Couple more months.
The place seemed nice at first and the office's leasing "professional" seemed to know what she was talking about. But once we decided on it, the process became a complete mess before we even moved in. Office rarely picks up the phone, takes forever getting back to you, plays it off when they do. If you do decide to go with these apartments make sure you do things last minute like they do, because they will easily change your address a couple of times regardless of whether you've already paid the deposit and signed the lease. Either she's juggling too much, doesn't care, or just completely incompetent and bad at her job. The guy, when he's not telling you to talk to the chick, seems just as useless. Keep looking, horrible management.
People in the office are nice until you have an issue. The place is not up kept at all. Potholes everywhere, big holes in the ground, garage doors hanging on by one bearing. The list goes on and on. They don't care about anyone that actually lives here, just want to be right about everything and nothing they ever do is wrong. STAY AWAY please. This place needs shut down to be honest.
I would give it 0 stars if i could. I moved into these apartments 5 months ago. It's so bad i wanted to even break my lease. People homes have been broken into and cars as well. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. When you move in they don't even fix up your home, they just tell you write it down and you won't be charged for it. Not a place if you have kids
My family and I moved here in 2015, and when we first moved here, I didn't know much about the staff, but there were somethings we weren't happy with, but now it's under new management and the office manager Shannon is great. She really cares about the residents and their safety. Shannon is professional , personable , and friendly. The entire office staff are a great group of people to get to know, and they take their job seriously. We are located to just about everything, you gotta love that! I would recommend others to choice this as their new home.
Shannon is a delightful and helpful property manager. She is always quick to solve any problem and offer assistance when needed. The townhome is spacious and modern. Conveniently located near several shopping areas and restaurants. Quick commute to many work hubs.
There was black mold all throughout my apartment when I lived there and places where the floors were warping from water getting in all of the time. The management never fixed the problem or even responded to me when I called several times, sent emails, came in person to complain etc. Ants, spiders, beetles, and crickets are all through my apartment no matter what spray I use to combat them. Also, my rent was raised $50/month after my lease was up and I was told it is standard to raise the rent every year that I live here. Worst renting experience of my life!
I have lived here for a few years now, When I moved here office mgr was great & maintenance did their jobs. now office mgr (Crystal) gets down right rude. maintenance isn't worth having, IF they come they say they will be back but never show up. I have been waiting for a month for them to come back from lunch to change a light bulb. HA! There is mold in my apartment, they come in and wash It off with bleach and it comes back. I have heard that there is mold all through my building, including one apt that has been kept closed up for over a year. They rent to families with kids but there is no place for them to play except the parking lots around our cars. then they get on the families, they need to set up a play ground/play area somewhere here for kids if they are renting to families. They raise the rent every time you renew your lease, My rent has never been late, It is a GATED property but the gates have NOT worked for over a year. Their refrigerator broke down and my neighbor lost all of her food, they wouldn't cover it or credit her rent. Renter insurance does NOT cover a broken appliance, They just sent out memos that no one could have charcoal grills and that they would take them and charge us $25 to removing them. My lease didn't indicate that I could only have a gas grill. Parking is horrible. My lease will be up in about 6 month, I'm moving. all I can say is Find some place else to live. Management (Crystal) is nice when you first move in. But then things change once you sign your lease,
